Been here countless times now and every single time there’s been a huge lineup going down to Bells store entrance. This time I waited 33 minutes in line before I even got to make my order. Witnessed many people walk away unhappy with the wait times.
They have 3 cashes but only ever have 2 in use. They desperately need to hire more workers and work on getting people served faster for a more positive experience here. Overall the coffee and food has tasted great and are zero issues with that.

Very slow and inefficient. Waited 5 minutes in line without moving. They are swamped but employees are not working together to keep things moving. Should not take so long to get a cup of coffee.

Very friendly staff, first time trying a BBQ chicken rice bowl, it was really good

Poor management of staff, slow service and bad food/drink.
Staff seemed confused and there were several staff who didn't know where to be. There should be an assembly line with a dedicated person for each station to maintain efficiency. It looked like each staff was taking an order, doing it and then rotating causing a bottleneck in service times.
Food was overcooked on one side and hard while other side was uncooked. Coffee was not stirred. Ice cap forgot to add cream.lots of mistakes and work to be done.

It's one of the worst Tim Hortons in Ottawa! No matter what time of day you go, there's always a long line, and you're always waiting a long time to order. I feel bad for the people who are ONLY ordering coffee and have to wait that ridiculous amount of time. DO BETTER TIM HORTONS. It was around 1: 30 pm, when I first got to the line. I didn't get to order until 1: 55 pm, and then didn't get my chicken bacon wrap & tea until 2: 15 pm. REALY? ! A whole 45 minutes just to order two items. You can't blame it on the lunch rush because it was already after lunchtime. Not to mention, the way that Tims is built and how the line goes. It's really stupid. Blocks so much of the area, people think you're trying to cut in line when you're just trying to get by or go to the elevator. They did not think it through when building that Tim Hortons.
