Worst Tim Hortons I’ve been at in terms of wait time. Ordered 2 classic wraps and took 20 minutes plus to get. I rarely give such bad rating but gotta be honest with this Timmy’s. The seating is not enough too when I can there is ample space for more for more tables

Manager was so rude and disrespectful. Already filled complaint against her. She needs a training on customer service. Worst service ever.

Very busy location. Service was ok. The place was a disaster. One might consider a full time dining attendant to keep the place orderly

Fresh coffee made my day. As a person of African Descent, I DID NOT experience any discrimination. Yes we had to wait but that was because it's situated with an outlet mall and as expected it would be busy. Just remember patience is the greatest virtue. Bring yours into every business place!

I would never, ever, ever eat at Tum Hortons. Commissary foods are definitely not my thing.

Disappointing experience. Slow service, even with mobile pickup. No acknowledgment from staff. Manager's attitude needs improvement. Serious need for customer service training.
