I have ordered egg and cheese farmer wrap and cappuccino person took my order and he forgot to give me till 10 minutes when I asked them they started preparing my order and and when I took my order I asked for egg n cheese farmers wrap and don't know they put some thing like meat in my wrap I have realised that while I am eating waste service this guys are providing to the customers

I always ordered from Tim’s. Staff always nice and friendlyy. Usually on Saturday less people in the queue but today was exceptional. I decided to orders from apps. I thought will be faster than waiting in the queue. I was wrong. One of customers was talking to one of employees and telling them about her mobile orders via apps. I cant believe what I heard from one of the employees told to the customer that “doesn’t mean you order from mobile apps that you can get faster than people queueing” and what’s the point of us as customers ordering from the mobile apps if you can’t get our orders on time. Do you have a timeline for orders pick up? I wasn’t sure. Anyways, I was shocked that usually the staff was nice and friendly became very rude. You get cheap coffee with cheap service.

Staff seems always lost and not really in a hurry to help or clear the line. I tried getting coffee there 3 times now. I give up.

The service gets a 5/5 as it was exceptional. However when I was there half of it wasn't in use and only one cash was open. This led to a long line, you'd think that it being inside of the mall they would have all the tills opened to serve people faster.

I was deeply disappointed and disgusted with the behavior of the manager at 50 Rideau Street Tim Hortons today. As a regular customer, I expect a high level of hygiene and food safety standards to be maintained at all times. However, this morning I witnessed the manager dropping an empty coffee cup on the floor and then using that same cup to make a customer's drink. This is unacceptable and a complete disregard for customer health and well-being. Tim Hortons should take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all employees are properly trained on proper food handling procedures

Whenever I ask for the buffalo chicken wrap they always forgot the pickles! And I ask for extra sauce and it’s dry!

The one staff worker was so disrespectful to me. And the workers never smile when you come to the counter except the one guy who is very nice. He is always smiling. But for the rest of them, they seem so grumpy and when I’m polite they seem to hate it even more like me taking the few extra seconds to be polite is wasting their time? ! I asked for a refund because the one worker was rude to me when I was asking how many minutes for my food so I could let my coworker know how long I’d be and she walked away from me. And when I got a refund, they didn’t give me the right amount of money anyways. The guy just said to give me my food anyways but it still had an egg in it after I asked for no egg. What if I died from an allergic reaction? !? ! This is unacceptable. All the staff need to be changed and different rules and protocols need to be made. There is only one good worker there. Everyone else acts like they hate the company and hate the customers.

The guy who is always saying thank you, thank you. May seem nice to customers but I overheard him berrading a staff member in a tone that was aggressive & dismissive.

Kind of disappointed and won't go back since my "loaded bowl" was barely full. Will pay the extra buck or two and go to Chipotle. Service is a lot faster at Chipotle as well.

Absolutely horrible service and atmosphere. Do not recommend at all. Clearly the staff working there hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. They give no respect to their customers and don't deserve it back.

They never make my mobile order until I actually arrive to tell them. Really defeats the purpose of saving time. They also dropped my order on the floor and simply changed the bag, I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time for a new one. But very lame for sure.

This location has the rudest staff I asked them if I could pick my own donut and they laughed in my face and told me “there all the same “ and refused to do it even though im the one paying almost 4$ for 1 donut.they continued to mock me and look at me like I was crazy. This is why I hate going out people can’t act professional these days.

The service is fantastic and quick despite the constant flow of traffic. One guy in particular, Tahrim, is absolutely brilliant. He has never gotten my order wrong and never fails to be kind. His energy is infectious and changes the whole dynamic of the place. 5 stars for Tahrim.

I love the sweet guy that works here. He remembers me each day I visit and is always so happy to help customers. Makes it a nice place to keep returning to.

Happened to get the best iced capp ever.
Felt like hot chocolate was diluted.
