Tim Hortons

Had to wait in drive through for literally 20 minutes at the window. No service. No apologies either for the wait. Nothing. And our small order was wrong. It’s like this every time. Worst Tim Hortons in southern Ontario for sure.

Owner is a mean guy. We bought 5 coffee and they won’t give an extra cup… Tim is known for good service, but at this location they are mean and stingy… And the toilets were horrible

Problem with this Tim's is that Fri and Sat the drive thru is closed 10pm-6am.

Very slow service, took 20 mins to prepare our coffee and food. Hot coffee was not hot, Food was also not hot. Bad experience at this location.

Orange ginger quencher without orange lol, worst service, super slow. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

We were driving thru Exeter & decided to stop for a snack.
Washroom was clean & tidy.
The service was fast, friendly & the order was accurate.
I have never seen do many smile cookies!

I was there Friday May 12. Sat in drive through not moving for 10 minutes. Then went in. 1 other person in the store. About 6-7 employees. Ordered my latte, went to the bathroom. Came out and probably had to wait another 3 minutes but lots and lots and lots of chatting going on. Good lord. Chat away when you’re not busy. WORK when you are. 6 people piled up behind me when I left. Makes me nuts!
