So usually I would say the service was excellent unfortunately with my last experience, I went through drive thru, i paid for my order was told it didnt go through so tapped again, was told it didnt go through again, they wanted me to pay cash as it kept saying it didnt go through on their end. I even showed it went through on my account. Yes, they made it right, but not without an argument. I had to come back into town to get cash from them. They made me feel like I was the bad person. The staff is rude, the Manager is unprofessional and the assistant manager needs customer service training. Yes it's Tim Hortons, but if the manager isn't professional no wonder the staff isn't pleasant. Do better.
