Tim Hortons

If you can't take an order right perhaps you should be in a different position. We got breakfast there this morning and they couldn't even understand 2 milk 2sugar. First we asked for an XL with 2 milk and 2 sugar. They ask, Xl black? We replied with no XL 2 milk 2 sugar. They replied saying 2 milk 2 sugar but it came with no sugar. Next the Iced coffee had no sugar, it's like they have a sugar shortage. Third I asked for Extra butter on the breakfast sandwich, no butter at all. Please do better in the future this kind of series is unacceptable.

The worst, portions (proportions) are pity and small like they are donating food to you. The glaze is barely there in donuts. Terrible

Used to be a good Timmies. The bacon and egg wrap I got the other day was a joke though, there was half an egg on there and what looked like scattered remnants of the second half, scattered tiny pieces of bacon (no strips at all) and absolutely murdered with chipotle sauce. Won't be coming back to this one again

I've given this Tim Hortons so many chances and I hate to say this, but I would highly avoid this one. Every time I've been there the average wait time is 15-30 minutes minimum, whether it's drive-thru or dine-in. They also mess up orders frequently. The only redeeming quality is that the staff are nice, that's it. Sorry but that's the truth.

Ordered chili and 2 muffins online used drive-thru to pick up. When I got to the drive-thru they told me they didn't have any chili so I said refund me for the chili and give me the two muffins. She then told me she doesn't have the muffins either. When I got to the window I asked for a refund and was told she can't do that. I said then give me a gift card for that amount she said she Can't do that either. So now not only do I not get food I also don't get my money back. I called the customer service number and was told they were sorry nothing was done about it. If they are sold out of an item it should say that on the website. And refusing to give my money back is totally unacceptable.

Asked for a vanilla iced coffee- said they didn’t have sugar base, that’s fine. Asked for a plain bagel at 10 am, no plain bagels or sesame bagels. Ordered a farmers wrap and got no sauce on it. Very disappointing experience

Very slow service compair to other tim Horton. Even if it's not busy at all. Other tim are fast even if they are more busy than this one.

Food is good the service could be better and staff should stop talking about people behind their backs

They are often out of standard menu items and the service could be improved. Food items are hastily thrown together to the point they fall apart when you try to eat them.

I ordered a honeylemon tea, they said they dont have it after I was charged. I asked for a refund and was told that they cannot refund me. Restaurants are legally required to refund purchases. They also said they have no supervisor on site, which is the employee that is responsible for refunds. I received $3 back in tips but I would rather be refunded in the way I paid. The food is okay, although expensive.

Ok.so i was in the drive-thru line yesterday. It was busy no doubt but the guy took 5 minutes to speak and take our order. Totally waited for 15 minutes just to get 2 chai tea and when we got that, they actually gave us 2 triple-triple which we had to replace that again.

This place is trashhh dude. Every morning the wait time is long because only 2-3 people know what they’re doing and everyone else seems like they gotta second guess every button they punch in even after repeating it three times. Example “let me get a medium double doublewith a hash brown” server: “okay so a coffee”
yes dude medium”
okay and double double
Yes dude double double
And you wanted a hash brown
Yes dude a hash brown
Then they’re still struggling to put in the double double.
Half the time the food is poorly made like it was just slapped together proportions outta wack and takes wayyy to long dude.

The service at this location is less than par. I visit Tim Hortons on the regular and this location has made me mad several times. I was lied to and given I ed Coffee instead of cold brew and asked them if it was true and they said yeah do you want a refund. Management needs to check in more often. We once had a cashier siting in front of the till when we drove threw. Not at all the Tim Hortons quality that others have strived for.

I ordered boston cream & there is no cream inside, also it was no fresh. Worst experience

I won't recommend this branch, the donuts are made of old flour and rather dry, the service is so delayed, the manager is not watching this delay, the language among staff is not English! Tables are dirty for a long time, I like the Jeffrson rd, branch more
