It's very rude people and the food not even cooked and it's cold and the coffee even cold

Staff pleasant and efficient. Atmosphere is a little shady, just due to the addicts and beggars hanging around the entrances.

Shut down by middlesex health unit for deep cleaning and open upon reinspection but the manager ripped the notice off the door and opened back up the same day. DO NOT CONSUME ANYTHING HERE. Incredibly slow! They have 4 people working drive thru, 1 person tending counter because they won't open the second checkout, and 1 person making food for drive-thru and counter. This place need to hire more staff and open the second checkout. 1 person struggling to make 10 orders of food while 5 people stand around waiting on them without helping. That isn't fair.

Too slow see their 10 pack tim bits never have anything to eat here just drinks that too are not good

Food ordered was correct and fine. Drive thru attendee was distracted and busier talking to her coworker than passing food out the window. Short line today.

Came here for coffee there was coffee grounds in my coffee the women went to clean it and left me there waiting for my coffee well she cleaned it and the place is nasty dirty it needs to be cleaned

Usually I get good service at this location but lately their hours have been terrible i mean no baked goods at 8: 30 and closes at 9 honestly i have never seen a Tim Horton's close this early especially with summer coming to any of the staff that work at this Location if you see this this review is is no way a reflection of your service this is a message to upper management your hours are ridiculous

The drive-thru line is normally very long half the time it's very slow the other half is very efficient the staff for the most part is great the food for the most part is okay but for some reason I don't know if it's just the one shift but they don't seem to be able to stir coffee so most of your coffee is bitter and then the very last few mouthfuls are so sugary you can't drink

Just shame that so many of them were really down. To the point where I felt sad for them as I left.

This Tim hortons is more than ridiculously NOT managed right at all
The entire staff is ethnic and talks about their customers in their language which is so very rude snickering afterwards, its very obvious.
The way customers are treated is appalling and rude, on several cases the staff gets whole orders wrong and there is no fixing the issue because they meet you with hostility making it seem it was our fault all along.
I did in fact try explaining this nicely to the current (badly placed, can barely speak english ethnic manager)
They all know me I am a regular daily this manager proceeded to tell me I was lying and ordered a tea. I always order a coffee. NEVER A TEA.
So after I was told I was Liar she tried refusing giving my money back and I did not get my original order of a coffee.
Tell me is any of this right?
Does this sound like a properly run business?
I told them they lost a committed loyal customer.this staff didnt even care,
So do they care about the business itself.
Why are they there, why is the customers paying for this places mistakes.
Retribution is needed this is not the level we come to expect from a Tim Hortons.there is a reason why canadians go there, and I can tell you this edmonton and dundas location
Holds zero of those assets.

Been buying coffee for 20 yrs.worst service ive ever seen at all Tims Ive ever been to. Always running out of stuff. ALWAYS!
Always untrained employees. If I could rate ZERO. I definately would.

I was waiting to get served nobody came to the counter to serve me And the guy told me to move so I left with no breakfast never again I’ll come to this location I went to Starbucks And I got served better and better customer service with no creepy people

Made my coffee wrong again!
I can't tell you how frustrating it is to be 10 minutes down the road and you take a sip of your coffee that you paid for and it taste totally wrong.
I cannot drink this!
It's wasted!
No i cannot turn around and go back to explain then be late for work.

2 in the afternoon with only old fashioned Glazed and Birthday cake timbits and not making anymore, pathetic! Get your act together! Assorted is not two types of timbits!

Mostly anything you ask is out of stock. Quality of food is always messed up. Never ever they customize your wraps or sandwich, they never warm pastry despite of requesting them.
And of course you never get your order on time! NEVER!

I visited this location for the first time in years the other day at 6am, very friendly and fast, I ordered a medium mocha and about 30 mins into my drive I realized it was chunky. So I tossed it. Gross

Me when I get breakfast after drinking all night celebrating st pats and my bagel has the portions of the Great Depression. WHERE IS THE CREAM CHEESE THAT I HAVE TO PAY TWO EXTRA DOLLARS FOR? WHERE IS IT? GOD SAVE US. AMEN.

Went for a simple straightforward French Vanilla. It tasted like plain water with little to no taste of coffee in it. I was disappointed with the service at this location. Will definitely take a sip before leaving the location with the order I future.
