I ordered an icecap, a sausage farmers wrap and a chocolate lava cookie Wich totaled $10,57.i can in with eight dollars on a giftcard and a 10 dollar bill they gave me 5 cents back when the total was $10,57 and staff were rude

Never good satisfied with there service from last 5 years. They are serving same water fixed tea from years. Shame

Very clean, super friendly staff, quick service. This is my husband's and my best Tim Hortons in Kingston.

Wow I can’t believe the disrespect I just received at the drive thru at this location and from three of your employees maybe you should start treating your customers like you want them to come back I go to Tim’s about 4 to 5 times a day and the disrespect I will be going the long way for my coffee for the girls to get three other employees at the window to all sit there and say I was bullying them throw the drive thru window and that I was swearing at them when I had to yell over my nan in the passenger is unprofessional and then to throw the food out the window at my 81 year old grandmother not cool you have lost my business and my friends thank you and have a great day

I have had a few issues with this store but apparently my tipping point is a gross stale honey dip doughnut. Incredibly disappointing as I typically love the doughnuts.yuck.

Time and time again, get a large regular coffee with a shot of expresso every morning. So many times they forget the expresso. Plus get drinking the coffee and there's grounds in it.
Taking pride in your work is gone now apperently.

I hate Tim Hortons. Drive thru moves at a snail's pace. Screwups galore. Indoors, I stood for 10 minutes in a line of four people that didn't budge. Ended up late for work. Thanks

Employee at this location doesn't listen well or don't understand English language I just called, I was communicating with her in english, suddenly she started insisting me to talk with other employee who speaks Hindi or Punjabi.

Staff was slow, consistently messed up mine, and my fiance order numerous times every time we went there.

It says I stopped here.must have been to pee.this franchise has gone down hill so much over the years I cant give any location a good review except good service

Absolutely love this place. Husan made best coffee. I used to go at different store but because of only Husan, am your regular customer now.

Nourice in the drive through is an angel, management should definitely reward her for her excellence service!

Females working there seemed miserable. Males were joking and laughing. Had to wait for decaf coffee to be brewed and it tasted burnt. My guess would be not cleaned. I'm hard of hearing and with their accents had a hard time understanding them.

The employees at this location don't listen well. We have to repeat ourselves 3 or 4 times and still the order comes back wrong. My wife likes cheese croissants, often the store will tell us to come to the window and when we get there they tell us that they don't have any when they should have confirmed this at the mic!
