Tim Hortons

Long line ups. Only two people working on the floor that too on the busiest day of the year. Owner/management probably don’t care anymore as they know people are anyway gonna get their coffee as it is the only nearest Tim’s on the street.
Zero cleanliness.

Ordered a breakfast egg and cheese on a biscuit, the guy at the counter seem confused when I ordered. I had to repeat multiple times no bacon, however, I also got no egg, just a lonely slice of cheese on a dry biscuit? I feel ripped of. By the time I noticed I was already at work.

Worst of all the time.they do not have clean tables.no restrooms.every day different taste of same coffee.too bad customer service.they make everything in a very unhygienic manner.staff is always laughing whenever someone ask for something extra

Always taking too much time for preparing mobile orders. It’s not the first time, almost every time I’m facing the same thing. Some times I waited for more than the pick up time. The. What’s the use of mobile ordering, It’s better to order from the counter.

Bog standard sitting area, only a few seats. Big problem with homeless and junkies coming in. A totally stoned guy came in and moved my bag etc from my seat while I was getting a second coffee. I decided against dealing with him in the traditional Glasgow manner since I didn’t want to end up in jail. Staff absolutely useless and disinterested. Shut this branch down. I’m currently sitting in Tim Hortons in East Kilbride, Scotland. Spacious, comfortable, warm, safe, good service, good selection. Total opposite of the branch at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto. Best head down to the branch at the Hockey Hall of Fame. It’s busy, but no junkies!

Probably the worst Tim's I've ever been in. Staff is slow and rude. After ordering soup it took 15 minutes of waiting before I was told their out. When I asked for a refund, staff looked at me and laughed and then began talking in their language the whole time. Usually only 1 staff member on during rush hours. Food is not fresh. Homeless people is a huge problem inside and in doorways of the store. Head Office should review this owners operation

I Asked them if they had any Boston cream left because I couldn’t see it on display. The chubby lady just looked me in the eyes and simply chose ignored me. Very disappointed.

Ask for bagels and steep tea, bagels were completely burned and they did change upon request. Steep tea was without sugar. Staff is rude, I don’t know why you people don’t take any action. I will not recommend anyone to visit this Tim Hortons. Washrooms at this facility are not working.

In for a morning coffee and being singled out by a man and his wife, and children.
Comments were repetitive, rude and un called for

When I got there the line was out the door, but it went really fast. The coffee tasted great and the bagels were fresh. The workers were very pleasant as well.

Worst customer service, the washroom is not in service for weeks and when you ask them, they will just use an excuse.
Not going to come back any more.

Very bad customer service.employees are talking each other even they burn my bagel.i will never come here again.
