I'm told at the drive thru that their system is down and they accept cash only, they don't accept my $100 bill either, they still run my debit and doesn't go through.the first guy offers me the coffee for free, then the lady manager comes to window and tells me how much change I have in the car.seriously? !
You guys have issues with your system and make people wait for 15 minutes to get to the window trapped in the line up, the whole team inside the store with no attempts to notify the drivers before they squeeze in the tight lane with no way out only to NOT accommodate them in any way.the first young fellow offering the free coffee knows about customer service and should be in charge of the store, not the lady who lacks customer service decision making.
You guys owe me 15 minutes of my life back.plus the gas money!

Wow, as everything is expensive as it it. Tim’s is ripping off people by charging people more for their lunch menu. If the price was increased then why the menu board is not updated with current pricing. Absolutely no excuses. Don’t you guy’s make enough. For me it’s just $0.20 cents but imagine in a day how many people you guys are ripping off. Very disappointed.

Also why Tim’s never give out receipts out, unless you ask this is another way of making money and over charging customers.

I been going to Tim’s over 20+ years not one day they offer me my receipt at any location.

Your drive thru times are ridiculous and on top of that your charging more.

After so many months I walked into Tim’s due to their poor drive thru time. Still had to wait over 15 mins in line just to get a coffee and a sandwich.

Management need to be more alert.

If this location had less than a zero rating, then I would give them that. Worst Tim's ever! Food was disgusting. Dont buy from here. We wanted to pay cash, but apparently they dont take cash! When we asked for a refund, guess what? We got cash!
Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of their business. Please hire new staff that care.
Tim Horton would be rolling over in his grave if he visited this place.

This location used to be good but has become pretty terrible recently. Half the food’s never in stock and service is terribly slow. I’ll be driving to other Tim Hortons further than this one to get my food now.

I've been to other Tim Hortons where the service isn't as good so I decided to come here. It was definitely different but, in a good way. I went to the drive thru and the person taking my order took it attentively. Furthermore, the wraps I ordered were made just how I wanted to and the drinks I got were also well made. The service here is really good and they definitely pay attention to their buyers. I'll probably try to order from this Tim Hortons in the future

Worst tim horton location, i think they need to give training to employee’s how to talk and treat customers and who is serving today on drive thru window i think she need to clean her ear’s and keep those 2 dollars and get herself a coffee as she is sleeping while working

I ordered egg and cheese sandwich and wait for 20 minutes. They made my order and keep it on table but didn’t delivered me, worst customer service. Not recommend at all

Worst service. I ordered some thing else they gave me something else. Before staff was really good always greet with smile. Recently i don't know what happens rude staff making wrong orders. Please double check before giving order to customer thanks

They don’t even deserve 1 star As per their customer service. Most of their employes dont even know the ABC of customer service. They dont have manners at all how to serve the customer. They don’t even bother theirself to do the job for what they are hired for. Today morning around 5am, I ordered chai tea in the drive thru. After reaching at work when I tasted it, the taste was quite different (i think I was served with masala tea instead) they never bother theirself to stir the suger and wana save every penny by not giving seleeves with the hot cup.

Worst service. Sunday Evening worker are very rude. She took my order on drive-through and talk like she don’t want to work anymore. If your mood off then take a break. Why you behave rudely to make bad day for others. Take a leave from job. GO HOME!

Ordered everything bagel with cream cheese and chai tea33 by drive thry but they gave me two hash browns and plan bagel, and tea without sugar and milk, this happened 3rd time with me on this location. Worst service

I have to give 1 star, but they don't deserve this also, staff Lia tomuch, drive through. Management has to look into this.

Staff is good…i always order coffee 2-2 with milk and bagel, both was good …. But waiting time is very high mostly if you go drive through……Thanks…

Ordered 3 BLT's and none of them had bacon. All were burnt. What is the point of a BLT without bacon. Call a few times and no one answered the phone. Sent an email and all they said is we will get back to you. Never heard back so I'm writing this review.

Asked for all chocolate donuts, one honey crueller.guess what the lady gave me, almost the whole box filled with non chocolate donuts ‍️. If you’re in drive thru make sure you check your box because this tim hortons has a habit of messing up your order multiple times.

Such a poor service. This is the only Tim Horton close to my work place that’s why i have to visit here But every-time they mess up my the order. Sometimes the items are missing and many times they give wrong items. I called this morning to speak with the manager but the lady who picked up my call, never hand over to the manager.
I tried to inform the staff before about wrong orders and missing items but nobody cares at all. They just hand over new item like they are giving it to me for free….
I don’t recommend this location to anybody. Total wastage of money and time.
I would rather drive to another location them visiting to this one.

Is this drive thru a joke? The management should be sacked. French vanilla machine was broken but the guy in front of me got it.from the same machine? What? Fix the drive through and staffing issues. Its horrendously slow.

I ordered two times on mobile app.when i asked about my order after waiting around 10-15 minutes Still they were saying that i had to follow the queue If we have to wait for mobile order then why we are ordering online. Even staff was so rude, No responsibility

Drive through isn't organized with people cutting into the drive thru lane from the other side. Not worth arguing with those people either mostly junkies coming in during morning hours

At night time anytime you go they don’t have a steep tea, I don’t if they have instructions to do so or they do for purposely

They're extremely rude, I can see how they made national news when that chick jumped through the drive thru window

I'm surprised this Tim Hortons has a rating higher than 3. This is the Tim Hortons nearest my house and I am here a lot. They are chronically under staffed, I really feel bad for the workers here, especially the over night staff. Very often I pull up to the drive thru and it takes over a minute for me to be welcomed. Nevermind take my order. I hope Tim Hortons has an audit process to address these issues. The picture below shows the mismanagement at this location.

Edit: came back here after 4 years. Nothing has changed, my original review is dead on.

Super slow service when you go inside.
Focus is only on drive through.
Selection of donuts after 7pm is abysmal.

Every time I go to this location, they always mess up the order. They don’t know how to make coffee or bagels (always burnt). Untrained staff and horrible customer service. The line ups are very long, and the employees are inefficient.

Absolute disaster. Asked for a hash brown, was told there were no hash browns. Person behind me ordered a combo, and got a hash brown? My drink had two bugs, one in and one on the outside. Very slow and incoherent service.

I ordered small French vanila for me. And strawberry cremy chill for my friend. Both were very good. The waiting time was so less. I got my coffe in less than 2 minutes. The staff was so freiendly as well.

I visited this location on Saturday, June 5th at around 4: 15pm. I wanted to order a cold drink but the menu was not showing it. I stood there waiting for it then asked why it's not showing. She said the menu flips and it's there. I said I don't see it. It's not flipping. There was a glitch with it because it would flicker but the screen would not change. I asked her again and she said it's there. I said show me. It's not coming. She just gave me a cold stare and asked what cold drink I want to order. I said I want to see it so I can decide. She said ok and walked away. Obviously, she knew the menu was not flipping because she never took one look back at it. She couldn't just tell me that there was a problem with it? I walked out of there.

Honestly i had given this place a 5 star but these past couple years have been terrible service and let down and order mix up. I'm not sure if the Manager or store owner cut the staff in half but their are still allot of waiting in the drive thru. I always feel rushed out the window and don't even get a chance to put my card in my wallet and my drink safely in my cup holder.

Worst wait times. Takes 10 mins everytime to place my order. They are always out of items as well no matter what time you go. Last two times I went they didn't even have steeped tea and said would take another 10 mins to make. Avoid this location.

Even 1star is more for this location. Poor customer service by front store staff. Supervisor running in store like crazy and yelling at working employees. They serve half filled coffee cups. Very poorly managed location.store employees talk in language other than english.

Absolutely horrendous - re-route and go somewhere else. I know it's a busy plaza and there's always line ups but the staff is a hit or miss. At times, you see one person working closer to midnight and you can lined up for long. Other times, they are so keen to just push you out to have the next person in line that they mess up your order. So many times, I've gone home with the wrong order!

What a garbage Tim’s location! If your on lunch and are time-constrained DO NOT COME HERE. Took 25 minutes to get a bagel and 2 coffees, NO EXAGGERATION! That was with 1 person in front of me in line inside! Stay far away if you value your time.

Bad service ever at a tim.
Always have to wait very. Other tims are far thats why have to come here. Some employees take orders and don’t even know english. At least they should understand what we are saying or ordering.

Clean. However service was slow. Ordered pick up via mobile order (take out) and waited 15 minutes when the order was already complete.just sitting on the counter. No issues on staffing as there were 4 staff on site, no line up inside except for drive thru. 2 stars.

Edit: 2 stars to 1 star. I tried the small iced coffee which I ordered almond milk and cane syrup to be used. Coffee had regular milk and drowned in sugar.

Every night I drive thru with a cup of honey lemon tea after coming from work. Both the tea and service are very good and the server Param at window is very nice and polite.

They are doing nice work. They are very supportive. Especially a lady who brings orders. She is very helpful and polite.

Clean and enough sitting place there. TimBits at the evening/night time not good like to dry & hard. Amazing soups and free WIFI, but only one washroom for men’s and women’s.

Today February 8 10: 34am the team manager (looks like teeth was missing) putting her fingers inside the coffee cup when separating the cup from each other and after filling up with coffee. I hope her fingers was clean but she touch money maybe something else and I hope she washing her hand after the washroom. Little bit disgusting!

Busy at times but they have never messed up my order in past 5 years. Good customer service and friendly staff!

This is a good Tim Hortons, always on point with the coffee, hot donuts and fast service. Will be back!

Terrible service. I'm being yelled at because I am not taking my items fast enough from the lady at the drive thru

This location gives me mixed feelings. While I’ve never had issues with the freshness of products & like the efficiency of a drive thru moving quickly, especially during the early morning commute; what I don’t appreciate is the cashier at the window rushing me off, before giving me a second to put my change away even though there is no-one behind me. Why am I being told ‘Let’s Go, Hurry. Let’s go. ” The lady at the window this morning should maybe be rotated to a position where she isn’t interacting with customers. This experience was annoying and definitely not the way I wanted to start my day

Posting review now because this is the 4th time I have come to this Tim's and the coffee has been burnt and watered down. It really has gone down thr drain, I'm very disappointed. I remember when Tim's had the best coffee, but I guess that was years back.the only reason I'm giving them 2 starts tonight was because their food was decent.

I love the MORING STAFF fast polite the evening after 6pm & on always make mistakes with my order plus take forever

They don't have good cookie options. Its so hard to find white chocolate or triple chocolate cookies. All I always see are the basic and boring oatmeal raisin and peanut butter cookie.

I frequent this location all the time because of the super great staff here. They care about the customer and because they care, they never get the order wrong. I highly recommend this location.

I live near this Tim Hortons and this is the last option for me always. Been going here for few years, and it’s not that great. Other Tim hortons locations such as the one on castlemore do a superb job compared to this one.

Issues I repeatedly have are:
- Missing items
- Missing specific items on orders, if I ask for something they don’t give it
- Lady is rude
- Takes too long to make
- They in general need to re train all employees at this location, because they lack normal skills of a quality tim horton employeer

I usually never post reviews ever, but this experience here was so awful that I had to. Hope that tells you something.

May need to adjust the AC in the summer. When it is really hot, their AC seems not to work to full capacity.
It is messy: crumbs everywhere but the service is ok.

Chicken burger $1.99 bought two but it was not cooked properly
After eating I had loose motion after that still my stomach is upset.
