Close to the Airport, Service is Fast Parking is Ample and Very Conveniently Located Place. Loved it, Staff is Polite and you Will Always get you Coffee Stirred here. So, a Great Plus Every time.

Manager was not only rude with the customers but with the staff as well. How can they hire a manager who doesn't know the stuff they carry has nuts or not.
Go check on the Tim's app- was his reply. Absolutely unbelievable, don't go to this TimHortons.

One of worst tim hortons branch i have ever been.dont they know how to make coffee? Its the 4th time i got the worst coffee through drive thru.they never mix sugar.and coffee is worst i had garbage it.

Not a good workers, when you order they are talking in they native language that is why they don't get the orders right

THIS IS THE MESSIEST, MOST DISORGANIZED, MINDLESS LOCATION IVE EVER BEEN TO. The bathrooms are a disaster, but you know what, i tried to look past it because i imagine they are fairly busy. BUT TO HAVE FLIES IN THE FOOD? !? Disgusting. I’ve had my issues with this location messing up my order but how are they allowed to be open with the food being crawled over by flies. DO NOT EAT HERE.

SIMARPREET is so courteous. Eventhough he was on training, he recommended and treated us with good service. We will definitely come back!

Today when I went, they were very friendly and accommodating with my large order. Good work.

I would rather give 0 stars if possible.
I visited the location around 1am through drive-thru and they created huge mess.

Firstly they charged me around 25 dollors while I just ordered large steep tea with chai tea bag… no doubt they returned cash against my debit payment but then gave me medium steep tea.
When I said I had large one with chai tea bag as per my order on drive thru she went disrespectful and gave me large one but without chai tea bag. When I asked for it she said I have to tell all at once. I have already repeated my order several times and What is the purpose of drive thru if I have to order again at the cash counter?

Her name was “JANNAT”. She was behaving as if I was taking free food and was extremely rude.
Never gonna come back to this location.

Tim, you need to work on your customer service skills at this location. Please train them some manners on how to speak with customers when taking orders. This is my everyday place to visit. Tone of voice and body language is not welcoming but rude.

I ordered med cappchino. They give me coffee double double mix with milk. I ask to make it again properly they refuse to make again.

It is exactly like everybody says it is. Perfect! A lot of variety to choose from. Most people like french vanilla coffee at first, but end up liking steep tea. Mine favorite as well. If new, try everything bagel toasted with hash brown and chipotle sauce. Deadly combo ️

Worst tim hortons ever, I tried London fog from every tim hortons and none of them gave me the best experience of earl Grey.

This time I specially asked them to prepare it nicely but it's same as other times.no syrup, tasteless.please atleast just try to give your best rather than serving it in 2 minutes.it's not a noodle.

Simran, the associate manager, has no experience dealing with customers. She has so much attitude and no value for customers. I placed an order for my child's school, and the order was packed incorrectly, and old products were packaged.when looking at the boxes and asking to change some, she got upset.this store and employee requires serious training.it is no wonder your store has such bad ratings.no one cares and wants to step up to help.i would request someone to follow up to discuss this in detail.

Hi I ordered jalapeño begal and 2 small steep tea double double around 8’o clock morning December 16 2022 but you gave me 12 grain bagel insta may I get my begal on my next visit

We come through the drive thru everyday between 1pm-2pm as it’s the closest one to our house. The line is always insane but we usually don’t mind. I’m finally writing a review because I am so sick of the staff messing up our coffees. It’s an almost every day occurrence. Today we passed the coffees back to the window at least 3 times. X-Large 2 cream 1 sugar and a Large 3 cream 2 sugar. Every time they were handed to us the lids would say anything other than what we ordered. The girl at the window was getting mad at US when it’s the staff that kept messing it up and then literally offered to pass us the sugar to do it ourselves like NO we’re already here do your job and make the coffee that we asked for and paid for PROPERLY! I know it’s just coffee and whatever but holy smokes this happens so often and today was the breaking point for me. If our coffees are correct for one week straight I will remove this review but until then I hope your staff tries harder and does better.

We placed an order of cheese t-biscuit and received two doughnuts. The person giving us the order even repeated T-biscuit as he handed it to us. Shame as we waited quite a bit in line about 10 mins.

Such a bad service. Girl which “red tilak” on forehead. I know working in food industry is hard but their is thing called “patience” learn it for doing service. We just ask can you repeat donut name she was answered “I already told” What the hell is this. Just spoil our day. Not even deserve single star. If you’re tried just leave work go home. After that she is arguing like I am human this and that. Than what we are. We are paying. And she said customer always have problem that means you’re (Tim Hortons) service is not Good. Not even deserve single star. Not recommend!

I will give zero star if i could be able to give. The people working in Sunday mornings don't know the manners to treat the customer. I ordered bagel with extra butter and they gave me bagel with less than a regular butter. When we showed them they replace the order but when the girl came she just threw the bag on the counter. Poor customer service skills and zero experience rating.

Way too many screw ups at this location. Order 2 sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, sausage is replaced with old dried up hash brown. Farmers sausage wrap, has no sausage on it. I repeated my order 2 times.
Unreal.

Those peoples working at this tim Horton soooo lazy and too slow and too big line up they need to work little fast and coffee or steeped tea is not properly too hot it little cold and trid out chocolate tim bite testy like

One of the Timbits looked like half eaten, went inside and found it was just baked and was super soft.
They were nice to explain and change it right away.
I always go there and they always have stock of everything, dont remember them saying it is finished.
Drive through always busy.
Lot of parking space.

The slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been in in my entire life. Some of the staff try their best (maybe they just lack experience or training) But alot of them just don’t seem to care and then give you attitude when THEY mess up your order. Sorry not sorry ‍️

Drive through window is like conversation hall. They donot listen orders properly. Its your luck if you get right order, but thats probability of 1: 10

One of the worst Tim Hortons ever. Sure, they are polite when taking drive thru orders. HOWEVER the food sucks! Ordered a french vanilla and it was hardly sweet and was served warm not hot. Same with other beverages. Hot drinks should be served hot and not filled halfway. Also, it is like they forget the cream cheese on bagels. This location is very stingy on cream cheese and other stuff like napkins and bags. In fact, most Tims in Brampton are like this. Vaughan locations are much better and worth the drive if you are craving Tims.

Good spot. Line moves quickly. Orders usually accurate.

I got a croissant with egg and cheese and when i took the first bite i noticed it didn’t feel right.when i spat it out i realized there was a big piece of paper stuck to the egg in the croissant completely unacceptable.very disappointed

This is the closest Tim near to me and I think I have to find another one. Seriously, this is what you call bagel with cream cheese. I don’t understand are these instructions given to employees by their managers or the employees are paying out of their pockets as the portions are almost negligible. Highly disappointed with this cheap Tim hortons who does not know how to serve customers.

I don’t know why this location cannot hire people who listen? Anytime I pass here and grab something, I repeat myself 2-3 times for just one item- if it was one time of course it may be a head set issue, background noise etc and that’s very understandable- but every single time? They sit and have side conversations while you’re waiting at the window trying to pay and say nothing while flinging the key pad at you to pay… no hello, no thank you, no you’re welcome- a quick good morning, good evening goes a long way. It used to be a great location but I’m assuming they’re cutting down staff and that’s why no one is nice anymore

Central location, so the line up to the drive thru gets pretty busy. Friendly staff gets it moving quick though.

Please avoid this location unless you have absolutely no other option. This is just one example of how they rip off customers.

I asked for stepped tea double double and they gave me coffee, this is not the first time.
We are paying for it you are not giving it for free.

Want to be ignored? Come to this place! Wth is everyone doing in the kitchen and nobody taking orders? Then one came to take order for ONE tea and she took literally 7 min to make! The service here is TERRIBLE!

Worst tim hortons i ever visited. Ordered cold brew vanilla cream and got without cream when asked and a lady said that they already added and. Didnt got straws in garden veggie wrap there was only potato and no cream.

I’m writing 2 reviews. One is for Tarun and will rate 5 stars. Hands down she is amazing and every employee should be just like her! Very polite and strong customer skills!

However, There’s 1 employee and Idk why she gets the order wrong all the time! Not only had I experience this but a friend of mine did as well.
Wish I was able to catch the name. Had no name tag.

She remade my coffee but had a nasty attitude. Definitely needs training again.needs to learn how to speak to customers. Employees like her will ruin this place. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

I was very disappointed with the service of MANVEER as she given us a wrong order and then in spite of sorry she started arguing with us very badly. She behave very unprofessional and rude. This place deserves no stars at all cause of these kind of employees.

Rude staff. Went through drive thru and I had multiple coffee order.
The window person is like you should’ve told us before that you want a tray. I was like sorry that I’m asking for a tray. Meanwhile they were just busy talking among themselves

Good service. However, the cashier should not handle cash and also prepare the order. Also, cashier didn't wear gloves while preparing the order. It was a coffee order but the cashier is still touching the cup, lid, straw, and napkin. Given the increase in COVID cases management should separate staff duties. This should not be a problem given the number of staff that was working. Thank you.

Staff needs to pay attention, I ordered DD coffee, got Steep tea instead; realized later when I went back to my work, spoiled my lunch break.

Disappointing service, I understand that they are busy but they are suppose to care about their customer, had to wait long for my order which eventually was wrong and dint feel like the staff cared.

Horrible drive-thru experience, order isn't accurately taken and customers are blamed for mistakes done by staff. On duty manager very rude to deal with and even after accurately giving the order once again at the window, still manage to mess up the coffee and not stirred well.worst experience at a tim hortons.

If your employees cannot handle midnight shifts, maybe you should stop offering them the shifts.but stop keeping employees who don't know what customer service is all about

I was visit at tim hortons near 4 pm there was a girl maybe her name was harman. She serve a coffee and that was really nice.

Very bad customer service! Speaks so rude while taking order in drive thru, Been there for two days in a row now and still the same bad experience.

On july 14th 2020 around 5: 25 pm. I clearly ordered two iced capp from drive-thru but i was offered two hot coffees. Hence i politely denied but the lady on the window argued with me and made me feel that i was wrong and was questioning me.had very bad customer experience, never going back to this location.

This Tim Hortons exist to serve only Drive through customers. There is a long que at the counters but only one cashier to serve the guests. I guess Tim Hortons should hire more staff to serve people

Went drive through. This is the 3rd consecutive time they have messed up the order. Screen to take orders not working. Workers do not speak very good english nor do that have ANY communication or customer service skills. Ordered sausage breakfast sandwhich. HAD NO SAUSAGE, Steeped tea was requested with no sugar.sugar was added AND hash brown was missing. Needless to say; choose another Tim's or just go to Mcdees!

I like this place.staff is doing good.need to work on order process.sometimes got wrong things in my order. Sometimes coffee too bitter.but they gave me replacement.thats good.

The customer service sucks. The cashier who came to take the order said hey.and she just went to talk to one of the employee who finished her work. There were a so many people waiting behind me.

I wish I can give 0 review to this place there is supervise name Raj has no manners every time I go she is so rude I usually order smoothie and they never make it right I requested her on drive through and told her please stair it properly she didn’t reply and repeated it over and she replied so rude and this time even it wasn’t right I went inside store she refused to fix it and didn’t even gave my money back not recommended to anyone

Always loved tim hortons food. Taste very good. They need to clean it more and there coffee taste like its watered down. But overall very good.

This Tim hortons is right by my place so I go there alot, I always have a horrible experience, especially today. Not only did the drive thru take forever, but I had to wait at the window for another 5 minutes because they couldn't prepare the strawberry chill. At the window Farheen (the trainer) was extremely rude, not sure if she is training others to work with customers or be rude to them. She had said "your next drink is free", I did not hear here clearly because of the kids noise at the back, so I requested if she could repeat herself and that seemed to be her trigger. She constantly kept rolling her eyes and when I requested her for a flat lid and an extra straw (during my wait, NOT after we had received our order) she started shaking her head and rolling her eyes as if I requested for some huge item that I had not paid for!

Not sure why people work in customer service if they don't like working with people.

It’s ok kind of location not the greatest! Staff were found with knowledge and were doing lot of mistakes in order taking.

Always go to this Tim Hortons on the way to work, coffee is usually fresh in the mornings but not so much at night
