I ordered a coffee and cheese croissant. For the price, it's absolutely perfect!

It needed to be put in the microwave because there is something delicious about a buttery flaky croissant. Sorry, I ate it quickly and forgot to take a photo.

The persistent issues surrounding cleanliness and the notable presence of a homeless population make it a less than ideal spot. Despite the brand’s reputation, the atmosphere and overall experience leave much to be desired, making it a subpar choice for those seeking a comfortable and hygienic dining environment.

I really Grilled croissant with butter along with french vanilla. Must try.
Veg cilantro wrap is also a good option for vegetarians.

Would highly benefit from soap in the soap dispenser, paper in the paper dispenser and an air freshener in the men's bathroom. Maybe a cleaning once in a while

This is a rough area but the staff take alot of abuse.
Threats of harm and I want to pay tomorrow blackmail.
2 female staff one tibetan takes abuser off which are criminal.
Place is kept sort of clean but like most Tim's short of floater to clean tables
U have crack heads, substance abuse, camh customers.uber. Guys doont get a hoot and bring in dirty ebikes. Management prob doesn't care.
Staff r so resilient to take abuse short of assault.

Always horrible service takes so long when you actually order too many homeless they removed alot of the seating its annoying

Friendly staff, the place was almost void of all tables and chairs. It was like an empty dance floor.also had a bit of a smell to it

Excellent service. Donuts were delicious. Coffee was also delicious. Just please fix the womens bathroom! I saw a woman go into the mans bathroom to use the bathroom. Imagine if I went into the ladies room to use the bathroom. That wouldn't be cool! To me, that means there's something amiss here.

Other than that, good Timmies.

Amendment to my previous rating: I ordered the chicken carvables and I paid, that is not what I got! The guy who prepared it had no idea what he was doing to say the least, the guy who took my order had no idea they didn't have the crispy chicken for the carvables.

When I saw my so called carvables sandwich I was confused, it didn't look like what I had ordered and when I asked what that was, that guy who originally prepared it was completely uninterested and just said its what I ordered when it was not!
He need to go since he's not interested in working or doing the job he has properly.

To the owner that guy I speak of is the young Indian guy with the mustache.

And I'd like to commend the young lady who took care of my order and made me a delicious wrap she's a sweet looking girl and kind. She's ebony petite with a darling smile.

A lovely young lady apologized and prepared a different item for me at no extra cost.
I thanked her and told her it's not her fault.

Good fast and service with a smile

I ordered myself an extra large dark roast double double with a everything bagel and herb and garlic cream cheese. Lastly I finished it off with a delicious donut. The location was busy but the staff handled it well.

They might need security there; 4 months ago a street guy was harassing customers; he got me and I banged my hand on the counter and said lets do it; he backed off; staff was in a daze; with witnesses and me wanting to do a palm strike; I go to jail but I backed off

One of my favorite Tim Hortons to go to. Staff os courteous and fast and accommodates to any special instructions I have given them with orders. Only giving 4 stars because the location is in a spot where you get alot of people harassing you for change and people loiter about and can be rude to other patrons

This is a convenient spot if you're waiting at the TTC stop and the place is decent but the area is sketchy during the day so can't imagine what the night crowd looks like O_O

Nice cafe decor, with a faux fireplace. As of Feb 2020 there's a sign stating that block is going to be converted to condos, so enjoy it well you can.

I went in today and order a bagel belt, when the order was ready one of the workers called out my order so obviously I got it and when I got home I see it's not what I ordered so I went back in and thank you to the lady working at the main cash, she was very helpful and provided good customer service but to the workers making the food, they seemed to be very rude and giving her a hard time because THEY switched up the orders. I didn't get the cashiers name but she is usually always working at the main cash, thank you for the good customer service!

Every Tuesdays and Thursdays the staff mess up our food, yes we check before leaving and still mess it up, try communicating with the people u work with

Asian dark brown color girl was so rude and she acted like she is doing job free she is not getting any salary no manners

One of the most poorly run timmies I've been to, oftentimes only have one worker behind the cash trying to do everything while the others are off who knows where. Line could be 2 people long but take up to 10min to get anything, this is the closest timmies to my work so unfortunately I have to suffer this place from time to time.

A clean and well maintained Tim Hortons. It is spacious and has a number of tables and chairs. It has a nice view of the Queen Street.

All the standard Tim Hortons menu items are available here. The staff are friendly and helpful.

To be honest this Tim Horton’s is very slow, however SOME employees are great with their customer service but Others are not. I go to this Tim Hortons almost Daily and I have to say I’m not impressed with the recent customer service first I was told I cannot redeem my drink rewards towards the drink I wanted although I was told it was for every drink.then I went there, getting a regular order which is usually around $13 but somehow they made it come out to $18.when I explained to them that it’s always $13 they were very rude and kept repeating things that just didn’t make sense and to top it all off my drink was not filled all the way and they had to remake my ice coffee twice. NOT IMPRESSED. GET IT TOGETHER.

I have a coupon drink from Double Double Tim Card and I could redeem to different drink in the same amount of money. I did it every weekend with other lovely cashier, however today cashier Melissa could not accommodate this for me and she keep saying No No No without trying.

I am wondering whether she doesn’t know how to operate the POP machine well or she doesn’t care about customer service?

For future advice:

You should try or ask for help from your manager first before you just immediately say No No No to clients.
It will make the customers deserve what you try to perform your role.

Not sure how this place has gotten so many great ratings.sitting here right now. 5 of the local homeless using this place as their living room.one is drinking a 40 of Smirnoff.one has his feet on the table sleeping. 2 are using this as a slon to do eachother hair and the last one is flipping out in a corner. And paying customers are just walking out.

The staff is no name who working with the girl is Paru. Her behavious is unpolite to customers. The manager pls training her again, otherwise, no customer will come to your store.

I must say Drashti - a employee I met today is brave and strong, She can handle the homeless who comes to tim hortons so well, on top of it - her customer service is excellent. I am a regular customer and I notice this behaviour of her everyday.she is smart as well as active. I must say she should be promoted as supervisior. Her working capacities are just outstanding. I don't buy coffee if she is not working. I just love the way she deals with problems at timmies and her responsiveness towards customer.she is kind, gentle and strong.
