Worst tims in ontario for service.inside takes forever to place your order and theres only one person working on the inside there focus seems the drive through where even thats real slow to.if owner dosent believe try it yourself service is super slow there

I just bought veggie bowl from drive thru and there is almost nothing in it. Not even half filled. I told them to put extra dressing that they do and Im thankful for that and appreciate that but it is panicking when someone comes in a break time for a lunch menu and you get nothing. And this bowl is one of my most favourite meal option in a whole world but totally disappointed.

The ladies room was dirty. I can't imagine what was all over the door and in the sink. The 3 waste bins in the main restaurant were overflowing. Someone was training and 4 staff standing around while I waited at least 5 minutes for service.

You will find more smiles at the morgue. Though I can't say the same about the flies. They were crawling all around the cookies and dougnuts.

I visited this location today and upon arrival was the only one in line for service. There were 3 people working behind the counter and all serving the drive thru. I waited about 5 minutes and no service, at this time another customer came in and was totally put out that there was no one even acknowledging that we were there. Finally a girl comes over and I ask for a gift card and she walks away to ask someone about it, she comes back and says I'm new and in training I can't help you but she will. So she then proceeds to help the person next in line. While waiting for my gift card I decided to order donuts, 6, chocolate covered and apple fritters, the girl put them all in a paper bag and hands it to me, I said there are chocolate donuts in the bag that will melt and stick together, she said sorry I'm new. I asked her to give me a box and I will put them in myself and in the meantime you have another customer, so she went off to help him, and at the same time she reminded the other person that I was waiting for my gift card. After waiting about 5 mins more the third person that was there said she could help because she does gift cards but when I asked for $100.00 gift card she said sorry I can't it has to be her and pointed at the girl at the drive thru window. This person seemed to be the person in charge and she told the girls, 3 different times, I will be over in a minute but never came over until I had to raise my voice for her to hear me "can I please get a gift card", she said " hold on a minute" I said a minute I've been here for over 10 minutes now. She finally comes over and does the transaction. Unbelievable, needless to say, I won't be going back there!

Worst Tim’s I have ever been to. Drive through is not only dangerous, but takes years to make it through

I like Tim Hortons for the fresh coffee and freshly prepared food items as well as the donuts and muffins. The service is always fast and the staff are friendly.

This is the closest Timmies to me and I go there all the time and I won't be going back. Barely competent, incredibly rude employee in the drive thru

We went through the drive through at the Tim Hortons on Brock Street in Whitby on Oct. 31/22. We ordered the loaded cilantro lime bowl with slow cooked chicken, and the cilantro lime loaded wrap with slow cooked chicken.

As a previous order of the same items had very little of the cilantro lime dressing, I ordered extra on both, and was charged extra for both. When we got home, the loaded bowl had only a drizzle of the dressing on it, and my wrap had no dressingat all! Totally p***ed off, but by then, what can you do! I should have taken a picture and posted it to shame them for charging extra for nothing!

My suggestion is that if you order something from this location, you check it before you take it home, especially if you, have to pay extra for something! This location won't get my business again!

Average Tim Hortons. Sometimes they get my order wrong… sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad.

Service was fine. It's Tim Hortons afterall. But the dining area was very dirty. Almost all tables had garbage on them, floors were sticky from spills that weren't cleaned up plus garbage on the floors, and garbage bins were overflowing. If they keep the dining room is this dirty, imagine what the kitchen area looks like.

We never listen to me, they always screw up my order, I had to stand in line for 15mins this weekday, weekends, they never clean the tables, garbage, OUTSIDE TOO. The baking stuff NEVER FRESH, I HAVE to CLEAN my TABLES WHEN I COME THERE, the cleaner do fast jobs on floors, tables. When all the Tim Horton's hires students they play around they do NOT do their jobs on weekday, weekend s, there never dounts, muffins left the bakers they are lazy bums because NEVER bake any more. I could keep going but you guys figure out the rest of it.

The drive thru doesn’t have a garbage /recycling system outside and then people trow everything on the grass and full of garbage everyday, they should put one, doesn’t make sense they don’t.

I walk to this location often, I'm never in a hurry, good thing, they are very slow.
Wow, hat's off to the guy working at Tim Horton's today, may have been a manager/supervisor, but he had some hustle. Very pleasant and professional. He's a keeper, thanks

A dose of verbal harassment with my breakfast sandwich.

After 15 minutes waiting for my order on a quiet Sunday a.m. I asked if my order was coming. One employee very politely said they were out of egg, which is why the long wait. I said (politely, calmly, matter of factly) that I wished they'd let me know when I ordered because I would have chosen something different. My daughter was waiting for me in the car. I also asked if next time the drive thru would be faster than inside (as seems to be the case). A male employee walked over from his station to interrupt my conversation with the nice female employee and started berating me "Don't you stand there giving attitude. That's enough with your attitude, I heard them tell you etc. " (they didn't). He cut me off so I couldn't say anything, and finally walked away to go scowl in the corner. His coworkers told him to back off and were helpful and polite but Wow! I hope they don't have to deal with that all day. And as a customer, I definitely will not be looking for a repeat performance. Yikes!

I love this location but it's getting worse and worse. I feel like the drive thru is not paying attention to orders. I order a Large, redeemed a free coffee in the app and got a medium. Why would I redeem a free beverage and get a medium? Not cool

Used drive thru to order a decaf coffee and apple fritter. They handed me a fritter with completely melted icing smeared all over the bag. We asked for napkins and the person responded with rolling their eyes. As a pregnant woman I’m concerned with food safety standards at this location since the apple fritter was completely frozen inside. I guess they must be speed thawing their fritters under the oven or something which melts the icing leaving the fritters frozen on the inside. I ended up throwing it out to prevent getting a food borne illness. The coffee was weird too due to milk particles floating on top. Will not be coming back to this location.

Consistent coffee and food. Definitely my go to location. Staff is always pleasant! What they don't deserve is grown a$$ adults littering though out the drive though. If you can't take your garbage home you don't deserve a drive thru in your life! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for treating ppl who make your morning complete like that.

Tim Hortons will always screw up my order, it’s kind of become a fun game to guess what they are gonna give me, because I know I’m not getting what I ordered. However, this Tim Hortons in particular is the worst. I think I would be more likely to receive the farmers wrap that I wanted in the first place if I ordered a creamy chocolate chill. And they would still put all the ingredients outside of the wrap. In reality the 1 star I’m giving this place is for myself for repeatedly visiting this Tim Hortons.

The drive thru is really confusing, you have to go beside the auto shop to get to the place to put your order. Outside of that it was really fast, I went in and out. Also the strawberry watermelon real fruit, is nothing like a real fruit, it’s like one of those powder drinks you have to mix with water.

Outside of that I got the chipotle wrap and ice capo, good as always. Service was very fast too.

Not sure if it's additional menu items or change of management, but this Tim's has gone from no more than 6-7 minutes with a full drivethru line to a minimum of 15-20. It's ridiculous.

This Tim Hortons is one of the best. They have wonderful staff and efficient service. Id like to make a special thank you to kesh (I think that’s how you spell it) for always being so kind at the drive through during my morning commute! She’s always asking how I am and she’s always smiling! Thank you for making your customers feel welcome!

There is one person who gives the worst customer service. She has an attitude, making many mistakes, doesn’t know what she’s doing although it looks like she is a supervisor in the evening shift. Everybody else is wonderful. It’s pretty sad she ruins the experience of the trip every time when she is there. Mobile order is never ready with the person and she makes the drink with annoyed face for every customer. I used to like this place so much before this started.

Drive thru is quick. The newly cracked fresh egg sandwiches are not to be desired.they use to be fresh they now sit under heat lamps/trays and are no where near fresh and rubbery unless you go early in the morning rush hour. Want fresh cracked egg sandwiches go to McDonald's

Service was horrible.it look like they were not ready for success.inhave patients but waiting for a single coffee for 20min.thats not the greatest customer service. I go there everyday.an it seems like they are always alittle bit behind the ball.bless.

Worst Tim Hortons and worst customer service.
My order was all wrong.
I ordered everything bagel with herbal garlic cream cheese. There was bare cheese on it and it was plain cheese.
The latte was too watery.
The coffee was stale.
The customer service was rude.
I went on Nov 10 2020, @ 11: 30am.
I wish the manager should go for training and the staff should be monitored.
Never going back there again.

On Sunday 22nd of November 2020 at around 4: 30pm I went to the drive thru and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The coffee was perfectly fine but the bagel had the thinnest layer of cream cheese id ever seen. It just looked like better at that point. I went inside to complain but no one apologized or bothered to offer me another one. I asked if I could write down a complain but they said they would do it themselves, and there was no manager i could speak to. Terrible experience.

This particular Tim Hortons gave the entire chain a bad name.
Filthy. Absolutely Filthy! Floors were dirty.

Used to come here all the time but today I ordered a farmers wrap that tasted off.opened it up and the eggs were green and moldy probably can’t look at any Tim Hortons the same way again.

Clean and tidy. Service is great. But as with all Tim Hortons lately especially in the evening your lucky to get donuts amd the selection is so plain lately. I wish they would go back to focusing in donuts and coffee again. I'll stick to Village Bakeshop for fresh made every morning donuts

This Tims seems to be, according to other reviews, the bane of all Whitby Tim Hortons. Why is that?

While I believe most of the problems are corporate, a lot of the others can be summed up to an extremely high turnover rate. This indicator is evident from the somehow permanent help wanted sign on the window. Management should consider engraving it on a plaque, for how long I've seen it stuck up there.

The turnover rate is high. That's not an opinion; it's a fact-a fact that causes poorly trained workers not being able to handle the morning and afternoon rushes adequately, leaving the customer and employee frustrated. One reviewer mentioned an incident with the manager doing jack all and leaving the storefront to handle a lineup singlehandedly. There is a lot of truth to that this past couple of years, and I believe it's a management issue.

Treat your employees right, and they'll take care of the customers.

I liked the food and workers, but I noticed that when storefront gets flooded, it’s usually only one person.the same person. The other’s don’t help and when they call for management to assist, management ignores them and leaves the person to flounder. Then when management comes in, they are unbelievably rude to storefront and say being stuck on storefront is “good for them” also, another one accused a member of storefront for being on their phone. No, she was working hard while you did jack.

This isn't a bad location small and parking is terrible the drive threw is in a horrific location. The only time I visit this location is when I'm at work and can park my truck on the road

Average Tim Horton's in every way except most of the staff is very friendly. Every 3rd order, I would say there's a mistake, but every Tim's has the same issue. They do seem to receive shipments later than other Tim Horton's; ex: I planned on purchasing the annual ornament and after weeks of asking this particular Tim's location, I got it from another location.

What should I share look at the picture and let me know what should I say repeat to buy sickness from there

The coffee was done properly and stirred, but I feel uncomfortable that not one person was wearing a hair net.gross check before you eat.

Went through drive through, asked for farmers wrap with no sauce. Take a bite out of it, they filled it with mustard. I go inside, tell them that I said no sauce and never said anything about mustard. They make me a new one. Take a bite, they put the sauce in it. It took 3 times to make a wrap with no sauce. I had my baby with me and had to get out of the car and get him in and out of the car seat twice. Are you guys freakin kidding me?

Always love going to Tim Hortons! Fast service when I'm on the go and need a coffee. The cashiers are really nice and helpful if I have questions about the menu. Been going to Tim Hortons ever since I was a kid. I loved when me and my friends needed a coffee and we would hangout there. I've had and made many fond memories with friends and family at Tim Hortons. Overall I love Tim Hortons, if you need coffee or food you can count on them. Thank you Tim Hortons for all the great times and memories.

812pm and the $1.99 Chicken Sandwich special is not available! I assume they spent soon much on advertising this feature, they had no money left to buy Chickens? Amazes me!

Real good, eh? Every day before going to hockey practice I take my moose through the drive-thru and say, "eh, can I please get a medium double-double, eh, sorry? " and they say sorry, eh, and I enjoy my coffee.

On today's visit I hung out inside the cafe. Usually this is a drive thru location for me. The updated interior was nice and trendy and there were many people hanging out there.

Not happy about the Belgian Waffle promotion being over but still an awesome spot for a half coffee, half french vanilla

I ordered a medium hot chocolate and sour cream donut that was correct however my boyfriend ordered a large white candy cane hot chocolate and got a medium regular hot chocolate. We pointed it out to the staff and said they will get the right drink up for him. They gave him a large drink and let him keep the incorrect medium drink which was nice. But walking back home realized the large was again a regular hot chocolate and not the white candy cane hot chocolate, pretty frustrating to get the wrong drink twice.
