Tim Hortons

I would really appreciate if someone from management talk to big guy, who always working in the morning, says no good morning no hi, just a bad attitude and stare at you. That is not a good customer service, especially during morning time.

I’m not sure what they did to the wraps but, I won’t be ordering them anymore. This is what I got when I ordered a ranch crispy chicken wrap. Not appealing or tasty at all. A lot of wrap and not a lot of ingredients inside.

It's a typical Tim Hortons for the exception of the homeless people sleeping in the booth midday

Me and my girl go out of our way to go to this location. It's always top notch with everything we order! Never disappointed

Just ordered off of uber eats and got 2 caramel iced coffees.i ordered extra caramel in both and they are disgusting.without a doubt NO sweetener in here not even regular amount.will not be ordering from you guys again and i know others feel the same way

Had the cashier cut me off kid orderr, had them grilling the wrap for 3 mins. Did not enjoy vibe/customer service from all staff, lot of attitude.

Service at this Tim Hortons almost makes me consider paying the $8 for a coffee from Starbucks.

I stopped in briefly during the day to get coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. I ordered and asked for a receipt to keep track of things.
My coffee was served along with a roast beef and cheddar cheese sandwich that was saturated in sandwich sauce.it looked gross and didn't smell right.
I took the sandwich back into the Tim Hortons and showed them the receipt for my bagel with cream cheese.it took them a few minutes but it was sorted out and I took my order and left. Thank you!

Am heavily disappointed that they discontinued Frosted Cinnamon Buns.

Quite difficult to find a place that still carry Dutchies, Blueberry Fritters, Cherry Cheese Danishes, and Cinnamon Buns now.

Anyone know a good cafe for frosted cinnamon buns?

Had a very surley server named Danny or Danielle. Worst service ever at Tim's read the list of items to her, only 4, she forgot one item. Them blamed me for not giving her the item. Won't be going back to that location.

Went to this Tim Hortons after a baseball game. Tried ordering food only to be told they have turned off their grill for cleaning. When questioned about it they replied grill goes off at 9pm. After pointing out it was 8: 50pm there was no response from staff. I doubt I will try this location again

Different to minnewer. Lots of staff for a bussy pick up window. Only 1 girl severing walkins. And she was training or new.: (

Employees are nice. Drive thru can get busy, but inside is always quick to serve. If a mistake is made on your order and you're still in the parking lot and take it in they will fix it.

Went here the other night. It was 950pm. All the lights on drive thru and store were on. Waited at the drive thru for 5 or 10 minutes with no answer. Drove around and went to enter the front door. The employee just started at me with a blank stare. I motioned and asked if they were closed and she just stared at me for another 15 seconds and then turned around and ignored me.

Ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin, freshly made. Tasted great, along with terrific customer service. This is one of the better tim hortons

The staff in this store are disrespectful to customers, they refuse to provide many items, even if you walk in they still have it. I ordered a crispy chicken and got something completely over cooked. Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Staff training is important and their attitude is a testament to what kind of business tim hortons is.

So so location. I have come here a few times in the past and was never too content. The location is not the best (neighbourhood is not as safe). The food itself could be improved as well when it is prepared.

Too many people hanging around the parking area as well and the drive through takes a bit to long as well. Don't feel welcome or safe at this location, and that needs to change to be honest.

Super friendly staff in the mornings, they always know my order when i walk in and welcome me with a friendly hello.

This place gets too busy in the mornings and lunch time, but their customer service is great and drive through line up moves fast.

Can you ever imagine Tim Hortons REFUSING for an extra STRAW for the juice I ordered for my son, well don't be surprised this location wont let you down. I ordered drinks from drive thru and noticed I would need one extra straw for my 4 yr old, I sent my other son to get inside and grab one.
To my utter shock he asked for it but no one gave any response. I went inside again with him and asked for a straw to which the lady refused bluntly said "we have limited number of straws and cannot give you more"
Have you ever heard TIMIs refusing to provide an extra straw.what a shame instead of being polite the lady was extremely RUDE and RACIST. Even if this is a policy with TIM she could have put it across in a decent way. I guess this part is not known to her.

One of the so-called gentleman actually supported her and asked me to get out. The lady said nothing to him and actually felt happy that I am being cornered.
Dear Manager I hope you look into the matter and do the needful.

I am definitely not going to this location ever in my life and recommend no one agrees to work here as well

Rude staff expect for some. Asked for a doubt and the girl at the cashier was wearing gloves. She didn't change the gloves to grab the donut.

Drive thru lay-out sucks, confusing, especially for drivers that text and drive) service is like everywhere else but in this specific location you will meet a lot of inadequate clients, not the best part of the city.

The staff working the drive through were the best part of my morning! The lady who took my order was very sweet to me and the man serving me told me to have a good day. This meant the world to me since I was having a difficult morning. Thanks for making a difference!

I don't what is going on? For the past 8 year's my husband and I go to this location Davis & lomgford. We both go at least 3 times a day. Lately the coffee is not hot. It's barley warm.

Service is not the greatest. Staff was using profanity behind the counter and eating food out of the wedges container. Will not be going back.

We stopped here after picking my family member up from the hospital. Easy access from main road, quick service in the drive through.

This tims was very helpful. I have no data so they helped me with that. Very busy with drive through so make sure they know you are inside and they see you

I get a coffee from here every single day! Timmies is the brand of Canada and I really recommend them.

They really need to get their stuff together at this Tim Hortons always coffee grounds in my coffee only Tim Hortons that seems to do that every time I get a coffee and I make several trips a day to different locations as I am in the landscaping business

Honestly always get the worst service there. How are you going to fulfil 2 separate orders before you fulfil the first. All of them being drinks. The service in store is constantly lagging and slow. I would not recommend this location to anyone. You’ll be waiting 5-10 mins just to be served when you are the first in line. Then another 5-10 mins of waiting to have a staff member ask you what you are waiting for. Maybe they should focus on service as much as they do drive through. Honestly if you don’t order through drive through, good luck.

I have been to this location lots and havent been dissapointed! They always make my coffee on point.

The friendliest, most enthusiastic drive thru staff I have ever encountered! They made me smile!

I order 1 sandwich, with no tomato no ranch with mayo and bacon added and 2 chrispy chicken wraps and paid for that order. I received I sandwich with tomato with ranch and no bacon. I also received 2 chicken sandwiches. (Not wraps) completely got my order wrong. Kinda disappointing. Order accuracy at this location isnt very good.

Amazing location and staff.parking/drive thru is dangerous, not clearly marked for right of way, near miss accidents with other vehicles and pedestrians daily to the point the cops have to park there on occasion to watch the idiots driving

Last week was our first time we visited this fine restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We had great time with the attentive service, with the finest meal and booze and with the comfortable pay. We will no doubt visit there again.

This should be better. Tea with milk became clear tea with sugar. A bagel with cream cheese became a bagel with no cream cheese. This happens more often than not at this location. Going elsewhere.

The women at this location are very rude.well selected few are very nice. The Lady on bagel bar in the afternoon who I believe is a manager or supervisor at least very nasty talks to fellow employees about customers in a very degrading manner with in ear shot of said customers.talks down or about people in the store when they can clearly hear her it's very unprofessional and very very rude. I'm not even the type to comment on these types of things but I'm a reg customer and it has happened more then I could count on one hand. You should really let this employee know their representing the owner and the franchise and she is making you guys look terrible. Signed a very disappointed long time customer

I visited today and it was kind of a disappointment. The service was drive-though priority as most Tim's are but once I got to order it was fast. My complaint was that I was soo loud inside. The radio was blasting the weirdest music and it was mostly static. I asked to tune the radio and one of the workers just ignored me. Someone asker behind the counter what I said and she replied "ah he just wants us to change the station". I guess the constant sound of equipment beeping the entire time was loud enough that no one could hear all the static on the radio. What a weird place. I won't return lol

Their farmers wrap with sausage is the best. Cashiers fast and swift. Friendly and always willing to help. Great guys.great place.

The lady who usually takes order on drive through is super nice and she always gives youa bit of her positive energy.i finally asked her name this morning, Christine, and would like to thank her for begin always nice and friendly. I just dont understand how some (a few) people are rude to her and her co workers.i mean its a difficult time during the pandemic and we are all affected.but there is absolutely no reason to give frontline workers a hard time just because we are tired.

NOT SAFE. NOT CLEAN. NOT A HYGIENE STORE.
I went to drive thru and asked for a dozen donuts and they gave me donuts half eaten with obvious bite marks. Ridiculous!
This is not a clean store, not a hygiene restaurant.
The employee name was LIZ. Please avoid her. She is not clean.
Never go there again.

Awesome Team. Great service and I love it when they know what u want. Being able to have a great conversation with the staff and managers when they are done with the chores or just catching their breath on break is a great way to start a day or make friends

They have a lot of variety of tiles. Prices are very reasonable compared to other tile store in the surrounding. Its very clean and organised store. Its makes easy to go through the store and pick what you like. Staff here is very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Wanted 10 Tim bits but they had zero selection and ended up putting a thumb through one of them. Also their parking lot/drive thru is dumb.

So outside of having to clean my own table again (every time I've come here, more than 20), it's like a circus of welfare people begging for cigarettes and money (every single time) and then get ridiculously rude and disgusting when you don't hand out my hard earned dollars. This place should be bulldozed and replaced by a parking lot!

Every other order is wrong in some way. Man at the window during the week is rude. Its somehow the only Tim's I pass on my 45 minute commute or I would not come here. Wish I could give it no stars.

Tim hortons is complete garbage. I was once a loyal customer. Not anymore. Nothing against the staff. They work hard. Everything else is pure garbage.
