What happened to the sandwiches?
The bun is the size of a hotdog bun now!
They used to be big enough that they required to be cut in half, but not now.
I'm disappointed with the shrinkflation that's going on at Tim horton's.
Of course, smaller size but higher prices

It's Timmies, coffee is decent, food is about the same as all stores. Service at this location is very good and friendly unlike so many Tim Hortons

Clean washrooms. Otherwise like most other Tim Horton’s locations. Staff not entirely on the ball.

May 2nd, 2023 around 10: 20am.
I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for a long time and more frequently since I started working at Home Depot. They had always managed to get my order right every visit, but today was the first time they had messed it up. I had ordered a bagel B. E. L. T.on an everting bagel with bacon and mayo, but instead I got just got the bagel with bacon and mayo.
If I didn’t have to work at 11 today, I would’ve gone back to have my order corrected.
Hopefully they’ll still honour a correction after my shift.

Great food, friendly staff! By far one of the best locations for good tasting food and drinks. Welll done!

I usually go through the drive through at this location because it's always faster then running inside. The longest I have ever had to wait was about 14 minutes! But that was only once, usually it's an average of about 5 minutes. Great staff! Great service!

Everyone in the store decided to take a break at 9: 15pm…. I was one of 3 people waiting in the drive thru. They were all smoking at the drive thru exit.

Great service but the donuts were definitely not that good I wouldn't buy those from there again

Not as much selection compared to the bigger cities but the staff is always friendly and the bathrooms are usually clean

The fastest Tims in the South Muskokas! If your looking for morning coffee in BB hit this one ;)

Good place, getting faster thru drive thru! (Bring back the free plain Tim bits for dogs)! Some locations give, or milkbone,

It's the usual Tim Hortons experience except my bagel was made right and the coffee wasn't burnt. Only giving 4 cause they don't have enough staff to have the store open.

The lineup for drivethru was crazy. I'm thinking it was because they were understaffed. Hope management takes a good look at that because trust me there's not much timmies anywhere near so the management makes it easier for customers as well as for the employees.

2 days ago at the Time Horton in Gravenhurst I had paid for a coffee on the app. It didn't show up on their system at the Tims store. I showed them it had been paid for on my phone app. Even seeing this they were very rude to me and refused to give me the coffee that was paid for.

Delicious drinks and food. Rare for tims! Ladies were so nice too. Great all around and the building is so rustic, love it!

Nice calm little spot for a quick stop. Signs are not posted on the exit to easly find. After u take the exit turn rite. Then you'll see er.

Worst tim Hortons! Been waiting 30 minutes in the drive through and haven’t even ordered yet! Absolutely ridiculous!

I've raised my rating from 1 to 5 Stars. Why? They have tried hard to improve service at this location on Depot Drive. Since the passing of our Dear James last year I think everyone that works there has a new appreciation for the customers.

Hoping the return of a certain abrasive employee does not bring back memories of her screaming at me through the speaker and then the verbal assault at the window.

You guys need a inspection in your attic. You may have a vent leaking hot air or one not insulated correctly. Your going to kill someone or damage vehicles if you don't look after your ice.

Friendly staff but the new espresso drinks are made to order and slow the drive through down through no fault of the staff. I tried a large black Americano and it was tasty.

The Canadian Starbucks. It was not better than Starbucks but their coffee was super hot which i loved in that cold weather.

Same as any time, s there are just a bit slow inside but drive threw is quick went in for soup was good

When I order Iced coffee it's never made right unless Noah makes it, also one time y'all forgot a whole sandwich and drink in my order but the customer service is pretty good

Fast service inside store. Take food allergies seriously, and a nicely made bagel.

I had an offer activated on my phone for 2 for 10 turkey bacon clubs. The system didn’t recognize the offer and when I showed the guy working he said he couldn’t do anything about that because the transaction had already gone through. Horrible customer service.

The person who took the order was very cautious and gentle.which is unimaginable in the context of fast-food restaurants! He ensured he got everything right as ordered. Food was great and that's why we love Timmy's

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL! One of the employee working there was extremely rude and disrespectful to me when I asked to use the washroom. The same employee had not said anything to a group of people using the washroom who went inside just 5 minutes before I went in. He said the store was closed to me but saw other people go in and use the washroom just before I did! High display of discriminatory behaviour and unfairness and when I confronted him about it he said “ I DON’T CARE”. That employee possessed horrible customer service skills and had no mannerism!

Extremely slow customer service. Line out the door and still only 1 person on the til. Hire more people monkeys could do better than these employees. Also my iced capp wasn't even filled to the line, so.

Long lines both at the drive thru and for going inside. Garbage in garbage cans were over flowing. Ended up leaving without getting anything. Futile stop.

If you want to spend 30+ minutes in the drive-thru then come to this store. Consistently seems to be either understaffed or they just dont value their customers time

You easily have one of the most awesome customer experience people working there of any store in Muskoka- JAMES.
Friendly, efficient, decent as hell and just all around nice person, throughout COVID he connects with a kind word and takes the time to make sure you are good to go.

It's a hard time to work in the public eye, and I can only imagine some of the rotten behavior drive thru staff deal with on a regular basis. I applaud anyone who is in this employment position because it is hard work and frankly- some people during Covid are acting out of fear and making it very hard for others.

JAMES should be promoted to mentoring other staff and managing human resources because your chain needs more people like James. Just decent and fun- and if you think that is easy- you do that in a drive thru at 4: 30 am. Maybe he needs a cape so people see him as the super person that he is.

No Management, the place was filty with food under the table. No towels in the bathroom (ladies) My Wife had to get back to the order desk to ask for a Napkin and a spoon. The lowest standard i have ever seen in a tim hortons. BTW there where 7 customers in the Building. Drive trough was steady.

The Wellington Street location has a lot of learning to do! Not impressed waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes only to find out the debit machine is not working and that I should have known this by the hand written note pinned to a pole 7 feet in the air on a light post!? I give up.on you now and will now give my morning coffee break a shot at McDonalds. James seems to be the only employee that gives a hoot.too bad for this decision

Would be nice if the bathroom was clean and stocked oh and if the hand drier worked, you know the stuff you look for in a bathroom.

They have removed the plant based breakfast sandwich from their menu. I have O reason to go into a Tim's now thus my low rating. Enjoy the coffee and the fattening dream donuts!

Drive through guy was really nice. Had to laugh when I heard him saying to his fellow workers "We gotta go on a vacation! " Lol.

Of all the Tim's between Barrie and NorthBay this is the easiest to get thru quickly. That left turn out of the parking lot can be a pain on a busy day tho

Went through the drive through and AWFUL service. First asked for a Turkey bacon club; was told "we have no Turkey" so then I ordered a Bagel B. E. L. T on an everything bagel. She then said "what do you want" in a VERY rude way.meanwhile I already said what I want.a b.e. L.t (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato and it's on their border that way) I repeat what I had ordered she then went "no bacon, sausage or tomato and lettuce? ! " I then said bacon.but why would I have ordered a B. E. L. T if I didnt want the bacon? A better way would have been bacon or sausage? Not "what do you want? ! "

Busy locations but never had an issues when I went here and I went here a lot when I used to live in Muskoka. Keep it up.

The woman who took my order at 0625 on dec1 did not hear me order & subsequently became harsh & rude with me when I clarified. Never have I been spoke to like that at TH

Just a quick review, for a quick stop over drive thru in Timmies, coffee was good service was fast!

I find that this location has nice people, but is disorganized and poorly managed. The drive through can be painfully slow, especially when compared to the Tims locations down around Toronto. Getting what you want outside of daytime hours is almost impossible. There is so much more potential here.

For a tourist destination I must say not a good timmies. Workers on cash very very slow and for to get people their orders. Wait time was 20 min for me. People ahead 30 min.

From what I saw there were only three people working and only one customer sign open and 5min wait but the drive thru was running better then the in side.wish they had a drive thru for big trucks would save a lot time waiting.

Ok as far as a Tim's goes. Slow service. Been there a few times now and find this to be the norm.

Made a mobile order for pick up dine-in and waited 8 minutes because the staff never checked the screen.

The washrooms were nice and clean considering this Timmy's is a basically a rest stop for travellers coming off highway 11. They have really nice harvest tables to sit at that will seat a dozen or more.

Nice location.slower than normal service.visited there on a Saturday at 1.30pm.tables were dirty and dust on top of cream machine plainly visible. The owner no doubt can do better.

I hate the new coffee.it is so bitter and used to go daily now I avoid it and got to McDonald's instead.coffee and food so much better

The last 2 times i have gone to this T. H, the teenage staff behavior and service was unacceptable. One male staff was upset and flipping out after handing me my coffee. I could see him thru the window. Not sure why.
The second time.they served me burnt, watered down coffee and did not put whip cream or ask me if i wanted any on a cafe mocca. And they did not have the donuts we wanted. Both times between 730 and 830pm.
Hmmm.wont be going back! I explained this to the uptown TH and they reimbursed me my drink and they did have what we wanted.
