Very bad customer experience… nobody was in queue for order… I was the first… waited for 5 mins to take my order… more than 5 people were working there… just walking here and there…

Usually a really busy place.walking in and getting coffee can easily take near 10 minutes.

My favorite place to go every morning. Staff is amazing they have our orders ready and we don't need to say a word. They value their customers so much there that they memorize your order. Just one of the little ways they brighten your day.

Noticed they didn’t have iced coffee listed on the menu but the cashier assured me she could make it. I then watched her fill a whole cup with ice, pour less than half a cup of fresh hot coffee over the ice, and add cream (I had asked for only milk added). As she clearly couldn’t make a better version with what was available I decided it was fine (even though it was 60% water/melted ice, 30% cream and 10% coffee). I was then charged for the higher price of the iced Capp because “we technically don’t have it on the menu”. Next time just say you can’t make it

Very pleasant staff to deal with.
Me and my family came in and bought all their coffee and they were very nice about it and wished us a Merry Christmas.
Great Customer Service and enthusiasm for the holidays!
Did i mention this was 6 p.m. Christmas Day.

This location manages to get my coffee right 95 % not bad compared to some lol.
