Tim Hortons

The workers here are extremely fantastic and work well as a team. They constantly deal with conflict and are put in stressful situations. They have never given me a wrong order and I’ve been coming here multiple times a week for a while now. I for sure hope they’re getting paid accordingly because they deserve it - especially given the area they work in.

Seems like not fresh items.
Family member got very sick after having tea and other stuffs.

This Tim's is not particularly efficient, they took their sweet sweet time prepping my wrappola. The employees are super nice and great at handling the wide variety of customers that this Tim's attracts.

Staff was nice. Coffee and hot chocolate were not so good (hot chocolate felt if it was watered down). Donut was ok but a bit dry in my opinion.

Pour petit déjeuner et déjeuner rapide. Service de bonne qualité, petit endroit sympa et tranquille. J'aime bien.

The customer service here is great, always friendly and fair service every time I’ve been.
Service is always fast too, I’m and out in a few minutes.
Of course it’s small, but it’s not up to the employees to dictate how much space they can have especially since the unit itself is small.

Dirty, grungy, sub par service and a ridiculously long wait. Out of mainstream items like *new* Oreo ice Capp!

1- the store itself is so dirty and small

2-apparently they don’t have whipped cream to put on my icedcapp

3-I ordered a donut but didn’t receive it. It wasn’t even crowded but I had to go and remind the staff that I ordered a donut. And guess what… they gave me the wrong donut. I ordered a maple dip but they gave me a (Canadian maple) but I just left the store because I was in a hurry

4- staff are nice but inexperienced and probably new

5- worst tims i have ever been to. I spent 5.70 bucks just to get an average tasting icedcapp with a plastic small straw and a wrong donut, and in bayshore centre i paid 5.10 bucks for the same order but also with extra whipped cream and caramel and the staff were so generous and kind.

Conclusion: if you want to get tims, dont get it from here, there is one literally outside on the street.

One Star for the staff that showed up for work.
Never blame staff that haven't been trained. Shame on management.
Stale everything.
Service fresh.and thank you.
Food and the wait? Underwhelming.
If you don't want sugar? Ask for sugar.
If you want cream definitely ask?

Do yourself a favour and avoid this Tim Hortons, got a breakfast roll where they used half of the ingredients they’re supposed to and the hash browns were stiff as cardboard. Go inside the mall instead. They cost cut like crazy. Shameful

Absolutely horrible customer service… I tried calling to ask a simple question and they either wouldn’t answer or they hung up right away without speaking to me

Good coffee, good place& great service. Have seen rude entitled customers treat min wage employees like servants though.

Tims Tim's what can say. Sadly Service poor.no matter how much I wanted a coffee.not worth the wait.

They dont use fresh dough to make their donuts anymore but the coffee here is fresh. The place is dirty and unclean.

Usually this Tim's is great but since COVID they are not taking the proper steps to keep everyone safe, staff usually have masks off there nose, or not wearing one at all. What put me over the line was the fact they were allowing people to come in without a mask at all, and saying it is fine. This is not cool for a place that serves food in such tight quarters.

No complaints.
Time to open washrooms though out of respect for customers.

Not a very good tims, bagels and donuts are always stale and they are always out of everything!

The employees here are quick, yet friendly, but seem to be able to incorporate speed into this already complicated mix! I am even more impressed by the sheer freshness of the ingredients! Truly an amazing experience for your taste buds! Haha!

All jokes aside, these employees truly put their heart and soul into each and every order! They do all of the above with a smile! Truly an experience I will never forget! Highly recommended! Keep up the great work guys & gals!

Fast, efficient and very caring staffn! The food-items could be assembled with a TAD more care. However, other than that, great job! Keep it up!

Do not go to this Tim hortons location. When you have your 7 points and its suppose to be free. They won't comply with the reward rules and won't give you your free reward. Their system automatically skips from free to 2 rewards because this location doesn't like giving you your free reward.

It's like every other Tim Horton's restaurant except this location seems smaller compared to other locations. Maybe because it long and narrow. Also the time I visited this location it could have been kept cleaner

This timhorton's is always dirty although the line is much longer i prefer going to the one in the Rideau center

Cheap coffee free wifi, they let you charge you're phone, use the bathroom, we have even dry our socks in the toilet's air dryer. Hitchhiker and backpacker best sponsor in Canada!

By far the slowest and most poorly managed McD I have ever visited. Mobile orders are not managed properly, usually 15-20 coffees are waiting to be handed out and saw 3 customers asking for refunds after waiting in excess of 15 mins for their orders. I have no idea why they are so slow but maybe new management is in order?

What was in my food that day. Was told i had no right to know. That's all anyone should need to know.

We werer there one day before Canada day around 8 PM, the shop was full of mess nobudy take care of them. Just one guy Esmaeil was working there and a long line up. Esmaeil did very well his job and we liked his attitude beside that heavy duty on his shoulders.

Literally the worst service,
So we’re standing at the counter waiting for a bagel, They ran out of the bagel I ordered and rather then tell me they let me ask after it 5min later, when they offered to make me another it took them another 5 min to actually give it to me. Seriously I know it doesn’t really sound all that bad but standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to basically make toast is kinda of crazy.

They need to clear the drug dealers from the front door. I had a man 2 or 3 times my size shove my stroller. I wont be going back there and haven't since.

I really appreciate their good service. I spilled my coffee by accident, and they were ready to serve me another one.which I didn’t expect to happen that way!
