Tim Hortons

Not sure why this location has gone so far down but it has. I stopped going there as no one seems to be able to make a proper ice cappuccino. May as well just give me a carton of chocolate milk which is probably thicker than the watery mess I've been served. The people begging at this location is really a put off too.

Usually pretty fast but sometimes very slow. Depends on how many cars in line up. Extremely busy between 7-9am

The worst TimHortans ever I visited, arrogant employee. Not properly maintained. Trash all over the surrounding.

This location was good about a year ago.

Since then, this location has greatly lacked in speed, customer service and availability. I sometimes come here for nothing more then a drink and a doughnut and sometimes, I wait upwards of 10-15 minutes. Not to mention that lately there has been a very rude and slow lady working in the drive-thru, and she is not the only one. It has felt like all of the staff at this location have bad attitudes and they are all disrespectful. Today I ordered a wrap and the person who made it gave it to me then acted like making the wrap was the end of the world. Overall, over the past year I have seen this place lower in quality and I don't see myself coming here for much longer, which is disappointing as this is the closest location to where I live and work. Busier location and staff are still very tentative and able to fulfill your order. WiFi is down a lot at this location. Washrooms need work.

It's a snowstorm roday. Everything is closed. All I wanted was a coffee and walked 20 mins here. No sign on the door so I went to walk off but drive through was open. Went there to order at the window but she wouldn't let me buy one coffee because I didn't have a vehicle! Pathetic.

Great friendly service. Please tip your drive thru workers. They provide a great start to your morning, please show your appreciation for all they do

Went in last night at 9: 01 got my coffee at 9: 14.only one person in front of me and she only got a coffee also.lately anytime you go I there you have to add 10min to your wait for every person in front of you.not good

I cannot thank them enough! I went in to grab some muffins and drinks. Little did I know, I left my wallet on the counter top. I had Colin find me on social media and message me asking to come pick it up. He and everyone else were very kind. I don’t know what I would’ve done if he hadn’t reached out. THANK YOU COLIN AND STAFF FOR BEING SO SWEET AND TRUSTWORTHY

WHY YOU GUYS HAVE YOUR FRONT DOOR LOCKED BY 7PM ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Yes there be COVID restrictions doesn't mean you lock your doors early so you don't have to deal with front counter just ridiculous

The store was nice, staff were pleasant. Not a fan of the order ahead app in relation to this location. It seems inconsistent and even though the drive through is 24hrs, the app wouldn't let me order at 9: 30 pm for whatever reason. But then like two days later, it worked fine.

Their burgers were small
. I paid way to much for small burgers and usually they're huge.
Good bye Arby's. Never going again. You lost a good customer.

I was not impressed by one employee doing the sandwich bar. Usually when doing a take out they put supplies in the bag. So was quite surprised when I went to have my lunch. No butter for my bun no utensil no napkin Chili is not finger food. Plus was charged extra was not rung in as a meal. Need to watch some of them here.

Epicenter of culture for the retired community in the area. I'm simply not old enough to enjoy this place.one day tough.one day.

Came in the day before bought 2 donuts totalling $2.40, the next day i order the same 2 donuts and it comes to $2.70, i questioned it and was instantly met with an unprofessional answer and a refusal to make the price what i paid yesterday, ultimately i got the donuts and would have paid the $2.70 if the employee had just been nice and courteous but hey that's Timmy's

Nice of you to lock your doors at 10pm yet advertise 24hr dine in, drive thru, etc. No way I'm sitting in a half hour drive thru wasting my gas. There's no reason to lock your doors. If you feel unsafe hire security.

Now it's becoming a habit for This particular store to give you an incorrect order. Common practice for other stores is to Tell the client they are Out of something NOT substitute random products

They don’t give correct change. Paid 4.50 for a medium iced coffee. Also, 20 minute drive through line.

Just hate when you are craving something and they are out of it. My wife thinks I'm crazy but we drove to 4 different locations for a Strawberry shortcake donut and no location had it. Tim's should give us a free donut voucher when an advertised product is not available.

Typical Tim Hortons location nothing really special. Service is quite slow for a fast food joint. Lots of odd people standing outside smoking and staff is not doing anything about it. Usually there's police around so for sure I felt safe.

Tim Hortons is absolutely amazing hands down I love my extra large DD and my husband loves his earl grey tea TT

Just ordered a Large Classic Lemonade and my drink is 90% ice! So happy I paid for all that ice and no Lemonade

Just went to Tim Hortons for a donut. I asked what flavors they had and the attitude I received back was so obnoxious. When I pulled to the window I literally watched the girl grab the garbage can with her hand pull it towards the donut case, then touch the screen for an order and NEVER WASHED HER HANDS! Then proceeded to throw all the donuts and products from case in the garbage. Yet I just ordered!
Will never go back there again.

Slow, ineffectual and contsantly getting the wrong order. I feel bad for the staff members who care but this location has gone completely down hill in the last 3 years. Won't be back anytime soon.

Not sure if the person running the toaster is new but the last week all my bagels have been burnt. This has never been a problem with any other locations. Not edible at all

Never consistent with my coffee unless it’s consistently wrong. Stopped going all together cause I was tired of paying for bad coffee.

This place by somehow always get my orders wrong. There is one lady with short hair who’s really sweet

The staff is always really friendly and pretty quick. They've only messed up my order a couple of times over the years but given how busy I've seen it in there I let it go, it happens. But just once could I get my drink without having spilt on the cup? Lol If you want some good entertainment, go here in the middle of the night, interesting crowd!

Good location which is open 24 hours a day. There is a drive through and enough parking spots. The food was good and the coffee was fresh and hot at around midnight. The place was clean and staff was friendly.

I'm at this Tim Hortons everyday. Staff is super friendly wait times have never been a problem, and very rarely do the get my order wrong! Wonderful place, highly recommend it

The supervisor Terry is the absolute worst. Never smiles, hardly sells hello, slow with the POS system and gets angry at it. She also decided me and my boyfriend are the same person and refused the coupon my boyfriend had for 1 guest once a week because I HAD USED ONE PREVIOUSLY. Then when I called to complain to her she literally hung up the phone on me in the middle of my sentence. She’s incompetent and obviously bitter from age and working in a fast food place too much for her speed. Get better or get out. 0 stars Tim Hortons. Cam is great, find some more like her!

My only critique is that the lines are long inside, sometimes hard to get the order right the first time.

They did get my order wrong but they went over and above to ensure satisfaction great friendly service as well

Tim Hortons is proudly Canadian and so am I. I remember as a child going to Timmies for a hot chocolate and a vanilla dipped doughnut. Not much has changed.lol

Fast and friendly service, great coffee, donuts & muffins, and delicious sandwiches. I love their breakfast sandwiches and their chicken sandwiches. Mmm! Definitely recommended!

Okay coffee didn't get a triple triple what I asked for instead more like a double double was not pleased.

Hands down the worst tim hortons ever. They NEVER have anything in stock. Also my orders are wrong atleast half of the time I to their. Always fun driving home to have the wrong order in your bag. If you then go back to explain what you ordered they are clueless in fixing the matter. They do not prepare the food properly either. Go somewhere else, or explain to them for a good 20 minutes before you order what you want and how its made.

I enjoy a coffee from Timmies at lunch However did not like when another customer starts dropping f-bombs and calling young girls the C word because he wants his coffee and is at the back of the line. One of the employees should have told him to stop but instead they spoke to him after he got to the cash, as if he was a friend with NO mention of his behavior.

I'm just biased at this point, Tim Hortons employees suck, the service sucks, but the food and drinks are excellent

Been a customer here for ages and love this spot on welland ave. What I dont like is the slack of staff that are staggering behind the desks to get us our orders. I completely understand what it's like to work in customer service but when you're trying to go to work and realize the line you've been standing waiting for a coffee at 6am for 10minutes and you realize you're running late because of such slow service, I dont understand what the misconception could possibly be when you have 10-15 staff members. This was maybe 25minutes ago.

I mean it's really hard to give a fast food place a 5 star review, all have good days, bad days. Maybe some employees better than others. But they usually get my coffee right sooo

Low life filthy hang out spot for every loser, my coffee was the complete opposite of what I ordered!

I had a mistake with my order at this location today and immediately before I was even finished telling them the issue “Beth” was already fixing up my order (thanks Beth, awesome turkey bacon club!) and the manager “Cam” had me laughing until my side hurt the whole time! She is hilarious! Ended up being a great experience with amazing staff, very clean store and great service. And don’t get me started on that coffee.

Garbage store, went last week for two breakfasts and completely messed up the order. Called them, and said they would give us the missing food in the order. We go this week to pick up the food we never received and they claim our name was never taken down and cannot give us the food we paid for.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The order I placed today was the easiest order I have ever placed at this location. A large coffee one cream two sweetener, a large bag tea 2 bags left in triple triple with cream. They nails the drinks. HOW EVER HOW AND WHERE THEY WENT WRONG WITH 2 EVERYTHING BAGELS WITH PLAIN CREAM CHEESE TOMATO BACON SALT AND PEPPER. HOW IN THE SAM HELL IS THIS WHAT I ORDERED OR EVEN BETTER SOMETHING YOUR OWNER, GENERAL MANAGER OR DISTRICT MANAGER WOULD EVER TELL YOU IS EXCEPT-ABLE TO SERVE TO A CUSTOMER LET ALONE MY DAME DOG

Just for coffee, expensive food too little portions I guess kids can get plenty with their meals, no adults, this is the same for all timmis werever you go

Because of my job I end up going through a lot of Tim Hortons drive-thrus. In this instance I had a chance to go inside and this location in St Catharines was very clean, the staff was very polite and they didn't got my order wrong. It's always good when a Tim Hortons does not get your order wrong, as it seems to happen a little bit too often. They got it right, they get four stars

My fiancee and I ordered 2 white chocolate from Tim Hortons on new year's eve and they were made so thick and disgusting to where we couldn't drink them. I've never had a problem ordering them from there until now.don't think I'll be ordering from there for awhile now.

This Tim Horton's location is prime. Definitely one of the building blocks back when Tim Horton's was establishing itself. They took over the old Donut Diner's business by storm and continue to service St. Catharines strong with a hearty team, fast service, great quality & above all else. Like we're all family.

Great staff and food. Service is a hit and miss. Need to deal with customers first, not making coffee in the middle of an order also less talking to each other while customers are waiting.
