Beautifully buttered bagel was fresh and really hit the spot. Coffee was "meh" as usual.

The worst Tim Hortons outlet I have ever come across. They coffee was so horrible that it made me sick… and the Employees are extremely rude and disrespectful.

They left the lid open of the latte they gave and when I picked up the hot latte was all over me. Their employees did not even help.

The lady taking my order in the drive thru was super friendly and she said thank you for coming to our store (she made it personal) i loved it, and when i continued to pay and get my order the young lady who was passing me my order had a smile on her face, it really made my day.great customer service skills, this is my #1 store for sure

Good place for a quick bite. It was clean. My order was quick. I love the new Tim's menu and choices

This location is always busy at the lunch hour. Be sure to be patient if you are dining in. The food is is pretty standard for a Tim Hortons. They have good coffee, but nothing beats their great chili.

Going to this Timmies was a great experience as always. Everything is tasty here and makes a really good double double. The staff here are very nice and friendly. There is lots of parking outside.

Wrong drinks. No straws. This location is the best if you want them to give you something kinda like what you ordered.but definitely NOT what you ordered.

The worst possible service ever. It happened to me a couple of times when I placed an order via DriveThough. The first time they forgot to put croissant and the second time they missed bagel. When I explained what was missing, they've told me that I haven't ordered it. (of course they knew better). When I asked to add it to the order, I was told that I have to go around the shop and place it again with an operator.even though, the first time I was the only car in the line. I decided not to argue and just drove away. This is the last time I stopped by this TH.

I have been to this location atleast twice a week for the past 10 yrs, typically fast and reliable service.   But after this most recent experience, nevertheless on a Monday afternoon while on a "coffee run". It took me 17 minutes in the drive thru line up - only to be refused by the 'order taker, ' a "double cup" for my coffee / I was offered a "sleeve", the staff stated that Tim Hortons "NEW RULE" - is NO double cup.   After the order taker refused my request  - 3 times, it took another 6 minutes / just to be able to get to the window! Wow!   After offering to pay for the extra cup, I was refused  yet again by the staff member at the window! I asked if I could speak with a manager/supervisor "on-duty". And was told that there was NO management staff on duty I ended up driving off with no coffee, and nevertheless- 10 minutes late getting back to work from my "coffe run". Never going back to this location

Used drive-thru at about 9 pm friday night fast service and had a great variety of items.
As I was staying in a hotel for the weekend this location was a great find

I really like this location they always have everything all displayed so perfectly and nice and all the products are quite fresh. Today I went in for the new steak and egg breakfast sandwich and it was absolutely incredible I loved it. Should have ordered two.

Just picked up a dozen donuts for the family treat. Consistent quality and fast friendly service.

Not all Timmies practice the illegal law of medical discrimination. This one does and is very eager about it. They tossed an elderly out from an empty restaurant half way while he was eating during winter. Inhumane in my opinion.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the hot drinks in the past 2 months. I have tried coffee and their french vanilla which are my goto at Timmy's but they have been consistently tasting more like a watered-down drink. Same with the texture.

Stayed at nearby courtyard of Marriott. Bought breakfast everyday. One of the days they were very busy and didn't give our full order. Missed a box of Tim bits (20). No receipt provided! We accepted our loss as there was nothing to support. Didn't go back to check on their mistake. Had charged on card. However there was no breakdown of items ordered with us. Overall ok. Please check your order before you leave.

Coffee was horrible and they messed up the order the first time then gave us coffee that wasn't stirred horrible customer service

Basically tosses stuff out the window they're so focused on rushing than getting you the correct items. Including the 'manager'

Each time, I'm missing items and if when I realize they just chuckle. Rushing taking orders that again they often get it wrong (bacon instead of sausage sandwich, etc.)

Orders 2 full breakfasts, not one napkin.
2 iced capps, no straws.a donut that was tossed in bag so all the topping stuck to bag
and lastly, didnt get a juice I paid for.

As its close to our house we give this a go every couple weekends and each weekend it is WORSE AND WORSE. Will be driving to any other Tim Hortons from now on.

Was trying to go the washroom and I guess I went to the wrong room but I just saw this guy working on music or something. Music was nice I guess so 5 stars

Wish there was no star rating as this restaurant doesnt deserve rating when it comes to service.need to have energetic staff esp in the mornings when customer pop in to grab coffee before heading to office. This morning was very bad. This industry needs fast service.

Clean place and attentive customer service to give it's visitors the maximum experience that the customer is looking for in a chain service provider outlet

This one is too busy, still if we wait they most of the time doesnt have all the food available.

I don't understand why men and women washrooms are both closed and they are using them as storage.its a busy location.they need to have washrooms open for their customers

Pretty Deco. However, H. S.kids with anger issues. Canada's future is in big trouble if parents cannot teach their children basic manners, compassion and respect. The Golden Rule is a good start. I spoke to the assistant manager about JASON and the poor Asst Manager confided that Jason doesn't even respect management and his female workers. Additionally, other customers have complained about his anger issues. Is it because Jason is a "white Canadian" and the managers are POC? Are they afraid of Jason's White Parents? There are plenty of well raised CANADIANs of all raised who would appreciate working at Tim Hortons. I don't understand why management is not helping Jason. If he yells at his female employees, supervisors and customers, Jason may have some underlying mental health issues. He may need help that is beyond what his supervisors can offer.

Asked for assorted pack of 20 Timbits. And this is what I get? !? ! No chocolate! No apple fritter! No honey dip! No strawberry! No blueberry! No sour cream!
10am in the morning on a Sunday. They can't be out of them!? They should have said something! Pretty bad!

Your washrooms should be open to essential workers. I won’t be visiting this location again until this policy is changed.

Love their steeped tea, always fresh. They close early and sometimes the sugar isn't mixed. Overall a great place.

Only gave one because it was the lowest available. Went there today for takeout. Not open. Truck drivers need somewhere to get their coffee if they are going to continue to bring supplies to hospitals, grocery stores and other outlets. Including the driver that brings supplies to this Timmys Hortons. Remember this fellow truckers when times get better. Go somewhere else if possible.

A nice recently renovated location. Has experienced several staff changes, but seems better now. Today's team was steady and the food was prepared well.
No longer a 24/7 store, but good through the day. Worth a try!

I would give -1 if I could. Made an online order (at Ikea) to pick up on drive through, and guess what? I arrived here and still had to wait 35 minutes for pickup order at cashier. I think they should seriously think about closing this place

Well run Tim's with clean washrooms plus comfortable seating areas. One area is somewhat separate and features a TV and More comfortable seating.

David he is a wonderful guy! Treat every customer very politely. I have never seen this kind of customer service in any tim hortans that he provided with! Have great communication skills. Excellent service by him.

Donuts here are so good (especially my favorite double chocolate dip) bagels are also good and there is a lot of space to sit.

This Time Hortons has been recently renovated and is so nice now! There is ample parking and their drive thru moves at a reasonable pace. Usually no issues with.y beverage however the staff always seem so thrilled to be taking orders *sarcasm*. Their bored/ exhausted tone implies an inconvenience that they have to be doing what they are doing which is a little off-putting as a customer.

Have never received a proper FV from this location. I will actually travel to another Tim's if I want to have Tim's. Awesome speed bump near the drive through window that bottoms out my car regardless of how I attempt to crawl over it.

I tried their beyond meat burger for the first time which was literally a cold bun with cheese which is not melted, lettuce and ketchup. No mustard no mayonnaise no tomatoes and paid $6 for this.

A really bad experience. Food quality is 0. Moreover they are always out of tomatoes or onions, every time.

Absolute worst morning staff on weekdays. Especially front counter. Just rude and very very slow. Meanwhile 5 people just standing around chatting in the back. I don't understand how you are still operating. Maybe re-train your staff too.

I get my food mostly correct here than the other timhortons places around in burloak and Appleby area.
This time I didn’t check my orders as we were n a hurry to get back home and when I reach home and have the food to my husband he got his beyond meat sausage with egg and cheese as just the suusage and cheese. Someone forgot to put egg in it?

My fault didn’t remember after all it’s all the timhortons. Always check your order even if from the store who gets you always correct and good food

They are all pretty much the same. Service is quick and getting to be a better selection for lunch now as well.

Solid Tim's location. Will definitely go again. So much better than the Appleby/Harvested location. Attentive staff who want to serve customers.

I was driving along the QEW when I decided to redeem my roll-up-the-tim free donut. I found a Time near the highway.

It is a reasonably modern location (recently renovated). It is clean and bright with lots of large windows. There is plenty of seating areas including an area with a couch and comfortable leather seats. There are two bench seating for families.

There is a private parking lot.

There is free WiFi. There are two children's high chairs. There is easy-listening music. They have separate male-female washrooms but there is a family washroom.

Staff and service at this location made up for the fact that you cant turn left into the parking lot/plaza so you have to take the scenic route to get to your coffee.

This location can never get my order right. I always get a farmer's wrap and it never comes with the hash brown inside. It's like they are always in a hash brown crisis.

Pretty nice inside, this place is one of the newer ones or it was recently renovated. Traffic between 10am and 12pm is low. There is a parking structure. Staff is okay. You can get a nice view of Bronte Provincial Park while you are enjoying your tea/coffee:)

Very nice Tim's to go inside and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Comfortable atmosphere and seating. Polite service. Awkward parking due to restricted access from northbound Burloak. Watch for unpainted speed bumps through shared parking lot.
