Team member usman really handle my kid gently.
She wanted her fav donut and he offered to prepare especially for her even he was closing the doors.
I really appreciate his concern.

99% of the workers are rude and have no emotion on their face and do not know how to talk.
Their iced capps are sour as hell. Either clean your machines or get it checked out.

Very bad experience one of guy i think he is manager there he dont knoe how to talk with customers and dosent have sense to talk

One of the worst TimHorton in Mississauga area because always long line indoor and drive thru because the stuff are Unorganised, Lazy and rude.

The new hired Caucasian lady is extremely rude. Poor body language and tone of voice is always rude.

Bought Potato Wedges. They were overheated and almost burnt. Not possible to eat those potato wedges and gone to garbage. Had really bad experience and unacceptable.
