Tim Hortons

I don’t get it! I have had dozens of bagels here, possibly well over a hundred, and I can count on one hand the amount of times the bagel was fully cut in half. I just don’t get it… is it a procedural issue? Perhaps a training issue? Or maybe your knives are too small or dull?

I have had more bagels from here that were just not cut at all than were fully cut.

I am just genuinely curious how or where the breakdown in this is. And honestly, complaining about a bagel being uncut is petty, but next time you’re on the highway and reach for your bagel, you’ll understand the challenge it is when it isn’t cut all the way through.

Get the staff the tools they need or the training, whatever it takes to cut that last half inch of bagel!

Very slow store front service considering there are 3 staff standing in drive through doing nothing. Really should think about customers at the store front

Both times my Tim Hortons deal did not go through. M app is working fine. So disappointing and like why have the deal and it doesn't work. It's like a scam.

Any type of sweets that you would consume in this place would eradicate you teeth and health.

Attended this location and was asked to wait at the drive thru order screen. Sat for approximately 7 minutes with no service. Drove forward and they were not serving anyone in the drive thru. There were about 5 cars behind us waiting as well. Finally got drinks after about 10 minutes.

Why is the 2nd drive thru lane never open at this location? Would help with the congestion into the main driveway.

Busy location and consistently one of the slowest locations. Line out the front door and they always have only 1 caah/counter open to take orders. Grossly mismanaged

Staff need to focus on customer service for walk-ins. Waited 5 min to be served during non busy hours. Seating was less than clean with some tables wobbling. Please add staff so that as a customer I dont have to search for a table that is somewhat clean.

I visited this location today and my experience was very poor. I ordered a bagel and it did not come with what I ordered on it, it looked very messy, there was a large chunk of butter just sitting on it, and there was a hair in it. When we told an employee kindly they were not apologetic and the remake was almost just as bad. The farmers wraps we ordered did not have any sauce and were also poorly made. Overall a bad experience.

Drive thru usually always quick, but the in store service is terrible and slow. Gone in for a coffee with no line at the front counter because drive-thru was backed up and I waited a couple minutes before being served. All they cared about was the drive-thru. (Sherwood Forest Mall Location)

I using to come here from last 4-5 days, and this location is extremely dirty and messed. Like in the morning 9ams, the bins are full, the garbage is coming out, tables are dirty, food crumbs and spilled drinks. Not a clean place for dine-in. Like seriously regularly i have to find a clean table there, so i can eat. But its okay to have my coffee outside, because everythngs dirty inside… Hope General Manager can do something about this.

Food was alright service was very rude. I was trying to buy an apple juice and i knew i had enough but my card kept declining and they yelled saying i didn’t have enough money and it was very rude and embarrassing and ruined my day.

Really rude staff. I was incredibly rushed to order and I could hear staff arguing in the back. Food was super slow to be made and clearly very unorganized. One certain staff member was disrespectful to a customer. If you want good service, I do NOT recommend this location!

If I could do more I would, the best staff and workers I’ve seen in all of my time in London, If you pass by I recommend stopping by

Do not buy Cold Brew from this Location! I don't think so they follow hygiene protocols for Cold brew as I found lots of white residues in my cup. This happens when they don't clean the slimline it enough and employees don't throw away the old brewed coffee.

I had the pleasure of interacting with a lovely worker named Andrea today. Thank you for showing me the daily kindness we all need in our lives. You made my day.

Our company LSP canada ordered 45 doz donuts for a promotion all were fresh and ready this morning.great job everyone at Timmies

We did take out the food is always great and the capachino, which I can't spell, was excellent. Staff are always pleasant and prompt!

I’m going to start by saying the early morning staff, over night and late night staff are amazing. The day staff 8am-8pm are HORRIBLE. Slowest I’m the city…. Rude and even stole from my child. The worse part is that they have no idea that the owner is good friends with my dad (which is the only reason why I try to keep giving them a chance) went to grab a coffee on my break and the line was to the road. After not moving for 5 min I enter the store to find everyone around talking. I got my coffee and left before 1 car moved. You need to get better workers because these guys don’t care about your business.

Great fresh coffee every time. Some of the staff are really very supportive of their team it seems. Nidhi always comes forward to help different staff there. Always asks customers if we need anything. You need more clones of her! Merry Xmas and happy holidays.

Very slow line up from the counter to the outside of the building with three people on which one cashier very very unhappy with it

At one time was one of the best around. Now completely gone down hill. Service is beyond slow, constantly out of items at all times of the day. Looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst tim hortons in all over london Ontario. Morning crew people specially drive thru don’t know how to treat the customers worst customer service. Always running out the breakfast items even they don’t know what we have in stock. I ordered double chocolate donut through drive thru they said we don’t have any double chocolate but we have chocolate glazed donut I ordered it then they gave me only my coffee not donuts and I ordered chocolate glazed again i paid for it they said we don’t have any later I was frustrated whats going on you should know what you have. I got my refund then.

Best tim’s in the city! Drive thru super super quick i was in and out of the busy drive through in about 2 minutes with a full meal! Amazing!

Asked for two black iced coffees with no sugar three separate times, waited almost 10 minutes for them to make the coffees, confirmed with employee there was no sugar, responded "no sugar". As I'm driving away I realise there's EXTRA sugar, go inside to ask for new coffees without sugar and the cashier responded with "we don't have iced coffee". I said "just pour coffee over ice in a cup" she responded again with we don't have iced coffee. Asked for my money back as she clearly did not want to make it. It seems like everytime I go to this location it's extremely slow and my order is always wrong. Very dissapointed, never going back to this location again!

Great service, quick and efficient. Chilled Strawberry and peach quencher. Freshly backed donuts

Awful experience. Not the first time. Decided not to visit here anymore.
Worse customer service. Ordered two lunch wraps and i recieved the same uncooked.
Gave me less hot offee.instead of the fresh. Last visited July 22 2021.

The manager and assistant manager were really good and did deal the situation really well.

But extremely awful young employees.

Never recommended!

I feel that this location isn't good at customer service. Cashiers see me looking at the menu for not even 5 seconds they kept hounding at me "hello hello I can help you. " People you can't assist me if I don't know what food to order yet.
I also find the chili is way too greasy/watery needs to go back to its rich texture

Hate to be that person but half the time they can't get my orders right.
Double double and steeped tea 2 cream, I make sure to even repeat my order.
I get home and they eeff it up somehow.
That's why I make coffee at home now

How hard is it to make a cup of coffee?

They get it wrong so often its ridiculous.
I order a large with 1/4 cream and 1/4 sugar, get across town, and discover they put 4 sugars and 1/4 cream.

Plenty of parking around the store. Long lineup for drive through.

The restaurant was in decent shape. The table we sat at was dirty though. We ordered our food and while waiting for everything to be cooked were told they were out of crispy chicken. Would have been nice to have that information before ordering and paying.

Everything was okay.

It appears Tim Hortons is struggling to run their business
We ordered roast beef sandwiches for which they did not have proper buns and this was during lunch time

The worst tim Hortons any one could go to. All the employees lack respect for the costumers. The drive thru is always packed. When you go inside it takes about 5 mins for the cash to call you up.my order was thrown on the counter without napkin or eye contact. I'm doneee

They cause traffic congestion in the parking lot by keeping only one of their drive up speakers open.

If you love soup I it. Not only is it good for you but broccoli soup, you also get some veggies but don't tell the kids incase they don't eat veggies. It has parts of the stems. Nice and creamy. If you buy it in the can from Tim Hortons totally different. I found out. Vegetable soup is good too. Don't forget a drink and dessert with your meal.donuts good to take home while watching TV.
If you want something different try the other foods they sell. Enjoy them but don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself.

This use to be my go to location. Tim Hortons pushed and pushed using the mobile app. Two weekends in a row I/we have placed our mobile app order and headed down. The drive thru was blocking ALL areas of the mall entrances around it so we/I decided going in to pick up is a better choice. We/I stood under the mobile pick-up sign located in the store. (My other half was directed there last week after standing in the line-up) where we stood for 10 minutes.
Today I got back in my car and waited again in the drive thru for another 5 minu

They have made me burnt coffee, gave me a Belt that only had egg and cheese on it, and a bagel that literally smelled like they wiped it in a toilet. All on different days of course. Avoid this one and hit the next timmies

This is the slowest Tim hortons I ever go to!
Spent like 28minutes to her a turkey melt with iced coffee.there wasn’t a big line up.

Very very helpful staff. Ordered donuts late at night, and they couldn't refund me because I ordered through the app, but they left a note so I could get them the next morning. I came in with two other mobile orders and they got all three, no problem. Great location and staff.

This location can never make a good iced coffee.
Noticed the lady with red hair being a complete snot to her co-workers and customers a couple of times now.

Since they reopen for walking I have never seen that locations bathroom so clean before before it used to be pretty dirty after the pandemic sparkling

Used to love getting my morning coffee here, hours change from day to day without notice. Never know what time they open in am. Never stock yogurt anymore. Can see them going bankrupt way this location is run. Thank God McDonald serves coffee

Slow drive thru. Got my breakfast sandwich without egg, when there should have been. Service quality has gone down massively lately at this store. Do not recommend.

We have coffee there at least 3-4 times a week. Hard to find a place to sit but the worst is the length of time it takes to get a coffee. Yesterday, a young employee came to the till and looked after at least 4 people before the other lady served one.

Was just in a half hour ago and got a grilled Caesar wrap. The chicken is stale and rock hard, I didn't get any lettuce and barely any sauce until I open it and see it's all placed on the bottom. Girls were nice and friendly but the food was made terribly. Will probably never get food from this location again.

The time is 1: 50 pm Sunday Oct. 6,2019.
The place was dirty and the garbage bin full and the garbage was on top if the bin next to lineup.

I am a regular customer here and the other day early morning I order my regular breakfast and the lady with the white scarf was very unprofessional and with bad attitude and she literally avoided me. That made me so upset and exhausted being first time experience in Tim. While she was taking the order she left me with incomplete and went to make coffee and made me to stand aside and assist with two other customers by the time I got my breakfast but not my drink. I really got me upset and the way she act I knew it's intentional. She better to be replaced because in terms of her arrogant attitude towards customers or gender equality.

Poor customer service. Everyone seems so grumpy and miserable always here. A lot of times the food is so sloppily put together and bagels are burnt.
Definitely will stick to Starbucks when it comes to customer service!

Worst in store service i have ever encountered.no customer should be waiting in line ten minutes without anyone ahead of them.the workers clearly see you yet they continue to do mindless tasks, i understand this may happen sometimes but not over 10 + times in two months.that's how many times i left the store to go to Mc donalds for my coffee because the wait was over ten minutes with zero customers ahead of me.the focus is on drive-thru only

That chubby guy with the mustache in the morning has to be the grumpiest, most miserable person I've ever seen at a Tim Hortons. The other guy with glasses is extremely rude. He messed up my order and when I came back to get it fixed he just redid it and threw it at me.
