Dec, 22.2023. That white lady who works in the drive thru is very rude. I was buying a coffee and at the same time asking for information about the gift card that had been given to me as a gift. The lady told me to check it yourself online and we don't activate the card very rudely and she wants me to move and figure it out myself rudely due to the fact that she has a lot of line up. If I know I shouldn't have gone inside the first place. I always buy my breakfast here and that lady is so rude. I don't appreciate her at all! Tim Hortons what kind of staff are you guys hiring. Teach them how to do better customer service.

Tuesday, 1: 00 to 1: 30 pm. Lots of seniors standing in line. All of them waiting way too long for service and some look like they are in pain. I noticed drive through taking priority. Atmosphere is best described as people looked peeved. Employees are confused somewhat because people are waiting to long and orders are being filled out partially which confuses and annoys everybody.

I was sure I reviewed before and was going to update, but can't find, so.very clean, nice seating area, pleasant place to come even though just in a strip mall on Greenbank. Can get busy in the mornings - both drive through and inside (not the seating area just the queues). 1 of the staff at least does not seem to deal with this well, very sharp with customers. Others seem fine. I have an issue with several Tim Hortons location currently, not having cups for dine in, and no recycling bins inside, and outside a recycling bin but it is not clear for what. I emailed Tim Hortons and they said it's up to each location owner, but they support all environmental responsible programs. And that you can bring your own cup instead for now. I did that, but the lady who served me was not happy about it (she didn't speak to me just glared), though she did put it in my cup. I really like the steeped tea at tim Hortons, much better than the tea served almost anywhere else in Ottawa.

The lady that took my order was fantastic
However the lady making the food was so so rude she complained about everything and told the other staff to go away and leave her alone when they are trying to follow up on other orders.

Ordered a bagel with extra butter and got a blob of butter on my bagel. The wrapper was drenched and leaked through the wrapper which ended all over my pants.

We came here after an appointment to use a Tims card that was a gift. The chicken bacon ranch wraps weren't very flavorful, or hot enough. Coffee and donuts were okay, but we think we had mild food poisoning from the slow cooked chicken not being at the right temperature. An hour after leaving, each of us was in the bathroom. Definitely won't order this item from this location again. This Tims had higher standards years ago. Also, there are multiple staff working. At lunch time, one of them needs to check the garbage in the dining room because they were full.

For the past week, through out the day. Store has been closed. I have all ages turn away. Today, store was closed from 2: 45pm until 6am. They do not want your Business.

This location inconsistently changes their hours on a whim. Some days they close at 4pm, some times 6pm, sometimes 10pm, without any notice but a piece paper on their door. This would be negligible if it were only occasionally due to staff shortage, but I've been coming here for years and this is an everyday thing. For that reason until the owner can keep his doors open regularly I do not recommend this location.

Get this. Due to the Rogers power outage I waiting in the drive through for about 15 minutes only to discover that the credit and debit machine was down. I come here multiple times a week, and get the same order for $5.22. I happened to have $5.10 on me, and asked if this would be alright due to the circumstance. After explaining my situation at the drive through speaker, the worker said that it would be alright. I waited another 5 minutes until I got to the window, only to have the worker change her mind and tell me that they wouldn't accept my order. The crochety old lady seemed to take the utmost amount of pleasure in denying me my order over literally 0.10 cents. I had to tear my car apart in the drive through lane (embarrassing) and was lucky enough to find another dime. Keep in mind this was after I was already told that it would be sufficient without the additional 0.10 cents. The lady folded her arms at the drive through window with a smug smile. Can't believe this was all over 0.10 cents. For reference, its the taller manager I believe that looks like a raisin.

I'm going to remove this one star when the owner responds. I just want him to know about this.
Most of the staff are really great here. Super nice people.
But there's this one woman. I think she's a supervisor because she wears different clothes. I've seen her be nasty to customers sometimes. But I see her nasty to staff regularly. She's super toxic and it's unnecessary. This type of person slaughters morale. I don't know if it's the same person that always busts my balls when I ask for a straw because of "trying to keep straw costs low" but it might be. But I'm not sure. But I have seen this woman be snappy, rude, and pretty awful on a number of occasions, especially to new staff, older staff, or English as a second language staff.
I know how kind and sweet the owner is (I think the owner is the silver haired man that charms customers while cleaning tables) and I'm confident that he wouldnt be okay with this so he must not know.
I imagine this must play a part into the turnover here. Do with this what you will.

Edit - I don't want the wrong people to get in trouble. She was on sandwich bar at on July 16 in the morning.
Edit again - I was referring to the short brunette white lady in her 40sish, and I think she has blue eyes but I could be wrong. Staff lineup changed and the lady that switched is an absolute gem and I don't want to get her in trouble.

Terrible customer service they messed up my order witch happens not a big deal but when I went to return it the lady was very unprofessional and very rude and acted very immature worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life!

Went to this location they have signs posted saying open 24 hours online website says open till 1130pm show up today as I work an evening shift to grab a coffee on my way home to find out it's closed. Maybe change your signs and update your website as I looked online to find a location on my way home that would be open before going to your location.

Always love going to this place! Always the nice’s people! But when I went today, the person who took my order was very rude when I got up to the window the girl who was there was very sassy when my partner asked to add a Timbit to the order. When we handed her the money she was confused on the amount we gave her and gave my partner a dirty look. When I got home (which is the neighbourhood behind the store) my food was stone cold and was very inedible.
Truly thinking about not going back.

I hope that other customers will understand they are not 24 hours right now because of the ongoing hiring crisis.
This location explained the situation to me and im happy they did so. Be thankful for the staff that show up and want to work. Be thankful they are serving the public and risking getting covid to serve you the to the best of their abilities. Be patient as they hire new employees and train their staff. Its sad to see grown adults post negative comments without even considering what they are going through.

I just left there, I was purchasing a 1/2 dozen because I had the deal with my Tim's card and a few other things so anyways I said ill pay with debit but I was informed it was payed she had used my points that I was banking.
I told her no thats not how I want to pay and because my points payed I didn't get the discount for the 6 pack which is the only reason for my visit and I would never pay that much for donuts. She says I can't help you its already payed there's nothing i can do and it seemed nobody else wanted to either.
Did I mention I have a Timmy's 0.7km left and one 0.4 if I turn right of my street but I chose to go further because of their selection.

This Tim Hortons is notoriously slow for years for inside service. Even if you're second or third in line, you're generally looking at a ten minute wait. Hope this location can turn it around and dedicate more attention to the customers that come in. Also don't want to fail to mention I've seen the bakers handle all the food with their bare hands Even after they scratch their head or coughed into their hand

The worker of this Tim Hortons did not allow me to go to the washroom without waiting in the long line that started from the street even though I was in a desperate need. She did not care even when I told her I was about to wet my pants! I bought there tons of coffee and other stuff, but could not go to the washroom when I needed:) Zero flexibility, accommodation, and compassion.

Like Tim Hortons but had a bad experience. They forgot the sausage on my sandwich so I called they took name down saying whenever I come. So I went they couldn't find my info and they told me it's been too long so I had to pay for my sandwich. Shame on you guys don't pretend to take down info.

I went there with my family at night and the doors were locked, although the sign says open 24 hours, it does not specify if front door will be locked after certain hours.

Finally we used drive through service. We forgot to take an extra cup. I went back again via drive through and it took them atleast good 6-7 minutes before the employee responded to our request with an attitude.

We have been working from home since the pandemic hit, so we have been making our Tim's coffee at home. But, there is something so satisfying about getting a fresh cup directly from the restaurant. Gotta love Tim's.

They didn't have the farmers breakfast si decided to get the 2 for one wrap promo and I also ordered the 6 donuts on promotion, but was told could only get one promo, so that means I could buy one thing get the promo and then buy another and get the other promo. Doesn't make sense, why can't the two promos be applied

Standard Timmies. By far the fastest service is the drive through. I go in to order, and I note markedly quicker processing of the drive through spot I would have had, for years, in all seasons. Too bad that more staff are not allocated to putting through people that choose to turn off their cars and walk in.

Each year I spend hundreds of dollars a year at this location and they charged me for a hot cup of water same as a cup of tea. I don't mind if you change me but be realistic. I was told that's their policy. Well your policy is a scam. U definitely lost a good customer

The service was pretty slow, had to wait 5 minutes in line without any customer
All of the members were focused on drive through or cleaning no one was there to assist
Didn't have bagels during the evening time and in a 24 hour location I expected that I would get options for bagels but they only had two ready

Nothing on the menu appeals to me. Every time I try something, I leave disappointed. The staff are lovely and friendly, but the product is nasty. I like the ice capps.

Why can't I give them a 0 star? They abuse their customers, are disrespectful, rude, and insulting towards loyal customers. They refuse to correct the bad behaviour of abusive employees.

The owner Bill Houldsworth just can't get how to treat his customers. Why hasn't TDL Group taken his store away from him, or done something to protect the Tim Hortons Brand Name?

Employees are very nice and polite. The management at this Tim Hortons is so ignorant towards their workers. I’ve gone into this Tim Hortons on many different occasions to hear their management yelling at their employees. Really hope you guys fix this issue before labour board gets involved.

Was served by a new employee, Raphael, very friendly and kind.dishes that were on a table when we got there were gone by the time we turned around.very clean.consistent.a nice breath of fresh air when it comes to tim hortons.in general, would recommend.

I just have been to this Tim Horton. I ordered chocolate chip iced Capp and French vanilla. I saw staff scratching hand and making iced Capp. No hygiene. The quality of ice Capp was totally bitter. I think machine needs cleaning. Also, there was no chocolate in iced Capp just two or three chocolate flakes. This is the worst iced Capp I have ever had in my life. I have been to other Tim Hortons but this is the worst. I would not recommend anybody to this place. I have simply wasted my money. Did not enjoy my Ice Capp.

This location on Greenback is always clean. My bagel as toasted just right. But you gotta try those donut sticks they are amazing. Drive thru is fast too. But I went inside today.

Sucks. Don’t go here. Drive to the other Tim Hortons somewhere else. Went there in the morning and regret every second. Drive through line up was up to traffic light. Made my order waited over 5 mins after paying. Employee was very rude and in a rush. I understand their busy but it wasn’t acceptable. My ice capped was very thin and not think. More lice ice coffee not ice cap. Don’t come here really had a bad time.

This Tim Horton’s is extremely slow during the after hours peak for overnights. Especially just ordering one regular coffee can take between 5-10 minutes, even when the staff are not busy.

They constantly enter incorrect orders and overcharge you for what you really ordered. This morning they also short changed me $5 which I didn’t notice until hours later. I was a daily customer. Will never come back.
