Tim Hortons

I asked for mocha latte and they told me their machine wasn’t working and when I asked why, they told me they don’t know. Just because they don’t want to clean their machine after making coffee doesn’t mean that they have the right to not offer me service.

This Tim Hortons is disgusting, never listens, doesn't know how to count money, and literally does not know how to make drinks.
I have been coming to this tim Hortons for years and I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping that they will get better but they never do. They never clean the French vanilla machine to the point where I ordered a French vanilla one morning on my way to work, as I started drinking it, a chunk of solid went into my mouth. Not sure what it was, but it made me sick. Contacted them later and no one wanted to take responsibility.
After that day, I changed up my order and have been getting vanilla ice coffee. It never tastes like vanilla so I started asking for extra vanilla. They will literally charge for extra vanilla but still use regular syrup and use the bare minimum. Constantly have to add sugar later on myself. Another time I went yo this tim Hortons and paid with cash, counting the $3.95 to ensure I had the cash ready before I got to the window, the cashier took the money, puts it into the register and says I only gave her $3.75. When asked her for the money back so I can recount it, she said its already on the register nut she counted it and it's not the right amount. If you cannot count money Why are you a cashier? Today, I went and ordered three drinks, one being a vanilla ice coffee with extra vanilla and a plane bagel with cream cheese. Got to the window, paid for my order and all I got was the drinks while the two employees I. The window were saying thank you, "next order, next customer". First of all, it is a drive thru, stop being passive aggressive and ask what else I am waiting for. When I told them about the bagel, they said no bagel was added to the order and one of the employees went running through shouting "charge for a plane bagel with cream cheese, hurry and make a bagel with cream cheese". The bagle was made very poorly with cream cheese only in the middle. There has been many more incidents that has happened at this tim Hortons and yet I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and going back, today was the last. Please don't waste your time and money here. Go to the Tim Hortons on keele and Sheppard instead. They are way better at their jobs, they listen to your orders, the make your drinks and food correctly and don't charge for stuff they don't add.

No Food is what I get told at time of order - then why advertise it? Or better yet, warn people before waiting in line.

Choose a different location.

Happened just right now. 12.40am wanted a coffee.waited inline.he gave a cookie to the customer in front of me and aked me to give him 2 mins.which was fine.and he was changing some supplies inside and whats not fine is he then took onto the next guy who arrived after me and wavied at me to get out of the way.i thought first come first serve was always the golden rule and seems like its changing.sad.also we should employ negative star system.

They need to renew this place is so old and walls are dirty chairs are old the floor is disgusting no respect for their customers only to increase their pockets but nothing about customer care

This Tim Hortons location at Keele and Lawrence is in my neighborhood, sometimes they're good, but not today. Points scanner doesn't work through the Driv-Thru, in which I which I waited in line already. The cashier told me in order to get the 2 Bacon Farmers wraps for $7 offer, I had to park my car then go inside then wait again, which my order wasn't made. I've asked if the scanner will be getting fixed but cashier said they've called and no one has come to fix it. For better communication with drivers on the Drive-Thru, they should post a sign that their scanner is not working, so that customers are aware. I ordered 2 coffee drinks and 2 breakfast wraps and waited for over 30 mins. This is unbelievable and very disappointing!

Literally one of the worst tim hortons.i’ve been going here at least once a week for 3 years.they literally NEVER have any food ready.like EVER.the staff do not know how to take orders and talk over you the whole time.i went here today after avoiding it for a few months hoping that they actually would have food ready.and guess what, they didn’t.the worker was not listening to what i was saying at all.if i didn’t make it clear they would have given me something that would make me extremely ill.

I got cold potatoe wedges. I ask for replacement and I did but with the same problem. They were not fresh.
My son doesn't buy food anymore, since he saw a roaches there.

The kitchen sink is so filthy. Management has to do something about this place.

The staff is helpful but unfortunately this Tim Horton's is very shabby and nothing is maintained here.

The staff was super friendly and nice. The store was absolutely disgusting, washrooms especially. I got a beverage but definitely wouldn't be eating here.

This timhortons is garbage. They cannot take orders right. Ask for one thing and they repeat something completely different.they don't even put sugar half the time.the other half of the time I show up there the Filipinos are too busy chit chatting. Fire everyone here and rehire competent workers.

This Tim Hortons is terrible. The service is rude and they're very impatient. They never have any of the new chicken wraps available and this is after trying several times to get it. They also forgot my donut once again. Not the first time.

This Tim's wins the award for the nastiest men's wash room I've ever seen in Tim's.

I am not a kind of person who give reviews but tonight, I can’t resist myself to give my feedback after receiving a wonderful service at this Timmies. The smell of fresh-made coffee is one of the world's greatest inventions and the employees made me enjoy that tonight. Great Service and the (triple-triple) coffee they made was really awesome. I used drive-thru service and I like the way the employee greeted me which is a meticulous part of customer service. I love that. ️️. Special Thanks to employee “ komalpreet kaur“ for the wonderful Service.

Waiting for more than 5 mins but no one come to ask my order. Staffs are talking about hanging out tomorrow but not take my order.

Not much parking space but pretty decently sized and there's a customer washroom. Place usually is a tad busy

Lots of people working in this location, but I waited for 10 min to be served. They focus on drive through, than the customers in side the store. If you are in rush, this is not the right Tim!

Waiting time to receive the coffee and to be served 5 minutes even if you standing alone the place it's not clean

Not the best food, and drinks are ok. Overall just come here if in a hurry or really need something to eat as fast as possible.

SLOW! Showed up at 7am on a Saturday. Out of croissants, no hash browns, this poor guy beside me has been waiting on his bagel belts for 25 mins. Terrible customer service, not sense of urgency.

Ordered an everything bagel double toasted with cream cheese, was not double toasted, on had cream cheese on half, didn't spread it at all just a big chunk on one side

Great location due to its proximity to the supermarkets and other stores in this plaza.

There are often many parking spots that are within walking distance to the store.

The Drive-Thru is often packed, but service is quick.

Staff are very friendly. I receive decent-excellent quality food and drink, depending on who happens to be working that day, it seems.

Overall, I would recommend this store if you happen to be passing by.

Always a place to go for a Nice fresh coffee and the food is always fresh! Keep up the good work!

If you’re vegan do not come here. Yes they are serving beyond beef patties. But if you ask for vegan they will still put cheese and mayonnaise on. They will also get upset when you asked them for a new one. They would just take 90% of the cheese off and leave the mayonnaise and bits and pieces of cheese all over. This is not just me. There was another lady there who is complaining too. But for her she asked for no egg and cheese and they did not give her anything but a bun.

This place never have hashbrown potatoes yet they advertise it on their combos. Never again. MacDonald next breakfast for sure.

The lady with the purple hair and glasses has a disgusting attitude, she was rude and didn't look like she wanted to work there. I forgot to get her name on the name tag.worst experience at a Tim hortona

Dirtiest drive through ever. There are always a few coffee cups on top of the order box with rotting coffee inside and nobody cleans them up!

Late night Filipino girl. She makes the best coffee. The morning people are OK too. Just sometimes you can’t understand them over the order speaker. English is not the greatest there. The morning Indian lady with the glasses is always screaming out orders. It’s a bit annoying. A bit unprofessional as well. Why Don’t they bag your food. They’ll give you your sandwich with the wrapper only, does that make any sense?

Every Time Hortons charges different fees for half dozen or one dozen bagels. Some give a discount others NONE AT ALL. IT SHOULD BE CONSISTENT LIKE THE OTHER COFFEE SHOPS. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY DONUT AND COFFEE PLACE AROUND. PEOPLE AREN'T IDIOTS. WE GO FOR THE PRICES. SPECIALLY WHEN YOUR COFFEE ALWAYS HAD COFFEE GROUNDS IN THE CUP. YOU NEED CUSTOMERS AND WE THE CUSTOMER WILL GO WHERE THE COFFEE IS BETTER AND NOT FEEL RIPPED OFF FROM YOU!

Too man people working behind the counter for the lines to be so long. The people in the store are equally as important as those in drive thru. Can someone please let the staff know that?

Something has changed here. 10 years of coming to this location every morning. Lately its taking 10 min to serve 4 people at the dribetheough

Slow service. Minimal staff during busy times. Like other Tim's this location has stale defrosted donuts.doesn't any Tim store actually make fresh donuts anymore rather than defrost donuts made off-site?

I have lived in the area for quite some time now and have been using this Timms for the last 10 years and unfortunately over the years the quality of service, order correctness and just about everything else has gone downhill. I mostly visit this location in the evenings after 8PM and even when I order only 1 coffee it's usually wrong. Last night I was once again given the wrong coffee. I always check before I leave and when the Cashier noticed I returned to the pick up side of the line they ignored me instead of asking me if something was wrong. I waited once again in line until everyone was served and asked if the coffee had milk or cream. I always double confirm my order and ask for milk twice, as I know force of habit they make it with cream. I was told it was made with cream and then I had to ask if I could have it with milk instead like I ordered. One issue I never have with them is getting my order fixed which is why they get 2 stars. During the day I don't even try to use the drive through because lately it's just been a disaster. Hopefully with the new renovations its at least faster on the drive through end. If your going to order food from here, I'd recommend to pass and check out many of the other shops along Keele or even in the plazza. The last time I got food from this location was last summer on my way into work. I was the only car in the drive through, waited a good 5 minutes. My food was cold, it looked like someone threw it against the wall while they were assembling it and I was missing my extra hashbrown. When I was in University several years ago I used to come here to study with a friend or two and never had an issue. But lately the last 6-8 years this location has really gone downhill.

Was not happy with the service, like most tim hortons in the city. Also the outside is boarded up so its not an appealing place either. Only go if you have to

Your people are good. The place needs a good over haul. Start in washroom it is disgusting. Thw mens washroom stall has had writing on it forever.
I suggest u go 2 doors down to Popeyes and see how a washroom should be.

Establishment is always busy but the surface can improve greatly they might try for an Express line for coffee orders only

Been visiting this location for years they use to be somewhat of a 4 star Tim's, now with the constant broken machines and slow wait time it's just down to 1. During the night shift there is this one specific lady that constantly gets my order wrong. Shes super slow & doesnt know what shes doing. Place needs an update ASAP

They were busy but because of their working experience i got serve in time for my next appointment.
At Tim Hortons it just good service.

Close to Home. Always out of chills machine and last visit out of French vanilla. Cashier was mopping floor and came to serve without washing hands.
