Tim Hortons

I know it's just a Tim Hortons but it's close to my work, so I go here pretty much every morning, their morning staff in weekdays are the same people usually and they make me start the day with a smile.they are very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate it.

Sometimes I will stop here for a snack when I have an hour to kill between clients at work. When possible I recommend avoiding this location. On top of the store being dirty at all times, staff couldn’t care less about guests in both a timing and personal aspect. Being made fun of and laughed at by two employees while standing right in front of them (simply because I have green hair) is not something that would make anyone feel good and trying to justify it by ‘that’s not a normal thing in their culture’ still does not make it ok. The icing on the cake was having to stand there for 10 minutes humiliated after being made fun of because no one felt the need to make my small coffee. Horrible experience, will be avoiding this location from now on.

Ordered two farmers wrap, plain doughnut and French vanilla I got full off on one farmers wrap made perfectly not too much sauce and not too little egg and perfect balance of exquisite juices, the French valine wasn’t too sweet as well. Thank Tim hortons

This Tim Hortons really located at south/west corner at Wellington & Scott Street, across from Berczy Park. ️

Never seen a worse tims then this one. Door is broken so they have wood on it by 5pm they have no donuts cookies at all left. The hot Chocolate was so nasty it didn't even have a taste to it.

It was my first Tim Hortons experience,
Where do I start? Hmmmm.
The place was very dirty.
The food was served cold and half microwaved.
The coffee was simply terrible.
Luckily, I tried a different branch later on and realised that this particular one is below average.

I am not sure why the moment I got to this Tim the app doesn't work. I cannot redeem my points.

Staff are good at screwing up people's orders, wasting their time and keeping long lines endlessly at this location.

If you want your order to get messed up, come over here. They'll happily do it for you, especially beverages.

The place looks like it has not been cleaned in months!
This is the closest Timmys by my workplace, unfortunately, I avoid going to this location because it is always dirty. It looks disgusting inside and out.

Friendly and smart staffs, they know how to properly make a coffee. Went here many times and consistent good service. Nice to relax in the park across the street.

I visit almost everyday to grab my breakfast and I like their hashbrowns always crispy.staffs are frirndly, Fast service.

A warning in advance for anyone who chooses to spend the $1 extra fee for bacon, the staff literally pick through the tub of bacon to give you the most measly two strips of bacon. An absolute waste of money and a disappointing beginning to your morning. This location is disorganized and is well known for butchering your order, as well as having an extremely high employee turnaround rate.

This Tim's was quite noisy and not very crowded, bad acoustics, I believe. The coffee was good but I found their donut was dry, like it was yesterdays. Sad, Tim's once had the best donuts. I would be happy to pay more for a "home made" donut instead if these frozen, baked donuts.

Flies everywhere in the store found one in my ice coffee and the employees and washed and reused the same glass. Also i had double double coffee which filled to the top. While going back to my place my whole hand was wet in the hot coffee.

Worst bathroom I've ever seen. Only the men's was working, and even that is an understatement. There was toilet paper everywhere. Urine in the toilet (and not just one person did it). No toilet paper at all. Urine on the seat. There was even toilet paper in the sink. Worst experience!

The location was filthy. The womens washroom was out of order so I used mens room. Urine all over. Sink filthy taps smeared with who knows what. Napkins all over the floor of dining area 10 at least. One water bottle on floor, tables smudge and crumb covered.not been wiped down.with covid why are they not able to wipe down things like other areas facilities are doing. Terrible sanitary conditions.

Had coffee and a bowl of chili was good what can you say that people don't already know

Order was really slow, worker aren't attentive at all. Most the time with confirmation of my order they still get it wrong

Service is slow, ordered toasted bagel. Got burned bagel. Rush to do my bagel. I can see. Very cleanless store in the downtown area.

Great location just around the corner of the Meridian Hall if you go for a concert or show there, easy and fast to grab a coffee or sandwich before. Just outside is a nice park if you prefer to sit or walk around.

Poor services. Was there today August 4th 2019 at 6: 30 PM and the female cashier (only female staff) was really unprofessional. She literally through the bagged croissant on the counter and proceeded to lecture us on points etc. Without an apparent reason.

Absolutely the most dirtiest Tim Hortons in downtown toronto. As soon as you walk through the door you can see that every tables and floor is dirty with food crumbs and beverages spills. However, you only see how filthy the whole store is when you go into the washroom. The only one that is available which is the ladies washroom.
The ladies washroom has not been cleaned in months and it is disgusting. There is blood on the sink counter. The toilet bowl has visiable fecal matter on and around the top of bowl. The floor is extremely dirty. It also smells of urine.

It's a Tim Hortons, quality of food and coffee is what you'd get at any Tim's. The only negative is that it's small, is often slow due to the Monday to Friday office crowd demand, and seems to have high employee turnover as there is often a lot of new trainees.

For my first time trying Timmies, it was very very good I really loved the Caramel Fudge French Vanilla

Your typical Tim Hortons, but not very clean. The location at King and Victoria nearby is much better.

Coffee shop with light afternoon traffic where you are efficiently served. Had the green tea, which was inexpensive, can't go wrong, just make sure you expressely mention no milk as I have had in the past another Tim Horton's added milk. Clean environment with plenty of tables unoccupied.

Sure! The coffee is good. Isn't it at most Tim's. But let's be real and talk about how absolutely dirty nasty this place is AT ALL TIMES! Please, do not tell me the people that handle food have to use those same washrooms? ! The place itself is just always dirty the walls, floors, windows, corners, there is no way if they got a spot inspection they would pass. To the owner, you profit off of your customers, so when you're there don't worry about rushing your workers to hurry the line up because when you're not there the line up goes back to taking FOREVER what you need to do is hire a professional cleaning company get them in there to do a good one time clean, do it for your customers who spend their money in your establishment. The urine stink from the washrooms is unacceptable the filth and human deposits on the walls toilet floor AT ALL TIMES no toilet paper soap pure dirt just all over CLEAN UP YOUR ESTABLISHMENT you're not being fair to your paying customers. Better yet stop in there on surprise one day and use your washroom! I bet you'll get sick! I don't usually post bad reviews but c'mon! Tim Hortons this is unacceptable on all levels. Nasty. FOOD IS SERVED HERE! NOT COOL
