The staff doesn't care at all about the customer service. The lady just placed the coffee on the stand and left. I felt like homeless getting free coffee. Get some young people for the job.

I had store credit for nearly $20 for an order that was irrevocably botched. I went in to redeem my store credit and they said they couldn't find my name in their book. If they mess up on your order demand a full refund not a "store credit" because they lose your store credit, and you waste your gas money. Demand a refund immediately. They are thiefs.

I absolutely love Tim Hortons! The coffee is always fresh and flavorful, and the service is always friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I always feel welcome whenever I visit. The donuts are also top-notch - there's a huge variety to choose from and they are all so delicious! Overall, Tim Hortons is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat or a coffee on the go. I highly recommend it!

Worst experience happened with me. I ordered a white hot chocolate and got a black chocolate and that was so bad in taste. I will not go again here and I am just posting this after 5 mins of ordering.

Worst management ever. Never work for this location as the General Manager (Eric Prathap) is too bad as he disrespects and humiliates the employees working, in front of customers.

Staff dont know how to manage, i waited for 20 minutes even there was only one customer in front of me. Even employees were rude if ask to do fast if they can, there two billing machines but used one at a time

Won't even give you ice water for the kids after spending $20 on food. 1/10 for order accuracy. 1/10 for food quality. 1/10 for cleanliness (drive through is littered with garbage, and garbage bins are over filled and spilling over)

Consistently uses the coffee maker to dispense hot water for tea, which makes tea taste like coffee. I went back to get it fixed and they put 5 sugars in it out of spite. I'm done with this location.

Own or manager I don't who was he but he was yelling on his employee. Thats not really nice. Human being made mistakes. Chill dude

Starting off with this isn’t the first time I’ve had awful service at this location. But I’ve finally had enough that I’m leaving a review. So I went through the drive thru, ordered a sandwich, paid with points. Got home, realized it was the wrong sandwich, went back. I went inside. Service is terrible inside. They always cater to the drive thru customers and take forever with those inside. Finally get to the counter after about 10 minutes and only 2 people in front of me (one person working the front counter and like 10 on drive thru) I tell them it’s the wrong sandwich, they try to tell me no that’s the right one. Um no, I know what I ordered and this is not it. Ask for it to be replaced. They said oh we’re out of the specific ingredient so that’s why we replaced it in your sandwich. I was like well no one told me this or I wouldn’t have ordered it. And I couldn’t get a refund because I paid with points so they asked if I wanted any other sandwich. I didn’t really cuz I’m not a fan of their other sandwiches. So I settled for one of their new chicken wraps. And shocker, they still got that wrong. They asked if I wanted crispy or grilled chicken, I said grilled 2 times! And still got crispy. Sandwich tastes awful too, the chicken is so dry. I’m done with this location.

Worst location we ever encountered they don’t know the promo that they have buy 1 take 1 sandwich they want you to buy 2 instead of though your paying 1 sandwich. It supposed to be automatic If you order that item they should know that you have to get another one. Very bad experience with this location it happen to us twice already.

Fast friendly efficient service with a smile. Drive through or take out or sit in, it is a busy little place.

This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst location in Toronto.
They get the order wrong all the time.
The coffee is burnt or they give you dark roast.
I even got blueberry muffin that was frozen in the inside.
Not to say the staff are rude

As usual! Can’t expect customer service at Tim Hortons. Staff not friendly at all and care about drive through timings. There was a big line up for drive through. I was ordering through app and there was no option to pick up at the front. So I chose a pick up at the drive through. They were busy which I could see but they took forever to make 3 drinks and asked us to wait at the front to maintain their timings.

I use the drive-in service at the Timmies at the Esso gas station on Sheppard and Kingston Rd. The service is quick and efficient. In all the years I have been going there my order was only once got wrong which is probably 0.01% error! Incredible! Well done guys.keep it up!

This what I don't understand this tim Horton one person is taking orders and working in the register like please make up your mind choose one spot. Awful services not on point people in the store speaks Tamil even been rude to customers.

Today I got a sandwich and a coffee.
The sandwich was sloppy and put together in a hurry, and the coffee was burnt and undrinkable. I won't come back to this location. Next time ill go to the one across the road.
Avoid this location.

Worst customer service experience ever at drive through. The customer service representative speaks mildly which is hard to hear and with language that is difficult to understand. When told to repeat the order she start to yell at you

The conditions here are beyond disgusting. There must have been 10+ flies buzzing around the workers as they scuttled to make my wrap. Several wasps in the donut display eating the icing off the donuts. When I alerted the manager I was brushed off. What the heck! Disgusting!

One of the worst tim hortons. I don't know, the people who take order they are deaf or the people who make order they are blind. They never listen or make the order properly. Thousands times I've to go back inside after taking order from drive-thru window. Everytime I order steap tea with milk and I get it with cream. I'm fed up. Will never go again here.

Always lined up. Takes forever. Cant get orders right. Hubby goes today for his breakfast on his way to work orders his coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Drive off gets to work went to eat and its a friggin cinnamon bun. They are brutal.

I avoided this one for 3 months because they are by far the slowest in Pickering. I came to it today and was reminded why I was right. So god dam slow.

If you want to go to drive thru, make sure you have 20 minutes atleast to spare. So frustrating. It happened continuously 5th time. Not going back.

Drive thru is slower than most. And you always have to ask them for sleeves for you hot beverages.

Im giving the one the 1 staff working 5 stars but disappointed in Tim Hortons for having only one staff in. She was swamped but handled herself so great.

The drive through was smoot and the staff ver courteous and cheerful. The best part was that they were quick and effective.

I want to acknowledge the customer service I received this morning at Tim Hortons at Kingston Road and Hwy 2 (in the Esso Station). The staff here are in a fast paced environment filling orders from the counter service to drive thru, with a quick turn around and good service. Today was busy, long lines in both areas. I watched the staff stay calm, be courteous and work together well. A special recognition to the young team member Josh, he took, filled and cashed out orders patiently and accurately while still maintaining professional and courteous service to customers. Good job to Josh and the team at this location.

Don't be surprised if you don't actually get what you order. I've bin to this tims a couple times and they water down all their drinks Be warned.

Small and unnecessary, there is just one like 100 meters away which I prefer more. But this one is closer to the shops. So if you don't mind the wait, this one is also good. However I didn't like the staff

Go here anytime. Day or midnight, during the peak hours or whenever. They give you the best coffee.

Combo Tim's and Wendy's plenty of seating staff are usually pretty efficient. Watch out for the pothole in the drive through

Literally cannot get an order right, almost every single time. Needs a change in management or something at least.

I ordered through the drive thru. They were quick to take my order but one of the employees at the window came off as very rude to me. As soon as I got to the window she asked how I was paying. I had my rewards card and my Tim’s card but before I could finish saying that, she told me, “Give me that, ” in an unpolite tone. Shortly after, I received my order. It took me no more than 10 seconds to put my coffees down. In that time span, the same lady told me goodbye twice as if she was rushing me to leave. I replied, “Sorry I was just putting my drinks down, ” and she continued to stare at me until I left. The car behind me was pulling up to the window only as I was leaving. The driver was not waiting for me to move my car, and I was trying my best to be as quick as I could to prevent them from waiting. I could tell that it might have been a bit busy on the inside which I understand happens. But no matter how fast the service was, the impression that I will remember for longer and think about more is how rude that employee was. Maybe she was having a bad morning, as it happens. But as a server in a restaurant, I have never been so rude to a customer.

They just cant seem to get s coffee correct. Then want to argue with you becaue you e asked for more sugar or cream.really don't like using this place.

Welcome to Tim Hortons where the hashbrowns are like bricks and are thrown in a paper bag without individual paper wraps. If you want cracked teeth, no look no further and come to this location. You will also be treated at the intercom and window staff like they are lost at sea. Have a good day.

Cross this one off the list. Toaster is not hot, sausage disappears, and employees are snarky. I try hard to be polite when getting an order corrected maybe the staff should try a littl politeness too. SNARKY

24 hours open! Good staff. Fast in service. Inside a convenience store, in a gas station.very ideal

This location is gross. The store and food area is super dirty. The employees touch the money and than touch your food. The baked goods are stale and hard seems like yesterday's food. The drive thru is ridiculous and people do not know how to enter properly if you need a coffee that's all I'd suggest getting from here

You cant go wrong for a wondrous cup of coffee. Find their morning wraps soggy& tasteless. But that's me

Like the look of the place. However, the manager made me give a bad rating. He called me for an interview and I reached there wasting my time and money. However he didn't call me in after reaching. He made me wait for half an hour saying that he would call me in after 5 minutes but didn't call me even after waiting for 25 minutes. Thereafter, he just asked for my resumè via an employee and said I'll call you back. He never called.

The coffee is good, however their new Rewards program sucks. Unlike McDonalds who gives a reward for every coffee purchased, Tim Hortons give 1 reward regardless of the number of coffees purchased and you have to wait for 30 mins to get another 1 reward when you purchase again. McDonalds gives you any drink after 7 rewards from a regular coffee to a cappuccino or latte whereas Tim Hortons gives you a regular coffee or a donut. Tim Hortons Rewards program is a rip-off.
