Ordered my usual, double toasted Everything Bagel with Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese.
Perfection!

Very Bad Experience
I went to the drive thru on 29 Oct 2023 at 9.35 @ Tim hortons in dundas street w and a guy took my order and i asked for a steep tea and he told me it will take 5 min to prepare and he offered me orange tea and i told him i will wait for the steep tea and i waited for 10 min and knock the door nobody attended and i called the store and a lady took my call she told me the store is closed now because they are staying far from the store. Their closing time is 11pm. This is how irresponsible the store is. Thats the response i got from the store.

Haha small little tummies but the guys are amazing crew even though the line for drive is busy this guy's are so fast today I have them as the best tim Hortons crew

We always go to this Tim's near our house for drive thru or in person, as I did today. Really pleasant team who work really hard. The woman who served me was so cheerful and kind. She kindly explained that they didn't have mustard for my sandwich, at this location, as I requested. I was satisfied with my order and really appreciated the team's efforts to make a stranger's day a little brighter!

Lamin deserves a raise! Exceptional service and such a lovely person, made my experience so wonderful and brought a smile to my face)

It was snowing outside and I just wanted a hot drink. When I walked in I was asked by the young lady whether I'm hungry thirsty or cold. I started laughing and said no no yes Lol

Make sure to count your change.as they try and short me every time I go here. I also shouldn’t have to ask for my change.

Amazing customer service! Way better than other Tim Hurtons locations. Staff are very nice. I started going there weekly and they are making my day.

Gross location. There are always flies and wasps buzzing around their baked goods and garbage and litter all around the lot. The only thing I would get from here is the coffee.

I go to this Tims every Saturday. It is very annoying how often my order gets messed up as it did this AM. They are in such a rush to get you through - I wish they would focus on quality instead of that running clock inside!

The owner of this Tim Houston is going to lose a lot of customers to the fact that their employees get the order wrong. Then when you address to the employee that your order is wrong they scream at you to throw it out your order whatever happened to having good manners as an old Tim Houston employee that is not acceptable there was not even apology I felt like I was bothering tham all wanted was a coffee not a tea and I got to scream at not acceptable you won't be seeing me going back to that location ever again if you can't work with humans you shouldn't be working there I was there on March 26th at about 1pm not acceptable for me and by looks of your reviews it seems like there's a lot of customers that are having the same problem shame on you I feel sorry for the owner and for the name you represent Shame Shame

This location has consistently gone downhill over the last year or 2 - wrong orders, overfilled coffee that leaks all over the car, rude service.
It seems like everyone is on the ball in the AM but not so much after lunchtime.
I’ve been a customer since day one and this is the closest location to my home, but after today I will never go back.
I’d rather drive 5 min more for decent service.

Tbh I love timhortons but this particular place never seems to get simple coffee right or sandwiches for other basic stuff it's fine

The customers at this location do not follow signs and make illegal left and right turns to and from Tim Hortons.

Best early morning coffee run spot! They have some awesome and fast service. Serving up to 5 cars at a time within 7 minutes. Impressive!

The previous negative reviews are all 100% in line with my many experiences with this location. The staff is incredibly rude, despite me being friendly with them. They don't listen when you place an order and perpetually get very simple orders wrong. I don't even bother with this franchise location anymore.

Quick run Timmies. Because of the small lot the drive thru gets bad at certain times. Staff are patient and friendly. Walk in with no seats.

Usually I don't leave negative reviews but the staff here is very rude. I asked if they have washroom and some lady at drive thru who I wasn't even talking to started to make fun of me with the other staff behind the counter in front of other customers and started to rudely talk with me. As a courtesy I always buy something for using the premises but I just left.

Do not bother. Every time I order online and get there I am still waiting for them to make it. The last time I went the after ordering the staff just ignored me for a good five minutes to chat with each othere and work the drive thru. I asked if I could just have my order. Nothing. Another staffer came from the back had a quick chat with his co-workers then made my order.

It was terrible, they had to brew a new pot of decaf but that was only determined when we got there. They had a limited selection of Bengals. Par for this place when getting there. Always have to wait for one thing or another so late for work again. Thanls again Tim Hortons.

My family and I go out of our way to come to this Tim Hortons every chance we get, they always serve the best tasting coffee- consistently! Other Tim Hortons have days where the coffee is too bitter or doesn’t taste quite right, but this timmies always hits the spot.the staff is great as well

This store is good and the employees are amazing. However I would like to see this location become 24h again or at least midnight.

Great location. Close to the LCBO. Selections could be more varied though. Employees not the most helpful.

Some of them don't know the meaning of customer service. One day I ordered drinks ND sandwich and I asked the lady that I want to spilt the amount half cash rest debit after that her behavior was not good to me. Whenever I ordered something, she and one more girl starts laughing at me. ND whenever these two take my order.they both give me wrong order. Today I just bought a tea ND it's taste so bad.

The rudest most disrespectful employee I have ever seen. Zero customer service. I don’t know how they are still working there. The lady who was taking order’s today at 1: 50 pm seemed angry in the way she talks and aggressive. She scared me.

Staff don't seem to care about customers and lousy selection of products compared to other stores. Our order has been wrong many times and coffee tastes burnt. I avoid this location now

6 out 10 times they get my order wrong its to the point I have to look to make sure its done right.
Might as well make it my self at home if I pay for it and get nothing half the I don't have enough time to go back.
But u do have a few lady's that do very well when they take my order it is always right.

As with other reviews, I have found that when ordering food we don't get all items in the order. When my kids order and then ask for missing items the staff reject that anything is missing and then the kids are out $, having paid and not gotten what was asked for. This is not right as kids have limited pocket money that they are choosing to spend at Tim's.

A black guy Named "Liome" not sure if I’m pronouncing the name right took our drive-thru order and we forgot to add one M coffe, and we asked him when we were paying for our order if we can add something; and with a big smile he said that we can ask for whatever we want, after asking for the medium coffe he brought us a large coffee FREE of charge and said have a good day! Honestly he went above and beyond our expectations.

Convenient location, can be busy but staff are not to friendly. When I was paying in the drive thru and asked to scan my point card on my phone I was greeted with the look and a sigh.

Lady refused to give me a cup of water and told me I had to pay for it, also lied and said I never asked at the drive thru when I did, and spent $20 already. Also asked for stale dog timbit as multiple places give it for free, but was charged an extra 30cents at the window.
The lady was also extremely rude to me and I left feeling upset at the way she treated me. I have been going to this location for a while now and have never been shown this abysmal level of service at any other Tim Hortons.

Been going there everyday because it's the closest location to drop off my wife to work. Drinks are always right but when it comes to the food I never get what I order. Everyone's nice and service is quick. Unfortunately I never get the right order when it comes to food.
