I go to this location every morning before work. They’re quick, friendly and accurate. No matter how big the line up is in the morning, it moves fast. They’re very organized.

Once again they couldn't get my order right, when I order a coffee with double milk, not cream, milk, that's what I want, milk not cream, so they give me cream

Coffees are always made wrong. They make up their drive thru times for head office by holding their hand out the window when they're not ready for you. Customer service is lack luster from most employees. Just go somewhere else

I come her often as it’s on my way to work in the morning, I am very disappointed with my drink this morning. The taste was fine and it was hot, but it wasn’t completely full or even close to the top of the cup. A quarter of my drink is missing. I pay for a full cup I should receive that. This was a French vanilla large and not even full. Can this be worked on as the specialty drinks are little bit more money.

There is never any soup or chili, and apparently strawberry filled doughnuts and timbits are discontinued. I dont think the people know the difference between being lazy and not wanting to restock, and DISCONTINUED which means the company no longer carries this food menu.

I visit this location quite often and try to avoid drive through due to long line ups. The service inside the store is quick and efficient. All the staff is very pleasant and good to talk to and my order is served fast and always right. Never had any complaints or issues. I just want to mention one of the staff member who works here. This guy always have a positive attitude, gets your order correct and good to talk to. It’s not me only but few weeks ago one of the lady in the queue actually spoke to his manager and mentioned about his good customer service skills. The other day I asked his name as I wanted to write a review about him because he deserves it. Reason being at fast food restaurants or coffee shops very rarely you will find people who go above & beyond to serve customers and it’s a hard or tough job but honestly this guy is on top. This location is always so busy but it’s always good to see Bryan (Brian) with such a right attitude. Kudos to all your hard work man! I’ m sure that you will definitely move ahead in your life. It’s not the kind of work we do but it’s the attitude and passion which differentiates us from others. This guy is a star employee of this location. If by any chance this location’s manager get to read this review then just want to say all the staff and service at your location is the best but Brian is the extra ordinary guy in terms how he handles customers and does his work.

The worst experience we had this tim horton one of the employee dont even knew how talk with the coustomer!

A basic Tim's. Friendly and quick staff. Drive thru moves quickly. Parking lot can be busy.

Very fast service! Got three drinks and a wrap that was made within 30 seconds of waiting!

Do you guys even listen properly When someone ask you for double toasted then you should do that very unprofessional service

I got a farmers wrap from here week, I nearly threw up cause there were ehh shells in my chipotle sauce, I still go to this location but I just get drinks now.

Good place with good and knowledgeable staff. Good place for a quick bite. You will find everything from Tim's menu. Washrooms are also clean and tidy and they have ample seats for dine in.

Horrible customer service, the manager spoke in such a rude manner. Fought me because I couldn’t hear over the speaker of the drive through. Asked all the other staff members not to serve me either.

I ordered 3 steep tea’s and three muffins with butter inside. They didn’t heat up the muffin and tea’s had no sugar. Bad service.

Seriously guys? You should wipe and clean the tables instead of talking on the counter please.dine in area was messed up, all the tables were dirty, the stuff people leave was there i do not know for how long.stop making such beautiful dine in places mess up please.

Nice place. I found it crowded almost all the time. Cleanliness is average. Lack of item there mainly potato wedges.

The best coffee ever. Period. Small joint on the main street serving best coffee and snacks. Love visiting it.

There is no option for negative feedback so I’m rating only one star. Services are not good. Ordered DD but there is no sugar in it.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich, a medium double double French vanilla coffee and a hash brown. The coffee was amazing and the employees were friendly. The egg and cheese sandwich could've been better though.

This tim Hortons doesn’t do the tim Hortons app offers as stated in the app and instead add additional restrictions not present at other locations or when ordering through the app

Got a watered-down large double double and the same thing for a medium french vanilla had to take it back and had them made it from scratch. Very disappointed.

Arrogant staff doesn’t want to make what you order. They always make what they think is ok to make. Everytime they messup the order and accuse you that you may have ordered like that. Worst location.

I got a sausage farmers wrap this morning & an iced capp. Very dissatisfied with the making of this wrap… the sausage was not fully cooked, the hash brown was still cold & not fully cooked either. Not going to this location again.

This Tim Hortons is always run out of Begel Hash Brown and potato wadages. They take all orders but at window they its finished and for this they don't feel sorry. Its better to tell only coffee is available. Here is a another issue you must confirm twice for coffee unless they will give you tea. It's the nearest Tim Hortons for and I face almost everyday same thing. Most of staff are very rude in communication. Only one thing I like that is they make coffee perfect. Only one star for coffee.

Bothers me that I don't get a coffee sticker for every coffee I buy instead it's per order. If I order 10 coffees it counts as one not fair.

I have been there several times. Their food is always fresh and standardize. They have well trained staff. I get my coffee every day from Anureet, she is one of the best employ there she is so polite and nice.

This is not there first time, before that i called supervisor about this serve donut in box if its freshly baked or in double item bag.
Because of there speed of service, they stops me before serving window so that they can prepare order, car behind me honking me bcz he/she don’t know about this

The washroom was closed thay closed walk in ordering a hour early without warning and only allow east Indians to used the drive throw window to make walk up orders (racist)

Whether I order through Uber, Or Drive Thru, out of every 5 orders, MAYBE 1 is right. I’ve been coming here for 2 years because it’s the closest location to me but sadly nothing has changed. Constantly
Messing up my order and it’s frustrating because I don’t have the time to go back every time just to tell you to do your job correctly. Maybe instead of rushing people through, screw the timer and take the extra few seconds and make sure ORDERS ARE CORRECT. On a side note, my Ham & Cheese for breakfast was great instead of the initial EGG & Cheese I had asked for.

Sincerely friendly staff working the day we went. They seemed to care a great deal about their service. We had a great experience dining in. The tea was was better than usual here!

Extremely slow and unprofessional staff. These ladies really doesn't wanna work. The wrap was cold and not properly grilled. Coffee was not fresh itself.

Very slow drive through service took me 15 minutes to get the coffee.iam everyday customer and this lady who work in the afternoon shift always gives me wrong coffee.she never stir it and always super slow.
Please change your staff or train then well.

Fast service and great drinks but the customer service definitely has room to improve. I never get a response if i greet someone there.

No mandatory masks needed here. Anyone can come and go without masks. Servers say nothing. Whole place could be getting infected from people coming in and out with no masks.

Horrible service at the Tim Hortons at Kennedy and Clarence in Brampton. They forgot part of our order so my fiancé waits patiently at the door and the lady comes out and tells him its his fault for not making sure it was right. I called to complain and she raised her voice at me! Unreal! How unprofessional can you be? Never going there again.

Best place to swing by when onthe go and you need to have a hot beverage or on a hot day for an Ice cap

Train your employees how to use coupon or dont give customers coupons.because of your employee I had to extra dollars.

This place is suprisingly always busy. Nevertheless, they manage the long lengthy lines very well. My order was ready before I even finished paying. The atmosphere here is very friendly.

January 5th 2020 timing 8: 15 pm_ i pick my order from drive thru which was totally wrong. I explain my order 3-4 time after paying too. But still that ladies surving me with wrong order. Need to train properly.

When you ask for black coffee this is what you get, plain boiling water, this is a everyday's story, today it went to a next level

Service at drive through was very pleasant and quick. They were out of stock on muffin if choice, unfortunately. Otherwise all was good.

This would have been a five star review if it was not for the manager who rudely asked me why I was taking pictures of the donuts.
Other than that, the other staff were very friendly and the food was quick and fresh. The dining room was very clean and I am overall, very satisfied with my experience. Lucky for the manager, her staff is more polite than her. Or this would have been a 2 review. Maybe they can give her a quick training on how to approach a customer. Especially one who is trying to promote their business and help others see what this location has to offer.

Completely black bagel. I'm surprised someone saw how burnt it was and still thought to give it to a customer.

I was there I was threatened and my mom was assaulted by another customer and the manager kicked us out and ban us cuz of the other customer. The manager is Sharon

The staff need to be a little bit more friendly and customer oriented. The cashier was a little bit rude when we try to make a change in the order. There were a lot of flies inside the store.

Not a coffee drinker. So besides stopping here for Timbits and Chills for the kids the only good thing on their menu is the peanut butter cookies when they are not overcooked.

The staff needs to be more polite and customer oriented. Not enough place for people waiting for their turn.

Poor and very poor staff i ordered a veg soup and they give me a kind of soup which pork luckily i checked it before i ate.

Exotic cuisine, I love the "coffee" smells I receive when I enter the property. When I ask about "coffee" to the cashier, she gave me a free coffee because she knew I was new to the concept of "coffee", I later nearly collapsed in the parking lot after a caffeine rush.

It is better than the McDonald place which is just opposite to it.when it comes to customer service and the ambience in the morning needs to be felt. I now prefer this Tim Horton's joint than the McDonald joint that is my 2C.

Cashier listened to my order and actually repeated it back to me, to ensure order was correct. The TM who made my bagels did an an awesome job. Best experience in recent memory.

While a few of the ladies here are great, typically the ones working in the evenings and on the weekends, the customer service overall is questionable.
Way too much attitude from some of the new employees and one of the managers.
This locations is very hit and miss, some days are great and others just lead to disappointment and frustration.
