Tim Hortons

This location needs cleaning up. Windows-floor-Trash area.tables should be done regularly. Everything is dusty. Layout and bathrooms are insufficient. I think it's actually time for a renovation. In the mean time get what you need and get out.

Muffin was not fresh, warm and tasty as I wanted. Coffee was okay. Cleanliness can be improved.

I come here everyday before work and the staff never fails to make me smile. Order is always correct and staff is absolutely amazing. Highlight of my daily routine!

Literally ridiculous… waited 30+ min for two meals. Spoke to four people absolutely no communication among staff. I’ve worked in fast food and always try to be patient but many of the workers seemed genuinely lost on how to do their job, communicate, and complete appropriate customer service. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review which might say something about the experience.

This was a very gross location. My husband used the men's washroom and there was poop and pee everywhere. The doughnuts we ordered were stale and there was only 2 doughnut options and 2 timbit types. No cookies. We felt uncomfortable touching anything. We debated leaving right away but we were on a road trip and needed a quick stop. It was so unfortunate.

We were last in Belleville 6 years ago and I felt my favourite doughnut the apple fritter was disappointing, however on this trip I am pleased to say it was much much better.

Every single time I ask for a hazelnut cold brew at this location, doesn’t matter what time of day, I’m told they don’t have the foam. I always pay for a hazelnut cold brew and end up getting a medium coffee instead with not a single offer of a refund as the cold brew is far more expensive than the coffee. Will not be coming back to this location for a hazelnut cold brew.

Not the best location. However it is clean. The thing that makes this specific tim Hortons stand out, is it's consistency. The coffee sandwiches and soups all taste amazing and the staff will always greet you eitha smile

The hours are nice it's the only place open 24/7 for coffee only downfall is they hardly have food, you wait when there's no one in the drive thru and when you do get service it's usually met with what can I get you coldly would be higher stars if they just had food and a bit more friendly.

It was very quit, so the service was good and we had something sweet that was fresh and delicious.
I'd recommend it.

I went to the tim Hortons on north front st today and got the smile cookies. They are not the greatest this year. The person who did them did a sloppy job. They were breaking and not much of a smile on them or even eyes. They can do better

I has a very good experience at this store. The employee here named Sukhmeen is very cheerful. She has kind nature and has excellent skills to handle customers.

Person taking my order was inattentive and not friendly at all. Said I would pay with my phone but she kept repeating at me to “tap my card” like a zombie or what. Food was microwaved but okay

One Best Thing About This Location Is Order Accuracy. It was amazing & service was great! All the beverages were good including my coffee & food was great too!

I find the staff can be rude kinda like your order is wasting their time plus it closes for walk in service at 8 pm like it's usually a hang out place for some family's and 8 is just really early I'm regular because it's the closest to where I live bit that's the only reason why sad cuz I love Tim Hortons

Couldn't make 2 sandwiches or soup very poor attitudes on the obviously non Canadian staff that acted as if it was an in convenience to serve us

Customer service could be improved big time. Orders are not always accurate. Drive through is very narrow, if you drive a big vehicle, be very careful going through it. Check your orders before driving off.

Speak English, I wont go to Tim's anymore keep screwing up my order one job to do. Can understand half of them

Pretty standard. One detractor was that I found the individual on the microphone hard to understand as they spoke low with a distinct accent.

This business has gone down hill over the years. As of late they are trying to be great again. Keep it up.

Always screw up my order. At least 3 times a week. Also never have kpods for keriug machine and cant recommend where to buy them.

This timhortons is the worth yet i live next to it, they are always out of stock with menu not a single day i had with someonething i want to order is in stock they should close this timhortorns turn it in to mcdonalds

Went to Tim's Hortons on front street last ordered a medium cappuccino and got less then half cup was not pleased l plan to never to go back

Order accuracy is brutal, and they'll argue with you if you try to bring a mistake to their attention.

Check your order. We ask for something toasted, sometimes is. Also they charge extra for crispy bacon but it never is lol.

Didn't even have eggs at 9am. Unacceptable. I came for breakfast and had to settle for lunch instead because the lack of egg made getting what I wanted impossible (bacon English muffin breakfast sandwich)

Not impressed with the lobby being closed between midnight and 5 am, guess they dont really need my business

It seemed to be all kids working when I visited. I went through drive through and they messed up my order. When I went inside for them to fix it, there was no apology. The kid I told that my order was wrong laughed and told the girl that fulfilled it that she "screwed up" and yelled it a few times so everyone could hear it. I already wasn't impressed then I had to deal with that idiot. Then they argued whether or not " it was on the screen". She took my order and replaced it with the correct order. Still no apology. While she was getting the order another young girl was sweeping the side of my shoe until I moved because she apparently just had to sweep exactly where I was standing. I don't expect much from any Tim Hortons but maybe give the staff a little adult supervision because they obviously can't handle the job by themselves.

My cell phone needed some power so I decided to have a lemon iced tea and a apple fritter while my phone was charging then had a large chocolate milk while my phone is still charging and after finishing my milk off I played some scenes from police academy while waiting for phone light to turn green it is a signal that the phone is fully charged.

It was very pleasant except I was sitting next to an employer and employee of another company I think and I had to sit and listen to the employer scold the employee about something and I was hearing the employee getting upset.

Always In A Friendly Mood. In Addition, Very Neat and Clean Place. However By Adding Sweet-Smelling In A Place Make Customer and Couple More Happy To Seat Over There

Service here is very hit and miss, today wasnt bad, but I regularly have days where the quality is bad, staff take forever to get my order, or are rude. Not bad enough to take away anymore stars, but just be cautious when ordering here. Drive-through layout is also not great. Be careful, but its still alright to stop into

I don't think a one-star review is fair to this establishment, given that I waited at the counter for one of the staff talking in the back (including those who made eye contact with me as I stood at the cash waiting to give them my money) and no one actually came over to take my order or money. However, zero stars was not an option and so here we are.

Great service and friendly staff. The morning weekend staff is great. Modern location and easy parking options.
