Today I came this store for purchase small regular tea, but One of stand gave a tea like a water, no hot. I return it, rightaway. She gave other tea.
I am thinking before gave order customer, re Checked the temperature of tea.

It is being very badly managed. The staff were slow in their work. Customers have to wait long, even for a cup of coffee. The whole coffee shop was stinking. I hope the management could look into it as to well it should be run.

I purchased 2 chillies and toast for take out got home chili was made like soup lots of grease wife thought hers was discusting. Never again will i buy again wast of money. The timmys brand is slowly going down the drain

Very bad customer service, they don’t pay attention when you order and mix the order with other clients, very ignorant and rude staff, I would never waste my time and my money there again.

The indian lady who is working right now (6: 50 pm June 26th) is very rude. Just before she took my order she was rude already. I wanted a two crispy chicken and punched in 1 only, and I wanted to place another order again and she told me to go on the side with a rude attitude.

Very bad service, one named Tina, she speaks rudely and screams, and they come with a request other than what you ask for, and they delay the request

First time I have been here and it's the last time ever and I would not recommend anyone to visit here. CUSTOMER SERVICE is absolutely RUDDEST EVER EXPERIENCED.
Look at all the other reviews and the majority of them say the same that the way they were spoken with absolutely rude. No professionalism whatsoever, they don't even have the common courtesy to speak to someone politely.
Absolutely disgusting, I was yelled at by the manager her name as she says is "Tina". This franchise should be closed down it's a shame what is being done to our proud Canadian brand of Tim Hortons. I only went to buy a cup of coffee and when I asked for an extra cup they were so rude and aggressive and raising their voice at me and when I asked this so called manager why she was raising her voice at a customer she said "That's just how I talk" and she continued to get louder. SERIOUSLY THIS PLACE HONESTLY THE WORST TIM HORTONS EVER, DUE TO THE STAFF THAT HAVE NO RESPECT, PROFESSIONALISM OR MANNERS OF ANY KIND.

I decided to come here with my family yesterday (August 31,2022 a few minutes before 10: 00 PM), and it was good at first. The worker came up to us asking why we sat in a certain area of the place because apparently it was closed, asking us if we could move somewhere else. We said we’ll be leaving soon, and apologized. We left, and all we see from the windows is an angry worker screaming at the other workers.

Please tell me why you start cleaning up acting as if you’re closing at 10: 00 when you literally close at 11: 00. Make it make sense. The worker was mad at us because an area of the place was closed although there was literally an opening leading to the closed area, clearly that means it’s opened because it’s not closed!

I, along with my dad go back inside to confront the worker, and the unprofessionalism was crazy. “It was just a suggestion” sir, no it wasn’t. You said why did we sit here and ASKED us to move, you did not suggest it. “Do you want me to beg on my knees and ask you to move” said the worker. Are you serious? Nobody asked you to do that, we came in clarifying that you left an area opened, us thinking we can go through, and you’re mad at your mistake? Sorry? The worker was laughing, “Can I not be mad? ” Nobody said you couldn’t be mad. By all means, go ahead, but be professional, and come up to us asking us to move with respect, not attitude. Luckily, a security guard came up and even admitted the worker made a mistake and they were wrong. Yet, the worker tried to prove his point but it wasn’t working! He was speechless at some times!

Here’s some tips and information for the workers:

Us customers pay our money for you to serve us, we expect utmost professionalism and respect when within your facilities as that does nothing but boost the activity and reputation of your corporation.

1.) If you’re upset at a customer, be respectful and professionalism. Keep it inside, we’re a customer and you’re a worker. Wanna have the risk in getting fired? I don’t think so. If you wish to show your emotions, go to the back.

2.) Inform the customer that an area is closed, so it doesn’t cause confusion, and it doesn’t end up with YOU mad at YOUR own mistake! If you’re gonna block an area leading to the closed area, make sure you close all possible entries.

3.) When a customer is clarifying and speaking to you, you have all eyes and ears on them, maybe they can teach you a lesson. Be professional with it, and don’t laugh acting like the whole situation was just a joke!

4.) Don’t make a fool out of yourself, don’t clean the table I sat on that day with such fuss, slamming the towel on the table and cleaning it with no effort, and such madness is clearly unacceptable and unprofessional.

Oh, and I hope you’ve heard this before: “The customer is always right”.

I wont be coming here ever, or in a very long time until they get their hands on some respectful, and professional staff members.

I ordered 2 of the new chicken bowls from this location. I am so disappointed with the quantity of the bowl. I got only 2 pcs chicken, couple spoons of rice and veggies. I ordered the bowl because I ordered it before from a different location and I liked it. This was almost the half of the amount we got from the other location. This is unacceptable.

Used to be nice but totally change now. Very poor customer service, rude with bad attitude. Not even one star

Decent Timmies but no fireplace. Only 1 cashier was open when I went and it was somewhat busy. No drive-through either.

The service was slow. The guy that took my order is so dopey that I have to wait and ask for my order twice. This location is really bad. Other locations are great.

Bought cheese sandwich I tried first bite taste mild. I thought I am wrong tried second bite same taste. The bread has mild and it taste horrible

Firstly the staff was so rude poor customers service
Secondly I ordered 4 drinks out of which latte with oat milk and 1 sugar was not at all good and when I came back and asked the staff he said we made the right drink. I am not sure if it was made with oat milk. I drink it everyday the oat milk is more rich and this drink was so strong

I went to this location recently in the morning, we ordered breakfast combo which is regular thing to order and everything was fine. We ate inside only and everything was pretty clean and service was quick.

Worst Tim Hortons in the country! Always get my coffee wrong. I always ask for Medium with TWO MILK? Guess what do I get? Medium with two SUGAR I AM Diabetic! Worst people ever! I am done going there

Average franchise location. No drive through and parking is hit and miss depending how busy the mall is. Service is ok and the food and coffee is usually fresh.

Ordered a veggie garden sandwich on August 15 and tomato in it had gone bad. Made me sick for a week. Terrible experience!

Placed my order, they took my money, then didn't have what I ordered. Huge hassle to get a refund, and the rudeness I could do without!

Timmy's is always fresh and fast. Reliable and trusted. "See you in the morning Timmy! "

I don't know what's with their sugar machine but every time you order a coffee he always have to return to get them to add sugar

Great staff here, I’m in there pretty well everyday, who ever helps me at cash, knows how I take my beverage.

We didn’t like the cream cheese pocket ($0.99 each) so we asked them to change it to a donut. They insisted on charging us the outstanding $0.40. Not necessary.

Good service at this Tim Hortons location.
Customer service seems higher than most.
Only had one employee at Order Here counter, which was my only issue. Makes wait times higher. Thanks again! Star Bucks sucks

I like this Tim Hortons they get your food ready in a good amount of time and its peaceful during the weekend

This store has good service. Wheel-chair friendly as well. Though its kind of busy mostly, they still do a good job giving the customers enough attention, also the place is neat and well maintained including the washrooms. Definitely a go-to one.

Food is good, consistent, and staff are nice. Typical Tim Horton's restaurant, clean, lots of seating, but doesn't have a drive through though. Immediate parking is sometimes a challenge.

And yet another day another wake up call "Timmie's" don't take my word for it, go ahead wake up to a fresh cup o'timmies.

The washroom is always "closed for cleaning" for WAY too long at this location. I think they clean it early and then keep it closed for the last 3-4 hours of the night so they don't have to clean it again. That's really nice at a place that sells beverages that make you have to use the washroom.

They also cut down their food options REALLY early, like hours before closing, and you hear customer after customer trying to order food and being frustrated with the fact that they will only give you soup, a bagel, or cold sandwiches.

Save yourself the frustration and just go to the McDonalds across the parking lot.

I had the potato wedges with chilli and cheese. It was a cold day and that meal really hit the spot. I'm always hungry and the fully loaded wedges we're quite filling.

Great location, very busy. Friendly staff. Service is fast. Parking available. Washroom on site. This is one of the tim Hortons that has ever thing.

Good location. Staff needs years of training to understand what they are doing.
The lady decided to clean the floor with a broom while many people were sitting and the dust was the main reason for many people to leave including me. This behaviour is dangerous on the heath and specially people who have lungs or breathing issues. Owner if this Tim Horton should buy vacuum machine instead of the back-warded way of cleaning.
The tables were never cleaned and looks very dirty. I have 2 stars for location and size of the place.

Very difficult to eat anything as all all their products including the bacon have soy in them. All I can eat is an egg and a hash brown.

Seems to be indicative of most Tim Hortons. Come into grab one coffee and takes about ten minutes. The line up is through the door and only two out of three cashiers are open. Why not open the third cashier so the line can mive quickly. I've wrote this while standing in line, case in point. Waiting to long.
