Extremely disappointed with their services. I know you guys have so much pressure but you have to work with responsibility. Whenever I told them and say what I want they don’t follow my request. You people need to serve your customer with manners doesn’t matter how much he or she spending. And I don’t think some of them are trained and these people’s don’t know how to serve food to others. Tim Horton needs to follow up what customer needs.
Disgusting Indian guy at 6.30 p.m on October 3rd told me in rude manner that I am not allowed to go to tables even to put my phone on charge, and buy smth in Hortons, and then back to phone after charging for few minutes to find my back to new home in 2 hours. I everyday eat in Hortons, won’t do, no hot chocolate, turkey bacon club, bacon english muffin, boston cream anymore, girls from A&W well more friendly.
Great customer service. I live in Newmarket and come weekly to this location and their service is exemplary! If Tim Hortons expected quality of service for a franchise ownership had to be maintained like this store maintains theirs ALL the Newmarket locations would loose their franchise. Good work guys!
Terrible customer service staff are not friendly and are not consideret to crossing guards. Please have your team trained better to serve and be considered.

If you're here for the first time then you must try french vanilla? It tastes so good. In case you prefer less sugar then ask them to add an Expresso shot.
This simply the best location because of Fatima. Her customer service is just absolutely outstanding! She makes me feel soo happy every time I get to visit the store, always positive and friendly. Definitely the person you want to have in your company and have her as an example. Thank you Fatima for making my experience great every time I visit this location
I've been going here every weekday morning for three straight months, I usually get served by the same lady and she's very sweet but is hard of hearing or something. I have to correct what she types in or send back my simple order (tea+bagel) at least 2 of 5 times per week. Or like today, she literally overflowed my tea onto the counter and I had to ask her to dump some out and give me a fresh (not soaking wet) cup. Seriously? It's unfortunate because the location is so convenient, but it's just too annoying to deal with this early.
