Tim Hortons

A basic gas station Tim's. They only have baked goods, hot and iced coffee, and ice caps. There's no bagels, breakfast or lunch food, and no fancy drinks. There is a drive thru that gets busy during morning rush. There is no dining room. Parking at the gas station is minimal. They also don't use or redeem Tim's reward program which is frustrating.

@Timhortons should never encourage these girls behind the counter ever and never, these girls don’t even know what is customer service, some one need to train them, they don’t even have listening skills, I got the wrong order and charged for wrong order. I repeated the order three times which was recorded in my dash cam and they still raise their voice, arguing with me and also mentioned I didn’t repeat myself, these girls have so much attitude they don’t even care about manager whoever working here they were that rude.manager there should first get rid of them for better.

I just went there for three drinks. None of the kids were labeled so I asked them to tell me which was which. Some random employee came out of no where and touched all the tops of the lids to tell me which is which and I asked for new lids because I don’t know where she came from.
Two employees decided to start talking loudly from the back about me and how I wanted new lids.
I get the drinks back, STILL NOT LABELLED correctly and practically thrown at me through the window.
There were three ladies there speaking another language while “serving” me.
Happy new years I guess, don’t go there if you want to have a good day lol

Such a bad experience (drive-thru today). I asked for steep tea, she gave me chai tea. I went again to get steep tea double double and she forgot to add sugar to it!

Did not accept my rewards card, said they do not take them there. Then pass me a hot coffee which is great but no sleeve. When I asked for one they said they do not carry them at this location. So I asked for a second cup as it was burning my hands and they charged me for the 2nd cup. If they do not carry sleaves they should not be charging for the 2nd cup

First off i want to mention the regular morning weekday staff, most of them, are friendly and know my orders (daily customer haha)
But when i went tonight the staff were talking, even when I tried to order i had to wait til they were done. They were all playing on their phones and taking pictures.one was even sitting on the counters.and not very polite ZERO customer service skills.aaand our orders were made wrong and were definitely rude. There was no one in line or drive thru and I still had to wait and there was 3 girls.

They truly go beyond customer service!
I am all about collecting tim points. This location does not have it. However this location is perfect! Get Gas, Wash Car, Variety Store and great staff!

If you want dry crunchy old bagels with barely any cream cheese, this is the place to go. We couldn't return them as we were leaving out of town for the day. Very disappointing

It's a Tim Hortons in a gas station, can't complain.

If you have any qualms about this one, there's pretty well a tims on every corner around town.

Extremely slow staff after 4 pm, waited 25 minutes this evening with only 4 cars in front of me no clue why as they only serve drinks and not food.

It's a gasstation nothing better or worse than an average gaststaion the nightshift lady makes a killer coffee

Items on the menu board but when i tried to order told that items were not available at that location.and multiple times they never had timbits.this location does not take Tim's rewards so what's the point. ️️️do not go️️️

Often don't have baked goods, don't take the point card and have messed up my drink order multiple times, giving me coffee instead of steeped tea

Been going to this location for 20+ years. Staff are super friendly and make regulars feel welcome. My only complaint is no Tim rewards.

Ladies are very cheerful and polite. Even when in a bad mood the girls there just brighten your day

They don't store their cream well.at all. The cream has been sour 8/8 times that I've gotten coffee there this week.

The employees are friendly and work very quickly I am impressed with the service. Considering the amount of traffic that they get in a day they do their job excellently.

Only Tim hortons I have ever seen wont accept or let you use the Tim hortons franchise rewards card. Travel to 50 dif locations for work monthly. First time ever being told we will not accept them. Dissapointing

I stop here every night before work. Bobbi is the best and has been my favourite employee there for years. Shes always so friendly and has never messed up my teas.

Veryyyyyyy slow service. After waiting so long for 2 medium coffees (in a tray) I got out of my car with my coffee and one coffee was not put into the tray correctly and the entire thing spilt.will not return to this location.

Everytime i get coffee from there it taste like water, staff is completely incompétent and dont pay attention to orders being placed and have no idea how to make a simple cup of coffee. Place should be shut down.

Great coffee, friendly service, if you pay inside you can collect Esso Extra or PC Optimum points even for coffee

This location won’t except tims rewards card and also when tims did $1 ice coffees they wldnt do that at this location as well very slow and horrible customer service head office needs to look at this location gives tims a bad name I won’t be going back usually go through here 2-3 times a wk not anymore

This Tim Hortons does not accept the Tim Hortons Reward card. They will not even load a PURCHASE on the card, let alone give you a free earned coffee after 7 purchases.

I will never use this Tim Hortons again.

Whoever runs this franchise should quit being so greedy and, "get with the program. "

The people who work here should be ashamed. They operate the slowest tim hortons in the world, consistently, they have all worked here for years. Doesnt matter if its 1 car it still takes 10 minutes just to POUR COFFEE since they dont serve anyting else besides donuts that come from another store. Please take away the franchise. And now they dont accept the tims rewards card how is this allowed?

Literally the slowest Tim's in the city. Oddly enough they only server beverages and donuts. Not sure why they're so slow. Esso should knock down their useless car wash and put a real Tim's in the spot.

Literally the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. Staff is chatting and not working. Window girl hands me an ice coffee and asks if I got the tea already.she just opened the window.hands me the wrong size ice coffee. When I tell them the mistake she clarifies my order asking again if it was made with milk. She makes it a second time with the correct size. We drive off and it turns out they managed to make both of the ice coffees with cream.there is more cream in this ice coffee then a creamy garlic shrimp skillet.
