Tim Hortons

I ordered ice capp from this location and they gave me half empty cup. When I asked the employee about it, they said thats how it is supposed to be. Tim horton should be spending more time in training there employees so they know how to make a proper drink. Also check if they have any customer service skills before hiring them.

Bad service and employee who rolls eyes at you. The employee didn't understand english. Last time visiting this place.

I go there at least 2-3 times a week, drive through mostly.
The service it terribly! NEVER SMILE OR SAY THANK YOU after we paid.
It's so bad that my son even knows by the voice on the mic that he would say is the miserable one.how bad is that when a child recognized bad service.
I always say if you don't like your job, find something else, no need to take it out on the customers when he/she is having a bad day!
Don't just shut the window with that miserable face.

Stopped by at about 9 pm no line ups picked up tea and some donuts. Selection of donuts were slim as would expect at that time of night staff were great

The worst experience ever. Went through the drive through for a tea, had to say hello first at the speaker box as I was sitting there for a minute, which was fine. When I gave my order the employee told me to come up without giving me my total. When I got to the window I asked how much I owed, and started to count out the amount. While I was at the window counting it was probably around a minute at most and the employee looks at me and tells me to “hurry up”. I asked her if she was joking because I actually couldn’t believe I was being rushed when I had been waiting at the speaker box before hand and didn’t know my total until I was at the window and I had to ask. After that I asked her why she was being so rude to me and she told me “there’s a big line now” and became extremely argumentative - if she had waited literally 10 more seconds she would’ve had the money, instead we were in an argument. I asked for her manager and her name but instead she covered up her name tag, told me she’s not giving me her name and said if I wanted to talk to her manager I can come inside. I get it’s a Tim Hortons and I don’t expect them to go above and beyond for their customers but at least act with some common decency and manners.

This is the best Tim Hortons in Canada. Never missed getting my Large Steeped Tea with 1 cream and 5 sweetner correctly. I visit this place 5 times week and never had to wait in line to get to the speaker. Very fast and friendly service. All the employees are very professional and passionate.

Very rushed and rude drive through experience
it happened on Aug 16th 2022 around 8AM. I asked for two breakfast sandwiches and she added hashbrown without asking me.i had to ask to remove.i order an ice coffee and without letting me finish she said drive up.
When i get to the window i told her that i want ice coffee without sugar.she told me that i did the same things yesterday. I told her i would have asked for no sugar if she had let me finish.

This was all when there was no car behind me.maybe they should train the staff on customer service and listing to customer order or train customer how to order food at this location:)

The absolute worst service ever! I was the only customer at the counter and waited for over 10 mins without being acknowledged. The employees working the drive thru were busy and talking amongst themselves without someone servicing customers at the counter. I politely asked the employee making sandwiches if someone was available and she responded that someone was making my drinks…. Ironic since I hadn’t even ordered. We frequent this location due to convenience when heading to the 401 West and the service is consistently poor, so today I am choosing to boycott this store. Tim Hortons should take this owner’s franchise license. They are a real “black eye” to the Tim Horton’s franchise.

More times than not at this location they get my drive thru order wrong
They're response when I call and let them know is we'll try and get it right the next time
I feel like they are moving so fast that they forget that they are serving people
Many times you don't even get eye contact

Clean and well maintained. Service is mediocre on the best of days. Be sure to check your order thoroughly before leaving because it is certain to be wrong. The food is good.

Showed up at just after 8: 30 and there was no tidbits, donuts, cookies or muffins. Wanted to grab a quick snack for my son and there was literally nothing there.

Also used the washroom (men's) and it was quite dirty. The front area was clean though.

Amazing service. The guy in drive-thru was accommodating and polite when the location didn't have the product we wanted to order.

I drive out of my way to come here almost twice a day every day. Great staff. Coffe and tea are always hot and fresh. I am not sure what others are complaining about.

The service was great and the food? Mmmmm-Hmmmm! - Loved it. Definitely a great place to branch off and eat if you are travelling!

The worst Tim Hortons I came across in Canada.
They are hard to locate as the whole sign is fuse.
Also I asked them to warm the milk which I was getting from them and they refused.

Placed a pickup order and it was not ready, waited extra 15 minutes and still had to repeat and repeat my order. Told me I only ordered a donut, which was the wrong order. Total confusion in the store. Usually a very good place but not yesterday.

18 minutes for drive thru? What is going on.usually they are quite quick but they have changed staff this week and it’s doing horrible

This location is SUPER! There food is always fresh when I go. Love the service too, the employees are upbeat.

Paid for two bangles, got one, plaid for coffee got hot chocolate. She was rushing the order when no one was behind me. Horrible service

Literally the worst tims I’ve been to. Low customer service, rolling eyes and ignoring what you say as you speak. Multiple bad experiences. Always getting orders wrong. Careless, save your time and go to another.

Have gone here many times, great location and friendly staff.very disappointed it was closed at 4: 00 today!

The coffee tasted nasty it was very watery and weak. The steep tea was also nasty very weak and watery. Will never go back to this location again.

Horrible service at this location. Very slow in the drive thru and inside around 5 am. And not very friendly. Went inside at 5am this morning because the drive thu had 3 cars and i know how slow they can be. I was surprised there was 4 women working and still slow servicing me. They had me standing there what felt like forever and then when i ordered my coffee they took forever to pour it. They dont even seem to like working there.

Today’s staff will need training. A BLT bagel or belt with no egg no cheese is not an $8+ order. I explain the other belt option on the till and get deer in the headlights looks. Try it out. The next tims got it right by listening to the customer. 5 Stars.

They have friendly stuff and service is good but one thing that's driving me crazy is their coffee cups are dripping coffee all over me and inside my car. Don't use damaged cups.

The staff running the store around 5am have no idea whats going on the drive thru takes forever and then they mess up your order so when you finally get to the front you get to wait even longer for them to make the correct order

What a joke of a franchise. I went in and asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich with a medium black coffee and ended up with a breakfast sandwich with bacon and a medium double double. My dad also ordered 2 small coffees with cream and got 2 mediums. That was 4 wrong items for a 6 item order. The lady was incredibly rude when I told her my coffee was wrong. No apology at all. This location should have a haul of new employees who actually know what they’re doing.

Terrible service! Wrong order and wouldn't accept my points card. TH head office should take a closer look at how this franchise is staffed!

For an organization as big as Tim Hortons, I'm disappointed that the washroom is left in sad bad shape. Toilet is going to fall apart and it does not flush properly so you can imagine what you may find waiting for you.

I may be a little bit impartial but I do work here and the staff is terrific. I would visit these guys if you are looking for a Nissan car or truck.the sales and service department are tough to beat! They keep the customer shuttles well-maintained so that your ride to work or home is safe and reliable

Stopped in for lunch with friends which we all enjoyed but before I left used the washroom which sad to say was disgusting. Needs improvement.

Absolutely the worst experience trying to get a bagel and tea after 5am the ppl that work there are useless. The only saving grace is the woman that works the nightshift. She on the other hand is amazing. I have never had to deal with people like this just useless. But nightshift lady you rock.

We were going to take the highway and thought of getting coffee and drove to this closest location of trafalgar and 401 where the coffee was grossly cold and the hot chocolate was flavourless and gritty. Never going back.

Truck broke down and tried to let them know I’d be back later. Move it or we’ll have it towed was the answer. No help whatsoever! Used to stop here all the time but NEVER AGAIN!

Every time I go to this location and order an XL reg I get reg on lid but my coffee is cold and is the equivalent of a triple triple

Just southof Highway 407, located West of Trafalgar Road withGas station. Easy parking, friendly staff and fast service, just be patient when the line up is longer, it takes time for fresh food, rushing won't help. Tried Tims Espresso first time, nice addition no doubt.

The server was great but the debit machine did not show the amount being charged
