Ham and Swiss had 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese only. Bread was stale and dried up. Long time female manager would not refund when I showed her. I guess they believe in profit over anything else. Never again.
Hope i had the option of giving zero star. There were no straws with my coffee and also they the sugar wasn’t mixed properly. They permanently deleted my craving for tim’s coffee
It is a tim hortons guys! What do you expect? Kids work here for extra money to pay for school. Others need the extra job. It is a very stressful job. So I have seen them at their best and worst
My COMPLAINT is GET WIFI. I cannot go here and do drive thru because everything is annoyingly online. I tend to forget and then end up going through the drive thru not purchasing anything.
Here, you will get the frustration along side with cold steep tea. Steep tea meant so be hot. But they always have it cold. Right now its 13 min. Pass. Staying in the line. Though i have only one car in front of me. No long queue. But long waiting time. If you are getting late for work. Just don’t come here
I was extremely disappointed today as I decided to visit this Tim hortons location. I have not eaten at a Tim Hortons for many months due to the pandemic and I thought I would give eating breakfast out a chance. The drive thru was very busy and when it was my time to order I waited at the telecom for many minutes after saying hello many times. After ordering I drove to the window to retrieve my food and notice the lady at the window was not wearing gloves. I made the comment to her asking her where her gloves were and she pretended to not understand me and proceeded to place her whole palm on the top of the lid of my coffee before giving it to me. I was so grossed out I asked for a refund and I left empty handed.this tim hortons doesn't seem like they are doing all they can to be safe given the times we live in. Even after this pandemic is over I don't see myself going back to Tim's. I will forever have that image in my head.
I've used mobile app to order ahead here multiple times I have yet to have an order ready in less than 20 minutes, sometimes longer and it's literally always the low lead time items that aren't ready (coffee or muffins) and my hot items are cold by the time they are done. Better off just walking in and waiting in line and ordering (it's faster and less likely they'll mess up order). I get it it's a busy location but very unorganized and inefficient. I'll do walk in at another nearby location instead
Very unprofessional staff.rude for no reason Not willing to understand anything and totally helpless. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE girls here dont know how to satisfy customers
Worse tim hortons in the area, and you know there are plenty. Ordered a tea, went to the window, girl took payment, I guess the guy was supposed to give me the tea, but didn't. Waited 5 minutes before the same guy came to the window and asked what I was waiting for. I just ended up frustrated also due to all the previous experiences, so i left.
Went at 10am and they didn't have Strawberry filled timbits, other then that good service and fast with my order, thank you, get those strawberry filled Timbits next time though!
The second time I bought coffee at late night at this location by drive through. I met this Indian girl who served me twice with really bad attitude. She didn’t pull out the pos machine, and hard for me to reach and when she gave me the coffee and also kept coffee within the window. Really really really bad experience! Must have training for that girl!
Rude, try to avoid if possible. Gave me sass for having a coupon, and said I need to print it out. Like what the heck? I got a QR code in my email, I’m not gonna print it out. But the issue was the tone of voice. Extremely arrogant. In the end said “your coupon doesn’t work” after scanning it from my phone. Ended up getting it working at another timmys along with a farmers wrap meal. Just an overall terrible experience.
It always the best for me, because they kept and held my backpack and gave it back to me after 3 weeks when they recognize me and take my backpack out in front of my eyes I can't believe my eyes because I saw the lost it already. Actually I wrote it before on another contribution so I don't want to say that too much
Terrible service when making a purchase via the drive thru. Completley incompetent as when I had ordered a "breakfast combo" which is supposed to include a beverage and hash brown, also ordered a separate coffee and was told at the window that combo does not include hash brown or coffee. Absolutely nonsense. Left after having a lengthy conversation with both customer service reps while unfortunately extending all other customers wait longer when it should have been resolved easily. Disappointed to say the least. A complete miscommunication from beginning to end and yet could have been resolved simply and allowing the already busy drive thru to continue. So not only is 1 customer disappointed, all others are now disgruntled.
Went through drive thru, and the girl was very unprofessional, greeted me with a “yeah what do you want” and attitude. While waiting for the order in the window, she was talking to a co workers saying how she was tired and didn’t get sleep. This location needs better drive thru staff. Another time went there for timbits assorted, and she didn’t even mention there was only one flavour left! At least mention it when you checked if you had any left. Location needs to train staff on better customer service.
The manager in this Tim"s he is rude, I was there last night he interrupt the worker who was talking to me just to ask me why I, m not wearing mask and he told me we not serving any customer without mask, after I told him I have difficulty to breath when I'm wearing the mask he back to ask loudly my mother same qeustion " why not wearing a mask "
Greedy and cheap ownership, run by uneducated management. Decided to cut off guest WiFi in all their owned locations including this one. Which shows clearly “ take but do not give”.
Went to pick up some muffins today, asked for 2 while they only had one, the girl working there didn't say anything and charged me for one, when I asked where is the second muffin she said oh we don't have anymore, do you want another one? Then she says to me oh what you don't have cash, Expecting me to pay again with my tap, some people don't have unlimited tap. Check your orders before you leave people.
The drive through lady tall, red hairs was taking the oders was so rude I only asked for Extra empty cup first she ignored me made me wait so long then she opened the window and asked me to give $1 extra cash. Seriously one extra dollar for an empty cup? It was my first time I heard for this rude stuff. We as costumers expect mucn better quality services from timHorton
Elegant, especially for a Timmies - actually a nice place to meet people and sit down and savor your Beveridge or food without it feeling like a low end fast food place. Nice decor. Seems like the owner of this Tim's knows a thing or two about customer satisfaction.
Worst Tim's in east Toronto. Never have inventory and always screw up the order. Can we bring back Canadian owners? Tim's has gone south since the Brazilians took over.
Exceptional customer service! My payment was not going through as my card was not functioning properly. It was awkward situation for me, as they already made my order and there was long line up behind me. But, the lady on counter and sandwich maker give me my whole order with smile and said that you don’t have to worry about it and u don’t have to come back only for payment again.
Placed my order in drive thru on a busy Thursday evening. However service was fast and the female employee who served me was friendly and polite. She actually paid attention to my order and nothing was burnt or missing which is very unusual for Tim Hortons.
I always went to this store.however it was closed with out any posting yesterday, and the mobile oder didn't work today. BTW, you cannot access it directly from Consumer Rd.
This is not a bad cafe/ resterant, but Tim Hortons in many other locations provide better service and environment than this one. I will give 4.5 if possible.
Rudest staff in any Tim Horton's I've ever been in. Guy there doesn't even know the menu and wants to argue about it. I went up the street and got what I wanted from a much friendlier staff at a busier location, and they knew their menu.
Crowded place. Terrible service! They don’t accept prepaid Visa cards like other Time Horton’s.ridiculous service. Satpreet manager just declined even though other Tim Horton accepts it. I was going to spend $300 here. Their loss. Star bucks got it. Guys go to Starbucks across the street. Better service and quality.
