Thank you "Aryan" or " Arian" for my birthday gifts. It was my birthday and Tim Hortons offerd me free breakfast or Coffee. I walked to this location and I really had very good experience on my birthday. My app was not working but he helped me. He is so nice and friendly. Thank you for your kindness. It was the most delicious coffee that I got from Timmy

At 6am the male lone employee handled the cash (coins/bills) with clear disposable gloves on then immediately went to toast and handle my cream cheese bagal. Did not remove and change his gloves from cash to food. You can do better.

JERRY is the best Tim Horton employee I have ever seen. He is very helpful and soft spoken to all the guests that come in. He's the true master of customer service. Promote him, make him the manager, the CEO of Tim Hortons.
Every time I'm in the area I come to this Tim Horton because of his service.
The food and everything else is also up to mark.

The worst consumer service! There is never enough staff there and they make you wait long while they deals with online orders. They cannot care less about those who are quietly waiting there. In addition the place is dark and dirty.

Worst tim hortons ever. I worked here for a year and never have I ever been so mistreated in my life! The managers constantly ride u and tell u ur not good enough no matter how hard u work! The managers here dont know how to behave with the team members.

Very disgusting place they don’t even have respect for their employees that how hard they are working. Sitting on chair and making others trouble is so easy managers but you should watch yourself first that what will you guys do if you are in the same situation? , don’t play with anyone’s life either if they can’t do anything but karma can.

Went into Tim Hortons and got called up to the counter and the lady stuff there said I can I take your order my order, and then she walks away, not doing my order and proceed to help another customer with their online order instead and then comes back to the counter to ask can I take your order a second time and my dad said we already told you what we wanted and you ignored us

Tim Hortons is famous of hiring personal who don’t understand English. They also very young. No matter what you say they don’t hear. In one of such restaurants I after few failed attempts started writing order on paper. And they always burn something. I think in struggle to provide service everywhere and anytime big companies loose their quality features. I don’t know why they charge so much for coffee. As if I cannot buy bag of grounded coffee and make it myself in 25$ coffee maker. No difference in taste.

This Tim’s used to be good, now it’s gone to shit… the one lady seems like she just hates the world, you’ll tell her what you want in your coffee or tea she’ll confirm it with you, then put the complete opposite in the cup… which is extremely frustrating and a waste of money, and when you bring it back to her to fix she’ll just give you more attitude!

Worst tim i ever came across, they dont stir coffee at all and showcase is always empty and staff even doesn’t appears well in trained

Really great they were super pleasant even when they first open up. The fireplace was glorious to see.

I used to give this place 2/5 stars (April 2019) based on the timbits-they were prepared poorly; not enough glaze/poor coverage. Well, I'm a timbit junkie, so I had to go back and get some timbits anyway. God damn! These were some damn good timbits! Bought some on Monday, and again on Friday (all for myself).

This place is a 5-star timbit factory (as long as you're OK with limited availability). Highly recommended!

A lot of bad service under the excuse of COVID 19 going on. This location has the audacity of selling food and drink without allowing paying customers to use the restrooms. This is unacceptable and there should be a by-law against this behaviour.

Omg best donuts and candy cane hot chocolate. I discovered this place on my last day in Toronto.

Would have given them 0 stars but had no choice. What rude staff, we were in Toronto from out of town, stopped I to get a coffee and use the washroom, it was dirty and there was no paper. We cleaned the toilet so my daughter's could use it and I asked the wonderful staff if we could get some more paper and I couldn't believe how rude the staff was to us. Welcome to Toronto. Don't stop here if you want polite service.

They never ask for your time card and never let you redeem your rewards. They always lie and say you need one more. Except everytime I come back I start a new reward track?
Also everytime I have been (work round the corner) they always mess up your order some how

Not impressed. Bought 20 glazed Timbits and they are all so poorly coated. The worst Timbits I've ever had-I'm not even exaggerating. Some of these Timbits are barely coated at all. I definitely ordered 20 glazed Timbits, the server repeated 20 glazed Timbits, and reiterated it to the other associate, so they're definitely the glazed Timbits-unfortunately they weren't made well.

I would not recommend the Timbits here.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I visited. I come here occasionally only because their location is convenient (seems like the only good thing going for them.). Their staff is slow, incompetent, and unfriendly, especially the morning shift. I gave them 2 stars because they get my order right most of time, but made mistakes a few times in the past. Another thing to note, their Timbit selection is limited.as in 4-5 flavours max, and it's only the basic ones, so if you're expecting for a nice variety pack, forget it. Lastly, I ordered an iced capp this morning, and the server and splashed slush all over the rim and didn't bother wiping it down for me. If you could spare some time, I would recommend taking your money elsewhere and walking a block to visit another location closeby.

Nothing like a good old ice cap on the days when ball sweat starts accumulating. (hot days you know?)

The actual location of the Tim's is convenient and blends in nicely with the Hockey Hall of Fame. Seating however is limited and is taken up by business people who are just on smartphones or laptops.

I went there due to most Canadian go to it in the breakfast time. It is cheaper then Starbucks and others coffee which I had went to them. However, the seats and tables aren't that clean and neat.

I just arrived at 835 pm on sunday. The sign says that the place is opened until 9pm. It is closed. This is the last penny this company ever had a chance of getting out of my pocket.

Just walking home and decided I needed a brief stop. Stopped at Tim's.had a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Just right to energize myself for the rest of my walk. This was the Tim's at 77 Lower Jarvis st, Toronto

3 hours until closing and you have zero selection. No potato wedges, hash browns, no muffins made. For 7pm on a Wednesday that's unacceptable for a Tim Hortons. Act your brand.

Fast and excellent service here - even though it's always busy. One thing to note is that this location is not necessarily accessible. It has a small step at the front door on the outside. So you may need to enter through the lobby for an accessible entrance from the inside. Pro tip: There are two kiosks here, so when there is a long queue, you may want to use them instead.

Hands down the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen. What's the cleaning schedule bi-monthly? Ew.

Tim Hortons already sets the bar for quick affordable eats pretty low but this location manages to drive that bar several feet below the Earth's surface! Ordered a chili today that was so thin and unappetizing it could only be described as old hamburger broth. Don't know if it's a new management thing but suffice it to say the public waste bin out front would make for a better meal selection.

Top three worst bathroom I've ever had to go in. Looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks, absolutely disgusting.
