Tim Hortons

We came to get some food and when we walk into was not clean there was still some windex
when we went to order there was a wasp sitting on the donuts and when we told them the there was a wasp on top of the donut’s they did nothing about it would not recommend

Easily the rudest, slowest, most incompetent staff amongst all other Tim Hortons locations in town.

Always takes way too long.wait times are almost double in comparison to other locations.there was an incident here in July.the staff were horribly ignorant.no apologies, or attempt to help.didn't even offer napkins. I am still waiting for this to be rectified, almost 4 MONTHS LATER!

Is it really acceptable to have all those Tim bits all over the floor, also was a couple bees in there

Bad experience all together! Staff didn't know their products. Both coffees I received were made wrong and not filled up correctly as well as the soup I ordered was only 3/4 the way full! It's obvious the they do not care about quality for their customers!

This was our first stop in our way to Tobermory from Toronto, people were really nice, washroom were very clean, a lot of parking spots,

What a joke. Drive through lined up all the way to a and w inside packed with people who have already paid waiting for their orders pathetic. Update to the old hag behind the counter. Here's a suggestion stop being so rude to customers and employees and actually do some work in stead of standing there and bothering people worst location I've ever been to

This is one of the faster Tim's around here, they had stock in everything I ordered whereas other places near here havent.

Not sure what happened this used to be a great Tim Horton's, but now not so much. The employees are rude, mess up my order every time and are very slow. I won't be going to this Tim Horton's until there is some real leadership.

Very disappointed in this experience had a bit of attitude from the girl taking my order as my 88 year old mother changed her order and then when received our meals looked like they had been thrown together lettuce was half off the bun with sauce all over the paper on the one and the other was almost dry with no sauce and luckily: (for us they didn't include any napkins. Hopefully was a staff training day at this location.

Meh. Don't drink coffee but went for the breakfast sandwiches.meh. Not worth the premium price over the golden arches.

Often the orders are wrong. Often the staff aren't engaging. Unfortunately it's a hit and miss.

This is honestly the best Tim Hortons on the planet. They set the bar. It's a shame though cuz everytime I go to another Tim Hortons I get frustrated as hell

Kaitlyn at this location is absolutely amazing! I had a big order this morning for our company. She answered the phone quick and had everything ready when I showed up! Also her team got all my orders correct! Super clean location, very friendly place! Highly recommended! Thank you again Kaitlyn! Phenomenon job!

The only thing I find is that they rush u through the drive through. I know its suppose to be quick but please give people a change to put change or card away before thrusting the items u ordered.

Every morning before work i sfop at timhortons. This tim hortons in particular is god awful at about 5am the coffee is horrible. Im not sure whay they do differently but my god fhe coffee bad. Tthey also never have donuts made. Now, th tim hortons in caledon on hwy 10 is consistenly good. You all should go learn how to make coffee from them. Im sick if throwing out my coffee. Do better

Regular Tim Hortons stopping point. Staff are very nice and the station is set up well for covid safety! There is a washroom that you can use one person at a time.

Good luck being able to order anything baked. They regularly have no donuts, cookies, biscuits or any other food. Additionally, they're rude when telling you they're out.

Just like amy Tim's! Drive through was quick. Service was great. The coffee was what you would expect from any Tim's!

This Tim Hortons location was very busy when I visited it, but I was impressed by the friendly and polite staff member's ability to handle the large volume of traffic in a timely manner. It didn't take long for the drive-thru staff to take each customer's order and take payment quickly and efficiently. My order was correct and I was greeted with a smile.

I find that the parking lot is not very logically designed, despite being located in a high traffic area. But this is just a small downside to a generally positive experience.

Large steep tea 2 milk and 1.5 sugar.made perfect 99% of the time. Noone is perfect so the odd error doesn't phase me.

Horrible place to be employee was preparing food while she was sick and sneezing and coughing on the food disgusting. I raised concern to manager and the only thing she did she said I am sorry horrific experience

The cashier was a bit rude when I asked for salt and pepper and for her to add a bit more tea to make it less sweet. I politely suggested that they recalibrate the sugar dispensing machine as my tea was extremely sweet and she ignored me. Food was fine.

We have a huge $50 order came super fast.but they forgot one sandwich. Didnt see till it was too late

We went through the drive through Sunday September 29 at 12: 15 midnight to just get 2 coffees, we just asked if they had any donuts left. The larger man working treated us like garbage and acting as if we were bothering him. Never going to this Tim hortons again (if anyone is confused it's the timhortons beside A&W)
WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Wasn't able to collect rewards because person who served me never asked and they already rang up my order. Not a huge deal but was very annoyed.

Not a fan of this location morning time staff are friendly & helpful any other time of day the staff are very rude & ignorant and i find some the customers are also ignorant & rude

Crossiant were so so fresh. Never seen so fresh anywhere. Regular Tim horton with sitting arrangement.

One rude employee works here. I encourage the owner to go through the drive through at around 10: 30 pm. There is a tall male employee with dark hair and glasses who will treat you like it is a complete inconvenience that you would dare buy a coffee here. This is consistent and ongoing. You will hear “what can I do for you” in a tone that says how dare you show up here. And when you get to the window it only gets worse. Terrible service. Terrible

Good localization but not professional costumer service
And the worst is you can't even wach your hands because the washrooms are nasty and blocked.

Stopped in during a road trip for the kids to use the rest room, actually had to have the kids hold it to go to a different location due to the absolute horrific scene we walked into

Nice place with great location, service satisfactory, usually crowded,
with limited space, but very unique

Very slow! Waited 9 minutes to place my order with only 1 person in front of me and I person at each cash. Then waited another 6 minutes to get my order which was only 2 soups. Spend all their energy on the drive through and don’t give any service to the people who actually take the time to come in! If going through Orangeville stop at another location! When I spoke to the manager about my concerns I received a dirty look!
