Tim Hortons

Great coffee both cold and hot and the ice capps with chocolate milk are great on a hot day. Sandwiches are perfect for lunch especially when free with points. Donuts are always good even tho none seem to be stocking walnut crunchthat is back!

I ordered and paid for a Sausage Farmers wrap and a cookie. I received a sausage and egg wrap with chipotle sauce (no hash brown or cheese on it) and a cookie. Walking in they had a about 8-10 workers up front and still waited a couple minutes to be served (that's no big deal) but when served the lady seemed in-attentive and wasn't even behind the register, I said I had a gift card to pay and she said scan it then walked away. Waiting for my food the lady put it on the counter without any mention of what it was so I waited to ask if it was mine but no one recognized I was there. Poor service and was ripped off a couple dollars, I'd advise others to go to the timhortons down the road instead.

I am reporting this incident that happened to my mother of 76 years of age. On Sunday December 11th at approximately 10 am, I went Tim Hortons drive threw, the location on the corner of Gordon and Kortright in Guelph. I was on my way to help shovel my moms driveway as she is elderly and give her a coffee, that’s our usual routine. I had just finished shovelling and was on my way home, when I received a text that she was not feeling well and throwing up. I called her immediately. She explained to me what happened and sent me a picture of the foreign object in her coffee cup. It appears to be a piece of plastic or rubbery substance with slime on it. I went back right away to to see how my mom was doing and inspect the cup and honesty nothing short of discussing. Completely unacceptable that this could even happen to anyone. I called this location no apologies they asked for a picture, which I sent. Since that conversation no one contacted us. A day later, I called the store back and was told some one would call me. Finally the store manager called, she asked me a couple of questions, again no apology just that she would send to the owners. That was last we have heard from anyone and that was last Sunday… You be the judge if you ever want to use this location, what an unprofessional owner and Management team. I would post the picture but it is not an option on this sight, wonder why.

One of the best cups of Tim Hortons coffee I have had in years! They brewed it perfectly, the flavour, richness and freshness made me crave another cup right away. This is a franchisee that ensures staff aren't letting a pot sit too long and doesn't just add fresh beans over previous grinds, like some do. I would like my Tim Hortons coffee to always taste as good as this store's brew!

Best Experience at Tim till now. The Girl Named Jasmeen was very polite and recommended me some good vegetarian snacks. Best customer service Experience. Whole team is very hard working.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for 1 drink and didn’t even get what I ordered. Not the first time at this location either.

By far the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve been to. The guys making the food are so slow and unable to multi task. Never have I been to a Tims with a line of 10 people waiting for their bagels. And I’m talking plain bagels with cream cheese here. Made the mistake of going back and the experience was worse the second time. Twice I put a mobile order in and twice I’ve waited 15-20 mins after arriving at the restaurant to get it, both after asking them to hurry up. Get it together!

5 trips through the drive-thru, each time I ordered a croissant and am asked if I want it heated. I always emphatically say no. They heat it anyway. By the time I get to work to eat it, it is hard as a brick and tossed in the garbage. The staff can't seem to understand the word no. Small thing yes, but it ruins a day and is impactful enough to make me complain.

I am from niagara falls. We have busy and low quality tim hortons' - even far outside the tourist area. I still go everyday for my coffee and maybe a donut. My friend insisted I go to this location and get something for breakfast. I did, and I do not regret it. This location has amazing service, smiling faces, a clean dining room and kitchen. And. And they didn't mess up my coffee (which happens at least once a week back home).
This location exceeds my expectations of Tim's!

So not only was the order wrong. Not double toasted and no butter. But this is what the sandwich was put together like. We are fed up with this location.

Seems like everytime I go they mess up the order. Cream instead of milk in coffee, missing hash browns etc.

This location continues to disappoint.
Always slow and inconsistent.
Ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Cream cheese is an extra $1. As you can see from my photo, hardly any cream cheese at all.
Sometimes though, there is so much that its all cream cheese.
Not sure what the issue is with this location.training? Staffing levels?

This was a staple location when I was in university and I still head here from time to time. The cosmetics of the location keep changing, but little else. Nothing wrong per se with the location and they have great staff. The plaza can be a bit of a nightmare some days, as can the coffee? But at least The Bieber bits were all right.

I think the coffees hit and miss taste has to do with the Guelph water. They should get some better water filtration at this location and it would make a huge difference.

Why who guys have double toasted triple toasted extra butter double butter in your menu because you guys never do that. Every single time that someone asked for double Swisher extra triple they never do that I don't know why at least give us what we want if you guys are busy you guys can take your time but at least give us what we order not just like dry bagel

Don't look for soup during the evening meal time as they apparently clean their food prep area then (6: 25pm). It's like the transit company washing their buses during rush hour. Of course cleanliness is important. I do wonder if this timing is written into their standard operating procedures, or if this store's manager is just unaware.

Sadly they are very short staffed and the store front is often shutdown and i get stuck going in a ridiculous drive through line. It’s disappointing lately

I went here tonight and the cashier was rude. I asked for a Creamy Chocolate Chill and she impatiently responded with 'what? '. I repeated myself, and again she was like 'what is that? ' or something, again seeming impatient as if me being there was some big inconvenience to her. Keep in mind, there was no line up. Another male cashier came over and asked 'what do you want? '; he didn't seem rude but a little annoyed. I just gave up and said 'Okay never mind, I'll just get an iced coffee if that's easier for you guys. ' While I was waiting for my receipt, the male worker just ushered me to the waiting counter. It was odd because I used to work in customer service so I always am respectful and patient with staff; customers can be the worst! And I do as many positive reviews as I can. But the fact that these workers didn't know a basic menu item listed on the menu right above me, and seemed impatient with me for even being there was just an awful experience. Also, the iced coffee was watered down. That was the worst Tim's I've ever been to.

One person on cash. Huge line up. She was initially just taking orders then she took an order and made coffee. There were 6 people in drive through. Need to pull and have more help up front.

The staff worker there ath the evening shift, they have a very bad service, and they are very rude, bad people

I keep buying coffee from this spot for years on my way to work in the morning. Very friendly staff of morning shift. However, recently I found that when I buy coffee in the afternoon, they have an Indian girl who works around 4: 30-500pm. She should be trained again or just find sth else to do.

Mangament don't like the fact you tell them if you work faster then we wouldn't have to stand outside. Whatever happened to get them in get them out as 43sec window wow slow job now I guess

The inside of this Tim’s is so slow, I always choose the drive through. However the setup of the drive through is a bit of a hassle as it blocks off multiple parking spots and entrances.

If you want to wait 40 minutes for your order and get your food made improperly, this is the location for you!

Waited forever in front of the cash register, someone said hi, but after 10 minutes of waiting without our oder being taken we left.

The icing on my donuts were pathetic! (Definitely day old donuts too!)

The rest of the food was good as per usual but in all my years I have never experienced such poorly iced donuts

We go there often, however since last few times, we observed bad service and food during lunch time. We ordered toasted and said to do it extra toast, also said we need it hot, its pretty cold outside, when we received order, it was cold, we were in drive through and after getting order we drove from there, when we started eating, we noticed this.it was very bad.
Recommendations: Avoid drive through during linch time.

Went in for a coffee and snack 20 minutes before an appointment I had in the plaza. Waited in line for 6 minutes while the one cashier served three of the dozen or so customers ahead of me. Meanwhile, the other five staff served the drive-thru. Not bad if you're in a car, but clearly they don't need the walk-in business.

Chilling here is so easy since there's wifi and I love the reasonably priced yet still tasty food here!

Really friendly staff, I love going to this location for the excellent customer service. The girl in the drive through this morning was super friendly and provided good service

Can't get a decent toasted bagel
Cold, stale, cream cheese plopped in hole! Now they are even getting smaller.

The Tim Horton locations in kitchener should learn from how well this location is run. The service is great, quick and the food and coffee are above the standards of kitchener Tim Hortons.

I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter. My bagel sat on the counter getting cold while the lady making the bagels pushed it aside to make 2 other bagels. Once I recieved my bagel it was cold and the butter wasnt even melted. Very upset with the service from this location.

Kortright location is awesome, nicest staff and always super fast, thanks for making mornings better guys.

If I could give them - star I would. Went through at 11pm tonight only one guys working drive thru. And no one at front counter. But could here people in the back talking and laughing.

Excellent. But I am not sure to be satisfied with renovations. The seats are very hard only two prices.

This place is soo bad. They always mess up my orders! Atleast 9 out of 10 times they mess it up! I always have to check my order before i leave! Whenever i order the ice coffee its never the same! They always put in the wrong timbits and always give me the bad ones. I ask for butter on the side on the speaker and they never put it in! And whenever i ask them at the drive through window they would get mad. I hate coming to this location! These workers really need to up their A-game. I think this place is by far the worst tim horton drive through in Guelph.
