Tim Hortons

Although the place is not very inviting (always busy, many homeless people inside and outside, not the cleanest.), this is my favourite location for a quick meal or drink to go. The people who work here provide some of the best customer service I've seen in Scarborough. I genuinely look forward to saying hi to the lovely manager in the mornings. My orders are always correct and the prices are good.

NEVER answers the phone, Just Hangs up, Beggars always harassing customers, be careful for your safety, find another Tims.

Been here a few times. Cashier was nice but I don't like that there's a huge wall where they make the sandwiches or wraps, they talk a LOT then cleaning the restaurant, I also did not like the fact that the cashier went to the drive thru section to get my coffee and not let me know. During these sadly, terrible times we are all facing right now at least inform me that you have to go to the back to get the coffee then just walk away. Felt a wee bit uncomfortable afterwards.

Not sure if I'll go back or call Corporate.

I use to love the hot chocolate here years ago, but nowadays the hot chocolates are WAY too sweet.

No discussion on product as with all tim Hortons the food is what it is.but for a busy area the drive thru us a little awkward with the parking of cars.

It was a busy place before the pandemic. Most patrons were here for taking out service. There is a small parking area.

Not only do I think them for the great service I think this particular store for having their bathrooms open I have been going over a year now as a delivery driver was not being able to use about 80% of tim hortons bathrooms which is very upsetting and I have not been happy with Tim Burton's at all but I will think this store once again for having their bathroom open thank you very much

Wait time was so long. Ordered toasted bagel but gave it without toasted which was cold. Poor customer service

I went to this location March 17,2021. Usually I don't use the drive thru. I went inside. The girl on the cash register was very mean like I was asking her for money not food. I am always wondering why I see this kind of attitude only at Tim Horton. At Macdonald they always polite. You don't like the job go home but stop treating customers with disrespect. You are in business because of customers. The words please or thanks not in their dictionary unfortunately. I went there only because the Macdonald is closed otherwise I know how bad the customer service at Tim Horton?

This place is a joke, always out of menu items and service is horrible.
If you place a mobile order 99% of the time they won't have the items you ordered

Racial profiling shown by staff in greeting customers! I was in the que for
service, and the staff addressed me as " next" and took my orders!
Then she addressed "how are you sir" to the customer behind me who was a white man.
All customers should be addressed equally with resepect! TimHortons
needs to give urgen priority training their staff against racial profiling
and implicit bias! Starbucks closed more than 8000 stores to conduct
racial-bias education geared towards preventing discrimination in stores!

Good place! The consistency of the coffee quality is good. Every time I order they provide the same taste.
The only drawback is that when I order two donuts they keep putting in one bag. I don't know why they are doing that. Maybe I should have asked. But its annoying.

GOT OUR ORDER WRONG AT DRIVE THRU TOIMS HAS GONE WAY DOWN IN SERVICE AND QUALITY ALL OVER ONTARIO!

Staff are friendly and this location is much less busier compared to the Tim Hortons at Centennial College which is just down the street. I frequently go here before I go to school.

I just had a vanilla iced capp from here and I have no idea what she made. I was in rush to work and I didn't notice. Half of the cup was filled with black coffee and half of it had crushed ice on it. It has happened before with iced coffee as well.
Don't even want to give one star.

Food was fine but the only two other people we saw while in line were not wearing masks properly. One had it pulled down below their mouth and the other didn't wear one at all. The staff said nothing to them which is not right.

Visited yesterday around 10pm and it wasn’t full, although it took a while to have my order processed. My potato was not as good as the ones from McDonalds. Location is good, close from home.

Second time around ordered from Ubereats and this is the only place that my coffee isn't placed upright and fell thru and spilled badly. Been calling the restaurant and no one answers. Please be mindful of how you are placing the cup and tray in paper bag and please ask the drivers to be careful too. I order from Tim's everywhere on ubereats and yours is so far the only one that has had this issue twice. Also answer your phone please.

I called and asked if I can come to the drive thru and order even if I don’t have a vehicle because the storefront is closed, abd they said yes but when I went The girls standing there told me no! Like decide one thing! I just wasted my time going there.

The washrooms were not clean at this location and had to ask the staff to clean off the tables so we could sit and eat.

Great service, fresh coffee and fantastically grilled wraps. The gentleman on the 6AM morning shift is especially efficient and courteous!

Lost my wallet here. They have several cameras, but they said they have to check privately due to confidentiality reason. They promised many times that they will call me back regardless. They never called.

This location has very rude staff. This location does not accept the tim hortons coupons nor do they acknowledge them. They are running this location with their own rules and regulations just like it's their own personal store.

I love Tim hortons but their delivery price on skip the dishes is too high and for the prices they should never get your order wrong. Living in Scarborough they don't have enough sit in places either.

Absolutely filthy bathroom, door lock didn't work, toilet paper was out and soap dispenser was empty.

One off the most stupid stuff in the midnight shift I ever see they don't listen to the customer they don't serve the customer

Well in Canada, Tim Hortons seems to be the winning ticket for donut shops. Most of the service is fair and the prices are medium. Note, a lot of locations. Most of them open until 9 or 10 p.m.

This location makes yucky coffee.place is dirty most of the times.washrooms are oh my god.u can't step in.poor management
