Worst team in GTA. We work around this team and buy our breakfast from here not even single time we get our order properly whatever we order. All the time they will be missing something in order. And worst was when one of the employe throw passes coffee to me with open lid and spil it in my car

I ordered Medium iced cap and ask to blend the cream but they didn’t and ordered chicken wrap but they gave me veggie wrap. The staff was really confused. The iced cap was the worst iced cap I’ve ever tasted.

I ordered the bbq chicken they charge me for that one and give me this and when i told them this is not the right one they start arguing me. Come on guys you can do better than this. Like this is not the first time im eating bbq chicken. Never coming back here one of the poorest service. Special request to owner pls chance your staff or teach them some good customer service manners otherwise you will loose customers everyday….

So I pull up here late at night. Last WINTER Ask for a free coffee, and the young lady said yes. However, when I reached the window, I paid her in full. Just wanted to see what would have happen if the homeless or someone without money came.

Tim's being the usual, quick service accurate order completion and friendly customer service. We have had mixed experiences at this location but overall we've had positive experiences. Its fairly a busy location and line up can get long in both dining and drive through.

The order taker was rude and had no patience to confirm or repeat the order. Didn’t even care about the customizations I made to my order. Was rushing us to drive thru. I informed the guy on the window about my drink not having 4 cream which I had been asking for while ordering, he took the drink back and gave it again saying we already added it. I trusted and came back and realized there was no cream at all. How can you guys lie and not serve the guests the right thing?

Went through the drive through had to repeat the order several times (3 drinks, 3 sandwiches) when I got to the window to pay they handed me the drinks and asked me to come inside to get my sandwiches. Is NOT going inside not the point of a drive through. Always seem to have issues here

Serves sandwiches with rotten lettuce. Also regularly have to wait for the team to START making your mobile order when you come in, even though it was placed 10+ mins in advance.

Absolutely terrible. They literally screw up every single time. No idea what even light butter means. Not to mention always wrong bagel.

I ordered medium ice coffee. There was no ice in it. This is the worst Tim Horton and staff is very rude.

Careful when putting order and check ur rcpt. Almost charged for 6 dozen donuts and only order 6 pcs.

They just ignore the customers and just chilling there…. They never give free coffee with rewards…. Totally bad customer service.

This Tim Hortons is ridiculous. We were asked to circle around and come to the drive through again since they were “ still making my order “. I said no I will just like to wait for my order, she looked annoyed and gave attitude. Poor service!

Worst service imaginable they need better staff here, made me order 3 times kept telling me to hold on and asking me to order again took me like 15 minutes to make a single drive thru order

Night Shift girls are dumb. They don’t understand if someone is hungry or in a problem. I wanted to have one coffee only. They Refused to open the door. I want to give 0 rating to them who doesn’t understand situation of customer.

Terrible service in the morning, out of 3 items I ordered only my coffee was right. The croissant I asked to be warmed up was given cold, and just when I was about to have my muffin they managed to get that wrong as well and give me a wrong item. At least they got my coffee right, would be a disaster if none of my items came correct…

Such a bad behaviour of employees.u can't get ur order on time.no one is going to listen u.rude attitude.after all the wait all u get is wrong order or very bad quality food.

Good place At least this Tim hortons knows what they're doing but was kind of crowded because a lunch time

They say "best Tim Hortons ever" ok there that's a big joke, making its way up to be one of the worst Tim Hortons around, I been going to this Tim Hortons for almost 4 months now. I have yet to be able to receive a Southwest grilled chicken wrap, every time I place the order I'm being told "we don't have grille chicken" For 4 dam months straight every day, and this is always around 6-8 pm sometimes around 5 pm as well even when I go at noon too. Pathetic, talk about false advertisement.

Hands down one of the worst tims in Brampton. Please stay away from them. Always getting my order wrong and overall bad customer service.

Beware of this Tims, i bought a dozen donuts via drive through and some of donuts are hard and old, make sure to check your donuts before driving away.

Nothing but bad attitudes this morning. Rushed my order at the speaker and messed up my order. No apologies or recognition.

The drive thru line seemed slow, but it was rush hour. The microphone/speaker was clear and my order was accurate.

Worst Tim Hortons in Brampton, always got to wait in line too long if you go inside to order, they have to serve drive through first. Don't care about customers inside. And there's only one person trying to make orders for both drive through and inside orders.

Only go here if you want a quick beverage as anything more will be the most painful and worst tasting experience you've had at Tim's

Very slow took 20 minutes before i got my stuff and i still had to wait at the window and i had to repeat my order at the window

OMG 15-20 minutes between the slow drive thru lane and the associate couldn't figure out the Tim's app. It clearly said to can dine 2 sandwiches 2 small coffees and 2 hash Browns for $7.99 she kept trying to charge me $14 I even had to go inside? And coffee cooled off

Chitra you need to be more professional and stop being rude.
You dont know the manner and its been 3 days in a row everyday you have the same attitude.
Everytime you give us wrong order. We asked for hash-brown inside the grilled cheese you didnt add and also the bread is burnt…

Everyday it's takes 15-20 mins to order inside with a few people in line. They always focus on drive thru with one person on cash doing everything. They deliberately push making your food for drive thru. Seeing them take my hashbrowns as it's more convenient for them. Even forgetting a person only coffee order for 5 mins and needing to ask him his order again. But if I go in drive thru they rush you and alway make your order wrong, and don't actually scan your rewards card. Sucks alot as the staff is amazing. Maybe have more people on staff.

Worst location, first they denied entry from front when it clearly says it opens at 5am and it was 8am and then when i walk upto window then she said oh u can only order from mobile, this is the first location during pandemic who didn’t take my order at window

Always big line up here, some times they give wrong coffee and during rush hours they ask you to wait in parking.

Worst Experience.
I ordered bagel toasted with extra butter. Yes, no doubt their service is too too quick but what about accuracy and Tim hortons’ taste. The bagel they served me seems like it was prepared already before my order. NOT HOT. NOT ENOUGH BUTTER. TOO COLD.
Just spoilt my mood. Never wanted to go again at this location.

Bad experience, they shut down the tim at 9: 22pm and didn't allow me to buy anything when the closing time is 10: 00pm. This the second time this happened to me in same tim hortons

I went to location the lady employee was sooo rude and unprofessional and behaved as she is supervisor Will never ever go back to this location. Spoiled my day.sorry but people come there not get not your attitude.

9: 30 AM today, we ordered two breakfast sandwiches and where told '"WE HAVE NO EGGS RIGHT NOW, CAN YOU WAIT 30 MINUTES? " Are you kidding me, we are trying to get to work. Thankfully, McDonalds has experienced management that can monitor sales and actually have fresh breakfast items available, when ordered.

The quality of my coffee from this location is always horrible. Employees are always rushing to get the order made but is never made right.they also never double toast bagels and if they do, its burnt. Its like the only thing they do focus on is grabbing the customers money within 30 secs and moving onto the next. Very poor service. Drive thru cashier wont even let you put your cards back in your wallet before driving off

Worst tim hortons. I applied for full time front worker.but they hired me for a part time truck unloader without even letting me know.

Wow. This place had such great service. Everyone was friendly and nice. It was also very clean and covid safe. I highly recommend this place for your morning or evening work commute!

Just now between 1: 35-1: 45. Someone put half eaten bread on my food. I want Health office from head office to look into it right away and get back to me!

It was a bad experience yesterday, when i bought 4 steeped tea double-double and 3 more coffee. But when start drinking, all 4 steeped teas were so carelessly prepared that has no taste at all. Only this time it happened, but i wasted my money to get a bad taste here.it was yesterday evening time around 4: 30. I just want to say the staff that take your time, let the customer wait little bit more if you guys are busy but don't make coffee or tea in hurry.

They make you wait before getting to the pick up window so they avoid impacting their serving time stats for head office.

Every single day our order is wrong. They forget drinks, food, make the wrong order and the attitude tells me none of the people working want to be there. They need to re staff everyone at this location with people who actually give a rat's behind about their work. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Have used drive through at this location many times for my go home coffee. The order has been made to taste 95% of the time. The people at the window are always friendly.

Absolutely disgusting and drrty clean your washrooms, windows look like they have not been CLEANED in months walls taps floor just gross, i feel so gross after eating here, and if you have a plump problem, you call a emergency plumber

I have pulled over to the side of the road to write this review. Love Tim Horton. Hate this place. Ordered a small coffee with one milk and one sugar and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. Got a small coffee and waited 5 minutes for the bagel. Drove away. Coffee had sugar and cream, not milk, and bagel was barely warmed up and had butter not cream cheese. Why does no one care enough to do their job right?

I work around the corner from this location. I have been to this location many times.that is to say I have given them multiple times to get an order right. Rude drive through employees talking in a different language.donuts taste "off" -same with coffee. Alot of times I request standard stuff and they say it "ran out". My company wanted to get many dozen donuts.timbits.muffins etc for our special occasions and celebrations. I ask them to NOT buy anything from this location. I spend $10.00+ a day at Tim Hortons.but never this location. Its disgusting.

Love the location right off the 403 on steeles. This location has drive fast service and clean washrooms as wells as restaurant floor.

Staff friendly. Service pretty good. However like some Tim Hortons ;the tables needed cleaning. A few bums begging inside. The staff did tell them to leave. They left without any problems.
All Tim Hortons need to be more deligent about the cleanliness of their tables.

This is probably one of the worst Tim Hortons in Brampton, I ordered a steeped tea, and the tea I received was not hot at all. I asked the staff when they brewed the steeped tea. They told me it was only 5 minutes ago, but the jug of coffees and teas did not have any time written on them, when I asked them about this, they said they don't need to write the times on the jugs. Corporate seriously needs to investigate this location.

Been here twice through drive through.
Both times, got my order wrong.
Always double check your order when leaving here!

The service was pathetic at this location. They gave me a sandwich with grill residue and couldn’t even get my small order right. I would suggest the owner to either train the staff well or shut down this location all together.
There are other Tim Horton close to this one you can go to, don’t let this location spoil your morning coffee!

We went around 3.40am overthere and we ordered just two bagles and they provide us wrong bagles and there service was to slow becaue that was not to much busy and they only open the drive throw but they were to much slow in providing service and when i call them to say about bagle, behave of lady was so rude and her attitued was so wrong and she was fully confinced and said that what ever you guys want to do do that because my manager will not say anything to me, like what are you guys treating your customers like that. I dont like their service and the night shift lady.

This is the second day in a row my black coffee is watered down. You can get away with that with a coffee with milk but with a black coffee it really tastes terrible.

Worst tim hortons in brampton, ALWAYS RUN OUT or do not have any breakfast meals, never have any donuts or anything after 11pm, staff is unprofessional and lazy. Drive-Thru gets my orders wrong. And NEVER HAVE ANY FOOD AT midnight.i would go to any tim hortons except this one
