Well if you are on a budget and want to have a coffee or a muffin or a donut, this is highly recommended!

On my on going quest to find the worst tim's in the city, this place definitely makes the top 10. I don't know what the worst location is but this one hits some serious low points: Stressed and overworked looking staff, some of them look like they're 1 second away from breaking down sobbing. Insufficient staffing, always long lineups, they have 4 registers, but at most only open 2 of them. Constant staff turn around, it's a new team every week it seems. Dirty, the coffee service areas are always covered with spilled coffee and food and whatnot. They don't really have proper areas to hand people the coffee either because of poor layout, you just get food and drink splatter all around the counters. This looks like a hellish place to work and that vibe carries across.

Very fast service, this Tim has a lot of seating, it is close to the bus and streetcar stops and subway station as well. Everything was delicious, you can also use the mobile application and online ordering. The staff was nice and polite. In vicinity is also a Starbucks, Secon Cup and other cafes so you can be happy and enjoying good service thanks to competition.

It seems like this place is extremely inconsistent with their food orders. Got a burnt bagel today, I don’t know how that’s acceptable to give out.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for a mobile order for an iced coffee, extremely disappointed in the service.

This place hires temporary foreign workers. Buyers beware if you're not used to this type of customer service

I have had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered for an ice cup and I was waiting for more than 30 minutes. When I asked the employee for my drink she started to yell at me and asked me to wait. Furthermore, they were assisting customers that came after me while I was waiting. I will not recommend this location to any of my friends nor family. Please stay away.

Always come for my morning vanilla ice cap! Everyone is always friendly and goes above and beyond

Only go for a quick breakfast sandwich on weekends. Typical Tim Hortons fair. Clean and better than average service for the most part.

Experience wasn't good. Place isn't clean, staff don't know what they're doing and not enough furniture.

Experiences from this place were all bad, with the customer service being garbage and the slow pacing provided.

This is Tim Hortons in general. I love the DR Coffee. I usually buy a chocolate chip muffin but the last two times i got it they were yucky tasting that signature taste is gone it was very doughy and they dont put the rock sugar on top anymore and surprisingly changes the taste completely. Its like they’re using something different in the muffins none of them tasted good this week. Donuts I don’t know about cause i will only get a couple timbits.

Been here many Times and for the most part good experience, as long as the general public don't come in and prosecute customers In the store

Staff are nice and accomodating. Quick service. Nice location. Outside the view of the tree with doves are wonderful.

Ive had my fair share of bad coffee's but the coffee from this location really takes the cake it was Terrible Never ever going back here again.

Listen yall, everyone who are quick to judge Roop needs to chill. Roop is very friendly and delivers great customer service. She knows how to bond with several regulars and always treat them with kindness. If you get the chance, go get to know more of how she operates a night shift with the little staff that she has while trying to give you the best experience. Reet is another great employee who is very kind and gentle and definitely deserves her shine in the store as well!

I wish I can give you zero star. Today I went there in evening, around 4: 40pm, and there was a lady who literally cried because the girl at the cashier yelled at her. She literally paid for the stuff and got out empty hands, crying because of the worst customer service she got today. I work near by, so I went back around 9: 45pm and the same girl yelled at me, just because I was asking her if they have steep tea. I was so kind and generous still I got the worst service ever. It is not the first this happen, but I won’t blame the store, i strongly feel this is all because of this girl who behave wrong with everyone. There were other people at cashier too, who were really appreciatable. I am in this country since long, but never ever receive this kind of customer service. I really wish the manager should do something about this matter. This girl is the supervisor of evening shift today. I will tell my all co-workers too about this, and will avoid to visit here.

Great Tim Hortons Roop the supervisor is very nice respectful and always provides great customer service I always enjoy my time there.

Good sized location, adequate staffing and fairly quick on order. The mobile pickup table is not very well positioned - go ahead and walk right up past the lines.

Some staff members, especially working the cashier need to straighten their attitude and stop letting their emotions cloud their judgement.

Employees needa know how to be respectful and kind to your customers. I work in Mars building and visit there all the time. Cashier made a lady cry with her rude attitude. I myself am a Tim Hortons’ former employee and we always provided best customer service- no matter how tired you may be. It was really disappointing!

Never coming back to this place ever again. Staff are rude, they get people's orders wrong regularly and the tables are dirty to eat from.

Service is always good at this location. I love Tim's coffee. Not much to be said about the coffees. You ether love them or hate them.:)

Poor service, extremely bad service. Rude staff. They almost forgot about my order and I was waiting there for so long. Poor communication. From iced cap, drink was dripping. Extremely disappointed. It was not even a busy time.

Do not come here, whatever it takes. These people will get your order wrong, make you wait at the back of the line to change your order and overcharge you without you knowing, when you use a credit/ debit card.

Very busy place, at a very busy location, which makes sense. The only thing I didn't quite enjoy was anyone can walk in and sit beside you and loiter.

What surprised and delighted me was they put ketchup in my bag for the breakfast sandwiches. No other location ever did that. Other locations seem so stingy. Glad they weren't at this location. I personally don't enjoy the sandwiches without ketchup.:)

Awful customer service. The lady taking my order walked away, while I was giving it, without saying anything. Then the other lady who gave me my tea didnt even tell me it was ready, just left it on the counter expecting me to know, making me wait assuming it was being made.

To much off personal jibberish and then the wrong coffee bagel the jibberish has to stop just focus the Timmy's at HEARTLAND

Pretty busy around rush hour and lunch but the staff are super nice. Better service than at a lot of less busy tims

It's a Tim's. It's connected to a subway station and located right in the heart of the downtown healthcare borough, so needless to say it's very busy. That being said, the staff are great and the serving system flows like a well oiled machine.

Not the dirtiest, but a rather dirty Tim Hortons. A burger had been handed in a greasy wrap. I think they don't follow the franchise guidelines. It looks more like a family business.

Conviniently located right beside queens park subway station. Full service tim hortons with multiple lines and quick service. Gets really busy during the morning and lunch times, but the workers work fast to move the lines quickly. Friendly staff. There’s plenty seating inside and outside. Also kept pretty clean for such a busy place.

Spacious and chill with all the Tim Horton's goodness you know and love. Could use a bit of tidying up more frequently though.

Tim Horton's is a franchise so you shouldn't expect a difference in taste across branches.

Very quick service, lovely cool air con (relief from the hot day while out exploring with kids in tow). Food was great and reasonably priced too. WiFi was a massive bonus

Why isn't the "hot" food actually hot? Whenever I get a toasted bagel or breakfast sandwich, it's room temperature. I want toast to be hot. I want the cheese on a breakfast sandwich to melt, at least a little bit. It's like everything is pre-toasted and has been sitting at room temperature.

Great.location with great service, but the mobile order app definitely needs to be improved. Multiple times other people have taken my order or my order has been made incorrectly. Also, sometimes you're waiting there for ages only to find your order has already been made and is just sitting on the counter top inaccessible for me to grab so I have to flag down staff
