Very poor customer service… they behave like i got free food also not listening to the order.

Worst service in this area. Cashier not pay attention to the customer then blame customer don’t know what they ordered.

Service is slow and they frequently mess up the order. They prioritize drive thru over in person customers.

-the Chinese lady kept interrupting us the whole time while ordering, has zero customer service experience whatsoever. Did not let us finish our sentences and told us she doesnt know how to make the new drink.
-We ordered 4 hot coffees and they were all marked up with crayon leaving black residue on our hands
-We ordered the new caramel toffee latte, but i wanted it iced and i KNOW i said it iced. She proceeded to tell me i was lying even though my sister and my mother both heard me.i tell her okay if you don’t have the iced version of the caramel toffee latte, then i will get the caramel toffee cold brew. Proceeds to tell me they don’t have it and and both her and her coworker yells at me to pick one. Then talks bad about us in Chinese when MY FAMILY AND I ARE CHINESE AND UNDERSTAND.
-ordered 4 sandwiches, Shoves all of them into one paper bag, as we are about to leave the paper bag ripped because it was too full and the sandwiches fell onto the floor. Sloppy and lazy packaging job.
-Ordered 20 timbits and never received them.
- Lady rushed through everything and didn’t take the time to double check her order.rushed us and yelled at us.i refuse to pay for this type of service ever again.

I ordered a cup of extra large hot chocolate and paid 10 cents for an empty cup by drive through. The lady gave me a dirty lid and I asked for a clean one. But the lady was so inpatient and explained to me that it was clean and it was just some coffee stain, blah blah and said goodby to me immediately. As a customer, I felt she was so rude to me because I did nothing wrong. Once I parked my car, I found my extra large hot chocolate was almost 1/3 short. It was never happened before I ordered any hot chocolate from any other Tims.

Terrible experience at this Tim hortons today. I come here all the time and the staff are usually very nice, however today in the afternoon I came to this location and ordered my usual ice coffee and 2 sausage farmers wrap with extra chipotle. Except for both of the wraps the lady working there clearly heard me but gave me no chipotle at all. Very disappointed.

Went through the drive thru during a downpour of rain. Cashier was having difficulty with understanding our order, resulting in our car interior getting soaked. Ordered two bagels. Both were fresh and prepared correctly. Coffee was hot and unlike other locations, black coffees are given with a cup sleeve. This location (and most other locations) could definitely benefit from a canopy both over the order screen and the drive thru window.

The worst drive thru I ever been to. The staff there is extremely rude. I was talking to her even with smiling. She didn’t want to hear me at all and said bye. I cried so badly. Never go to this Tim hortons anymore

You guys for sure make a good mix to get the flavor and the taste right.yet I find that frequently you all run out different milk options. Please replenish then all set to go

This is the closest Tim near me, It has one of the worst service out there now, you get 50% chance of your order correct, the lady at the window could learn how to speak more correctly to customers. I missed the Asian lady there who was efficient, friendly and professional. I am going to the Tim on Major Mackenzie whenever I can now to avoid the frustrations that ruins my morning.

I got my coffee from this location every single morning. But this week, I have to say something. I got 2 wrong orders within 4 days. Then I have to buy another one from another location or whole day without a coffee.

As a fast-food restaurant there will obviously be times when there is a mistake or something missing from the order, it's life, we're humans, and these things happen. This has happened multiple times, but since it is the closest one to me on my way to work it's usually pretty fast in the drive-thru. My absolute FAVOURITE is the lady who works the window from Tuesday-Friday. One morning I was rushed for work, had a terrible sleep, and was feeling quite lousy but when I got to the window she remembered who I was and remembered that I ask for ketchup with my orders and already had it in the bag before I could ask. This small act and her positive smile and attitude IMMEDIATELY brightened my day. She has been remembering me ever since and it's just so nice to know that she puts the extra care and effort into someone and an order who's only there for 1 minute. I don't know her name, but she is an absolute gem, and I continue to go there every morning just for her! (:

Timmy's what can I say. 40% of the time they get my order right. I go there EVERY fricken day at 6am. Ya think they clue in

Old lady got my order wrong 3 times and I repeated it 4 times. Still got it wrong and I left having spent 15 bucks on the wrong food

I deliberately go to this location because the service is so good. Some of th ladies are extra nice and helpful, and i find the food is done better here than some of the other close by locations. It's weird to see the negative reviews. I think this location is a cut above.

It's a Tim Hortons in a gas station: true. But that's just the surface. The staff are generally friendly, but there are exceptions. The newer staff seem to be less friendly, but the more experienced ones are better and help out the newbies. Food is the usual menu. Tastes great for what you can order. My biggest complaint is when I stand in line and they have, literally, 8 staff working drive thru and 1 (or sometimes none) working the inside line. Some staff are alert and will move over, but most emphasis is on people sitting in their cars polluting the air by idling for 10 minutes. Sometimes the stand-up area gets messy, but the staff are working hard and some people are just messy. Coffee and sandwiches. Hard to go wrong.

Order coffee and nothing else. Ask for a toasted bagel, get a frozen one. Ask for a ice cap, they warm it up in the microwave. Order a turkey sandwich, get ham.

Worst tim hortos out there. Worst service, employees look like they hate their lives and they're so rude specially on the weekends

Usual Tim Hortons. Love the Tea. There is garbage everywhere in the drive through area. Looks like they don’t care about the neighborhood at all

Always very busy, staff is friendly and efficient getting to all the waiting people very well. Quality of the food is a little low. Breakfast sandwiches are not to the right temperature and Croissants are sometimes under-cooked in the middle. Iced Cap drinks always have sticky mess on the top of the lid. Not a very good selection of timbits, but this is a store in an Esso so real-estate is at a premium. Having said all this, the location is excellent on my commute, so will continue to be one of my go-tos for a quick bite and drink.

The food here is decent and has good seating, but it's best to avoid at noon due to the huge number of students
