I ordered 2 farmers wrap and both were not heated or whatever it called and also not wrapped properly. Very disappointing

I would give no stars for service, I received an e gift card - I loaded it on the app. I asked the server how to access it on the app so I could pay. His response was "we don't do that here" and repeated to say "How you pay". Again I explained I wanted to use the money in my account and showed him the $30 clearly on my app. He turned to his co workers and talked in his own language, (I took as rude, knowing I speak English). Turned to me and just said "How you pay". I understand that English was not his first language, but I did expect him to be able to speak "Tim Hortons". Who ever manages/owns this shop needs to hire people who Want to help and definitely should TRAIN your staff.

The staff member walked away and stood on the other side, I was left standing there wondering where my order was. He just looked at me. WORST TIM HORTONS IN CANADA

My phone was stolen inside, they said the camera footage was blurry, a huge company's camera, how could it be blurry?

Writing this review to let people know what to expect, not because I actually think any change will come out of it. It’s extremely dirty (can’t imagine what the back looks like if they can’t even be bothered to keep the customer facing areas clean). The wait time is ridiculous, there could be 1 person in line or there could be 10 people in line, the staff will move at snail speed regardless. Don’t bother doing a mobile order, you’ll still wait at least 5-10 minutes and that’s IF the items you ordered are even available. A few staff members are nice but most of them are very rude and unprofessional (I’ve witnessed them yell at customers on more than one occasion just because they asked how much longer until their order will be ready). All locations go through the same challenges and some handle them better than others, but this location is just bottom of the barrel. Probably the worst in Toronto.

Staff refused to serve a cup of water for free. It's against the law! She smiled at said its a new policy i hope that will lead your loved one to death one day if you don't care about basic human rights

Worst experience ever, very slow service they have nothing to eat take 10-11 min for each order

Worst location. No cleanliness and the air conditioner doesn't work. It is boiling hot inside. Please avoid this location

Worst service at a time hortons I've ever had. Very bad atmosphere. Staff treat customers poorly.they don't care of there is a line.longest line for service I've ever experienced and not because there are many people. The staff talk among themselves in some foreign tongue and completely don't care if ur waiting to ne served. Absolutely trashy Tim hortons.stay away!

The first Tim ever! Always washroom full of mess and pooooo. Foods are not fresh! Service is too slow! Place is messy can’t even sit to the tables

Overall there was not enough staff on in the morning. There was a single line of 10-12 people and it took 15 mins to get my order place.

The service and staff were great! But they need workable conditions! No ac, it was unbearably hot to even stand inside.

Night crew service is the worst that one can provide. He was showing attitude like he is doing us favour by not providing the product we want.

No one checks online orders and I got coffee and a tea bag both in my chai tea latte cup. Untrained employees!

It's the closest location for my Tim Hortons fix. Seedy area. Always not very clean and twice my coffee had too much sugar‍**UPDATED** area is still seedy, but the service and atmosphere has improved coffee is fresh and the bakery items are plentifully stocked

Hands down the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! Very dirty, bugs everywhere, extremely hot inside (during winter), loitering people, nothing in stock, received wrong order, and food prepared very sloppily. I’m astonished this place is still running.

Workers are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving. Also lots of homeless blocking tables.

Always so, so slow. Regularly a 10+ min wait for a single coffee. I've never seen more than one cash open regardless of the lineup. Do not enter if there is a single other customer already waiting inside or you will be trapped forever. Or better yet just don't enter and get better service at one of the nearby bakeries.

I doubt it's their fault directly. They are probably criminally understaffed and underpaid.

Do not order any soup from that Tim Hortons! Thats the second time I ordered chicken soup and they only put pasta on it!

I witnessed the south Asian woman who makes sandwiches spit into a customer’s sandwich after he asked for extra hot sauce. After I told the customer the woman started screaming

It's very dirty, they take too long, one of the doors doesn't work and they give you the wrong order that has happened to me 4 times. The staff is not friendly.

It is alright the staff are nice, they try to keep everything clean, people who come in are questionable but it is alright to order your meal or drink and go home,

Stop putting the cheese on the egg side of the breakfast sandwich. The cheese goes on top of the sausage. Slow service

Terrible! They take too long and staff make fun of each other when they get large orders, the manager super rude and yells at customers

I ordered vegge cilentro lime bowl and after waiting for good minutes, all I got was crispy chicken. The girl than make chicken sandwich and than without changing gloves made my sandwich even though its vegge.
Moreover salad container was almost empty so she put leftover in my bowl and give me half filled bowl.
Highly disappointed.
Please listen carefully and don’t contaminate while make veg and non veg.

I was hungry from night shift, and went to Tim's to get something to eat as it was 24 hr store around 1 am. They had nothing to offer except coffee. Why do they open 24 hr if they have nothing to offer? Thankfully subway was next door and literally saved me. I don't know if they are supposed to have just coffee at night or much more than coffee. I hope this message is seen by manager.
It was on Nov 6 around 1am and there was one lady which did not have any customer service training I guess because she just didn't respond even our questions. Very bad impressions.

This is probably the worst Tim hortons i have been to. Dirty, filthy and unhygienic inside and out. Tables aren’t cleaned, cigarette butts everywhere. Health services should look into it.

I just bought one breakfast farmer wrap with harsh brown and bacon. When the lady were making my wrap I heard she was saying other staff this the last harsh brown and it’s very hard. The other staff said it’s ok make the wrap with this hard harsh brown. I just ignore their chatting. When I came to my work and bite the wrap it was awe full, harsh brown was too hard to eat and she put too much chipotle sauce. I don’t had time to return it because I was on my break. They made my day very bad with this disgusting wrap.

The ambience is ok ok. As I'm a vegetarian, I couldn't find much options there. My friends ate crispy chicken burger and they felt it's good.

The lady staff (overnight one) was quite rude. Many staff of this location use headphones while attending customers. They have so many excuses to chase away the customers, very lazy nature and sometimes improper services.
Last time, when I entered the store to buy a tea for myself, I stood there on the counter because this lady I mentioned in the beginning started staring at me, did not even ask me what I want. She lost her temper and gave me attitude said, ’’ Next time I’m……. (I know you are customer).
I mean like really come on man, you cannot throw your frustration on customers. If you are having a bad day, at least do not make other people’s life miserable with such arrogant attitude.
Seriously need some better staff

Staff don't know how to make it right when i approached then and on top of that telling me to reduce ingredients in my tea which I have been taking since so many years.

Bought a bagel w/cream cheese.asked them to add a tomato, and lettuce.after buying it they tried to say I didn't pay for cream cheese and made me give them a loonie. Terrible service, it isnt that hard to make food here especially when teens do it.

Unfortunately, most of the reviewers here have found the service slow and rude at times. This behavior needs to checked.

Lack of skills in the fast food industry has caused the staff to make mistakes constantly without any shame in this restaurant.

Always crowded, used to get my coffee from here but, once I found a small piece looked like an earwax in my bagel, didn’t go back.

Staff are very friendly but the service is slow. I think they're understaffed when factoring mobile orders.

It has most stuff and is usually kept clean except for busy hours.also mostly always gets your order correct

The worst staff ever. The lady started shouting at me cause I touched wrong order. I showed my mobile order number and other lady still asks what I ordered? Very bad experience. Don't go to this branch.

I am living in Danforth for couple of months and this is the worst Tim Horton I have visited, because of its service. I am extremely disappointed with the service. The women working in the morning hours are really slow, they are moving like tortoise, which makes the queue very long even outside the building.
Even if they want to make it faster they won't do it.i hope there might be a difference soon.
Moreover the place is dirty and dine in area also seems same.nb. Employees during the night shift doesn't wear any masks.totally disappointed.

Edit number 2 - Sept 2021: Yet again more forgien contamination within my food. This time a "brown chunk" in my coffee. Avoid this place at all costs it is consistently garbage.

Edit - jan14th 2019 - went to get a chili cheese potato wedges today and had the pleasure of biting into a screw that somehow fell into my food. (photo included)

Frequently busy, broken machines not uncommon, employees who don't listen also not uncommon. Had the pleasure of getting a coffee with no sugar in it and no matter how much I added to it it never tastes right, congratulations for selling me the worst coffee I'd ever had.

Most rubbish tim in Toronto. Manager (woman) shouting all the time, misbehave with the customers, bad customer services.

I ordered small regular coffee double sugar when I realized getting home the Sales person gave me small black coffee without milk or cream. It is my understanding and I'm always asking and getting it, small regular coffee assumed to be with a milk and if you want coffee with no milk you are asking for black coffee. I was used to tell sales person 4 times that I also want croissant, but she finally punched cashear with no constant, I asked her 5-th time for croissant & finally I was lucky she gave it to me, but not napkins were served at all.
Sales staff unreliable and unprofessional. It happened on June 27 at 11: 35 am. Sales person was dark skin, big & fat lady.

I want to put zero star but this is the worst tim hortons I've ever been to any other store.staff is complaining about the customer while customer can still hear them. Everytime I come here which is 6 times always messed up my coffee. I've got a perfect regular coffee everytime I ordered in different location. I'm just nice enough not complain but it keeps happening again. Service is slow cuz they have time to talk.and it's a filthy store. I gave them a 6th chance but they ruin my last experience 3times in a row. I recommend not go here and go to a different tim hortons.poor poor service downhill!

Very slow service. Just one person on the counter and the worst thing that the guy who ordered before ordered a lemonade but was served ice cap first, then served a coffee and then he had to yell that he ordered a lemonade. Wasted so much time

The food is great but this place just wants to kick me out asap.no thanks, i won't comeback, i will go to another locations instead because this place is not professional in customer service.

The staff are so rude, one got my order wrong and started screaming at me. The lady who took my order does not know how to communicate properly and yells at paying customers for her own comprehension issues. They should give her a different task or fire her as she is clearly not capable of working at the cash register.

Do not go here they're a bunch of liars they say breakfast 24 hrs. But that's not the case though. They say. "We stop serving breakfast at 11 PM".

Been going to this location for years now. They ALWAYS change gloves between making sandwiches and bagels but today a new staff continued to do everything with 1 glove. Normally they use tongs to put meat but the new person didn't even use that.

I asked her to change the bagel after touching the meat but she told me that i had to tell her before to change her gloves. Who knew that suddenly a new person does things differently than usual.

Staff need to follow one set rule, not make their own.

Staff aren't always ready to serve, you would expect once you enter and they see you they would get into their stations. Be prepared to repeat your order multiple times and for there to be an error. Prior to COVID-19 there would be an interesting clientele, I have seen people openly smoking crack in the restaurant.in the broad daylight.unfortunately I am being serious, staff don't want to confront them for doing this activity and I get it.

I felt bad for the woman working there, there were so many people lined up. She did great, but should have had more help to serve that many people.

One of my main places to grab something to eat.fantastic location, well organised, and excellent customer service. 5 stars!

I just wanna say watch out for an old, brown woman with glasses that works in the evening by the name of Rina or Rania. If you order coffee she doesn't fill it up entirely. If you tell her about it she gives you an attitude. Always check your coffee if anyone is going to order coffee in the evening.

Terrible service, made mobile order went to collect it wasn't ready and had to wait 15 minutes until ready, they kept serving people walking in and never checked their mobile orders, the place is dirty and they never put a sleeve on the hot boiling cups,

The line is always Long have too wait for a Long Time so I don't go there much even before the pandanic still The same sorry for giving it 2stars

Very slow service. Bathrooms are disgusting. The worst part was i found a bed bug crawling on my coat after i was there. Lots of weirdos hanging out here.

They have the most disguting bathrooms ever. There is graffiti on the door and on the mirror. Urine everywhere. No one cares. They did not even care to put toilet paper in the washroom. Please no one use there bathroom.

Service is barely ok (music blaring). The other day I saw a mouse running around. Clientele over night are mostly crackheads (literally).

The service for me was good, but the place could be cleaner. I also overheard a customer who ordered a medium coffee, and he was given a small. Instead of being apologized to and having the coffee remade (and paid for if he paid for a small instead), the employee repeatedly insisted that he ordered a small and didn’t apologize once, nor offer to remake it. It was 5 minutes of complaining before anything was done. I think the place could use improvement.
