I have all of my insurance policies with Tim. Him and his entire team are top notch. Tim is a stand up gentleman that only tells you the facts and lets you decide. The ladies in his office are so kind and always help me with whatever need promptly. Will be with this team a long time.

We had been with Desjardins for years with no agents. A couple years ago they went online only. I thought it over & decided we should have someone to talk to us about our coverage. I Googled to see where Agents were & the 1st one was Tim Matlock in Amherstburg. I called his cell & he answered & said that he was with a client & to call his office & talk to Trish. We then set up a date to go to their office & meet face to face. Well we were 110% glad that we did. We were soooo satisfied with the results that we have passed their names & numbers around to a lot of people. Whenever we are around that area we stop in & say hi to our new long lost friends. Definatley won't be looking anywhere else for an agent or pricing around.
