Shannon at Timberkits is awesome to deal with. When we were installing a pavilion with no roof from them they were always available to answer the phone and helped us to solve any problems we had. I would highly recommend them for residential and commercial use. Our client is extremely happy with it and provides a great focal point in the landscape. Will be using again in the future!

Fantastic Company!
We worked with Shannon and Stew, purchased a 16' x 14' Super Heavy Duty Pergola. Its was delivered in the time frame projected.
You could tell when it was dropped off that you would be happy with this item. [ Stew ] I installed this myself, Stew offered he didn't have too, check the heights of my Piers, another example of going beyond!
If you are installing yourself, i would pick up a 3/16" x 12" drill bit to create
Pilot holes for the Heavy screws and that's it!
So Cool to have something that starts in Canada[ B. C. Trees ]and
stays here!

We LOVE our TimberKits structure! I manage the marketing for a large shopping mall in the GTA area and we were in need of a new Santa Set for our Christmas decor and were on the hunt for a showstopping piece. I came across the TimberKits website and loved what I saw. Steve was great to deal with and was able to customize the structure based on our ceiling height restrictions, our wants, etc. The installation was very well organized and fast. We have had soooo many compliments from shoppers and we are so happy with how the set turned out. Thank you TimberKits for the amazing piece you created for us.

Sitting under our pergola this summer has been so wonderful.the experience of meeting Steve and Shannon, working along side them and having them plan the design has been incredible. We really thought about the whole idea after meeting them at Canada Blooms. The knowledge they shared with us was so personable and seeing the finish product cemented our decision to go with their company. We could not believe how Steve and his team came to our home did the install quickly, neatly and of course respecting our home and neighbours. We loved how accommodating Steve and Shannon were to us from the beginning, obviously they too are very proud of their work. The details in crafmanship are noticed when our guests visit our home and are so impressed with our pergola. The garden is now our oasis and that makes recommending Timberkits so easy. Timberkits built our 20 x 20 Gazebo in Doulas fur wood. Done in 2 days expertly. Most beautiful Gazebo I could have asked. Highly recommend. Very hard working and very nice people. Thanks for my dream coming true!

What a great experience! I was very particle on what I wanted for a dock bar/tiki in the muskokas. From lighting to fans and sound wiring. All this was no problem and was painless unlike most of the other trades I dealt with in the cottage build. They were in and out quickly and clean up was perfect. Great job timberkits.

There is a reason this company is a FIVE star rating! They provided excellent customer service, a quality product and they have hard working respectful staff! Started with Shannon inside the office where my wife really enjoyed dealing with her. She was always available to help with the design of the structure and even went above and beyond by dealing with the company installing our pool for sonotube placements etc. We then had the pleasure of dealing with Steve and his crew for the install. They worked very hard and we are more than pleased with the end result! Quality company from start to finish! Highly recommend these guys!
