Had an amazing time at the Black Friday event that they held. Had been there for a facial that was wonderful and wanted to try some other options. They were very informative and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I picked a package that was a really great price. I’ll update after it’s done. Also bought the ZO skincare kit. Love it

About 2 yrs ago I did an IPL treatment with Heidi to remove some dark spots on my face. It was amazing and to this day they have never come back. She was so helpful and made me feel safe. I did 2 treatments and a third to follow up, I had great after care with the products that Heidi recomended, they worked wonders. Thank you for your amazing service.

This place is wonderful. Heidi is absolutely fantastic! It feels like visiting a friend who zaps your hair. I would highly recommend this place, and Heidi, to absolutely everyone! Honestly a bit sad that my sessions are drawing to a close soon! Clean, professional, friendly. Easy suggestion.

I had a red spot in the middle of my cheek that simply would not go away. I tried every retinol, glycolic acid, vitamin C, E, scar cream, red spot remover, and I even tried IPL at another local medi spa, and absolutely nothing worked! It was all I could see when I looked in the mirror. I had a consultation with Lauren and Michelle. They were both wonderful and really took the time to listen, assess my skin, and recommended a treatment plan. I was very hesitant as it was expensive, but I put my trust in Lauren, and she worked her magic! I bought a package of two photo facials and after just one, that spot was barely a dot! After two, it vanished completely and the rest of my skin looked glowing, healthy and refreshed. I would absolutely recommend Timeless and Lauren! Thank you!

All the staff are great. Larissa in particular is very bubbly and fun!
I have PCOS and tried laser other places that just didnt work. Here, i saw promising results after just 1 session.
I am happy to say that my facial hair is basically gone! Life changing!
I know it can be expensive but there is always some really great promotions you can look forward to. I am going to continue with other areas thanks to some really wonderful deals this year!
