I had several tattoos done by Ingrid after having my 1st one done in Toronto.
It’s been a couple of years, but I’m still very, very happy with her work.
I fully trust her skills & highly recommend her shop.

Awesome! Michelle is a fabulous artist and so accommodating. Five tattoos over the span of a few months and every experience has been great! Clean and funky shop with fantastic staff. I'm not done yet and will be returning for more. Best tattoo shop in Whitby (maybe all of Durham)!

My experience was a little unconventional. About a year ago I booked a tattoo appointment with an apprentice. I wanted two very small tattoos and was told it would only be a $50 total charge due to apprentice being the one to do it and they basically only charge for using the product. Okay that was perfect because I couldn't decide between the two tattoos and now I didn't have to.

I go to the appointment, check in etc. I booked with a specific apprentice and when I got there I was told she was "too busy now" and a less experienced person would be doing it. Ok.what am I supposed to say? I get the tattoos done. The first one I absolutely love. The second one was sloppy, the lines were not really followed by the stencil and it's just not appealing. I also have a couple permanent marks outside of the lines that haven't gone away.for some reason a senior artist went over the lines of my one tattoo but not the other which was unfortunate. When I went to pay I was told "oh by the way, its actually going to be $50 each tattoo we emailed you yesterday". I did not get an email. And also, if an email was sent, how could you not wait for my consent before performing both tattoos. I never confirmed that I was ok with the new price and wasn't told until it was too late. Had I known they were going to be charged separately in the end, I would have only gotten the one tattoo.

I now dislike the second tattoo so much that I am having it removed. Nothing against the apprentice, but the fact that no one checked the work of the second tattoo and when I went for a touch up I was told it was "fine" and the lines that were not apart of the tattoo would fade. They have not faded and I just find that the service and experience I had overall was super unprofessional. I am now waiting on laser removal quotes.

100 percent I understand apprentices need to practice and hence the cost factor, but the tattoos were about 3 inches each and quite simple. It was just a super annoying experience and I hope they've learned from this.

I've gone to Timeless Tattoo quite a few times and have had a few different artists stab me pretty but Kaelyn is my favourite. Very professional, talented, and an all around great person. I'd highly recommend going to Timeless and having any of the artists stab you pretty

Went for my first tattoo at Timeless last week. I had made an appointment with Michelle to chat about a custom piece I wanted. A couple days before the tattoo appointment the design was sent me and it looked fantastic but I had a few notes. Over the course of 2 days she sent me 2 other drafts with my requests and she completely nailed. It was exactly what I wanted. Michelle has a gentle hand and I found getting my neck tattooed was a lot less painful than I’ve had with some other artists in the past. The final product looked amazing! It took about 3 hours of needle to skin to complete which I found to be pretty quick! I would highly recommend this shop and Michelle!

I had a tattoo done by Sierra she is so amazing and sweet. It was my first tattoo and she was very patient with me. Afterwards it healed perfectly as I have heard horror stories from others but I didn’t have a single issue. I love my anklet that she gave me.

This place is amazing. Got my first tattoo here and Abby was absolutely amazing. She customized all my designs was patient and welcoming. I loved her expert advice that just made my tattoos and experience that’s much better. Highly recommend anyone getting inked to visits timeless tattoos

I recently visited Timeless Tattoo for a tattoo with Kael and had an incredible experience. My previous tattoos were done in downtown Toronto at some 'popular places' but my experience with Timeless far surpassed the 'reputable' places in Toronto. Kael was extremely meticulous and wanted to make sure the memorial tattoo for my son was absolutely perfect. She took her time to make sure the writing, size, and placement was exactly what I wanted and more importantly, would still look perfect 10+ years from now. The atmosphere inside the shop is so clean and welcoming, and all the staff are extremely warm and a delight to be around. Thank you Kael for your incredible work! Can't wait to come back.

This review is way overdue but great experiences are never forgotten. I got a very personal tattoo done by Ingrid. She was absolutely amazing, she captured everything I wanted and for that I will be forever grateful. Ingrid and her staff are true professionals. You can tell they have a passion for their art and that’s important to me. I highly recommend timeless Tattoo.

I have had the bottom forearm portion of my sleeve done by Ingrid at timeless tattoo. She does very great work and is super talented at tattooing and I love the work she’s done.
However I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to her based off her punctual and time management skills. It has taken 13 hours to do the back of my forearm alone for a piece that doesn’t take a ton of detail and time and has asked me to return yet again after saying for 4 sessions she would have it finished. I have never been to an appointment that has started or finished on time. I have been moved around multiple times for scheduled appointments. Like I mentioned before, amazing artist, but would be much better off working under someone else. Do not recommend booking unless you have a lot of time and money to donate.

I had microblade, Powder brown done by Ingrid. I absolutely love the result! Ingrid gave me exactly what I was looking for and was extremely detail oriented. I will be definitely returning for other permanent make-up options.maybe lips next

By far my best experience at a shop to date. Friendly staff and not the normal ones who look down at you because your whole body isn’t inked. Love the ladies here and Kaelyn is amazing!

Got a correction tattoo from Shannon and it is amazing. It went from being a tattoo I hid to something I now show off! Shannon was very professional and great company to spend 5 hours with! Highly recommend

I got my first tattoo done by Michelle (one of their junior artists) here. She was very nice and gentle with my tattoo (even though it was small). Overall, it was a great experience. Very clean and organized. The staff is so friendly as well! I hope you guys start doing piercings, I'll definitely come here for it!

Wonderful place, Shannon was super nice and made me extremely comfortable considering this was my first tattoo. I came back two weeks later to get another 2, written in Tamil script. She killed it, and needless to say I booked another appointment 3 weeks later lol!

Top notch excellence from the entire staff in a professional and clean environment. Had a portrait done by Ingrid and her attention to detail was impeccable. Awesome experience! Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the space was clean and took covid precautions seriously. I got my tattoo done by their apprentice megan and she did a great job!

My experience here was incredible. Not only are they quality professionals, but they make your visit very comfortable. They are extremly clean and due to covid keep everything very safe. Shared a few laughs had a great time and came out with the most incredible tattoo. 100% will come back and recommend Timeless to anyone whos looking for tattoos.

Would like to give a BIG thank you to Ingrid on an amazing tattoo! Her attention to detail is by far the best I've ever seen. My tat took longer than expected but instead of asking me to come back, she calmly continued while all around us were going home. It took an extra hour to complete and every minute of that hour was done with the same perfection as the first 6 hours. You are a true profession to your industry! Do yourselves a favor people, don't go anywhere else!

My experience with timeless tattoos was amazing. They thoroughly went through my options & worked with me to the full extent & listened to what I wanted. I had a tattoo that I needed covering up. I couldn’t have imagined a better cover up. The tattoo I waked out with vs the tattoo I walked in with is night & day. I feel so confident w my new tattoo & I’m finally excited to show it off. They were kind & accommodating & they work with u to ensure u get exactly what u want. & they have the talent & patience to create whatever u want, even cover ups.

What can I say about Timeless Tattoo? These folks are incredible. From the first moment i came in for a consult, to the end of my third session with Rob, it was an incredible experience. Everyone in the shop is incredible at what they do and are very charismatic. I have to give a shout out to Chris who through the pandemic, kept me informed and educated on the process upon returning. The shop is EXTREMELY clean, well run, and overall just a fun place to be and hangout while you get some work done. After this experience, I'm looking forward to getting another couple smaller pieces from the other artists, and will be coming back within a few weeks to plan my next big piece with Rob. I've followed Ingrid in IG for a while and finally got in to get a tattoo done by her. It is incredible and I absolutely love it! All of the staff that I have met have been so lovely and I really enjoyed the atmosphere there.the shop is well laid out and very clean. I highly recommend going out of your way to go here! I'll definitely be going back for any future work.

Great place! The shop itself is very clean and inviting, the employees are so friendly, and the artists are down to earth and approachable, no big egos here, which was very refreshing!
I went down on one of their flash day fundraisers, lots of fun flash designs to choose from for only $50, and it goes to a good cause, a win win!
Lots of parking available by the shop too which was a nice plus.
I can't reccomend this place enough, and will definitely be coming back!

I went to Timeless a few weeks ago for my first tattoos. I liked the look of Jeremy's work from his IG, so I booked with him. He's very good and in demand but they were able to book me in in a reasonable time. I was very nervous, but he was really calm and encouraging. I was in an out in about an hour and the tattoos (did 2) came out great. Doubt I'll get anymore, but will definitely go back if I change my mind. Would recommend Timeless to anyone.

Ingrid just completed a tattoo cover up for me on my left hand and I couldn’t be happier! The initial tattoo, if you can even call it that, was dreadful and thankfully I had Ingrid to cover it.

Ingrid and the staff at Timeless are down to earth, professional, and friendly! Ingrid took my tattoo ideas and drew up a fantastic piece that I will cherish forever. Her skill as a tattoo artist is exceptional! Ingrid was extremely attentive to the details and had a strong knowledge of design. Her line work is extremely clean and the final result is exactly what I had imagined.
