Best place in North York to have breakfast! Food is very tasty, with big portions.great value! The staff is very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Times Square Diner has the best atmosphere. They always provide me with delicious food, caring service, and I feel safe every time I walk in. This is the type of restaurant that everyone needs to try out!

This establishment seeks to divide and discriminate. Do not spend your hard earned money here.

Went there this week and left after they asked for my personal vax status. They told me they feel safer if only vaccinated people stayed inside. There is no science that supports this. Im fully vaxxed but I wont support businesses that descriminate based on junk science.

I was going to order something for pickup and then I see from the previous reviewers that they are keeping the digital jab passes. Such a shame, I can't support a business with such discriminatory policies.

Love this place! Best breakfast in North York! Really happy they decided to keep their vaccine passport requirement. It’s nice to know they care about the health of their customers!

I’ve been coming here for the better part of a decade and I have to say that Peter (owner/chef) and the crew are absolutely the most generous and loving people. If you want the best home-cooked meal this is the place. A personal favourite of my friends and I are the juicy incredibly fresh and delicious burgers. They are like no other. If you want a beautiful meal on your birthday/ special occasion try the incredible steaks. Peter handpicks his meat cuts and make the food shine with his love and positivity. I’m truly grateful for Times Square diner and the quality they have maintained and the old-school diner vibes.

Was refused service for not wanting to provide proof of vaccination. Medical Segregation is Wrong.

Went for breakfast and had a feast! This is old school cooking at its best, they do it right, from the staff and most certainly by the food. I'm going back guaranteed.

I went there with my elderly and unfortunately we were refused service as this restaurant still requires a vax pass.

Although Im fully vaccinated my father is not due to a heart condition. It was extremely cold outside and my father has difficulty walking so I spoke to the owner and appealed to him to make an exception and he said no.

I dont like leaving negative reviews but this whole experience has left me questioning humanity.

If you are not vaccinated Times Square will kick you out.

Could there be a bigger dump in Toronto.this greasy spoon ironically is still trying to force people disclose their QR Vaccine Passport. Here is a pro tip, take some time to clean your washrooms and worry about your staff hygiene before invading my privacy.

Rude servers, they still ask for your papers in order to dine in. Takeout was nasty, dried up meat and cold food. Never again.

Burger was raw owner grilling it directly sneezed on it and I overheard him chuckle and say to a employee it will cook out. OMG!
Kindly asked for it to go and threw it out.

This is a wonderful establishment! If you do not believe in the protection and respect of others then do not dine here. Vaccine passports have been a valuable tool to help curve the spread of covid. I support this business and there CHIOCE to provide the utmost protection to their customers and themselves as workers. You people have no idea who or why people are more vulnerable to covid, but you should respect the guidelines they choose to follow. If you don’t like it dine out or go somewhere else. Let’s all remember there is a literal war happening in Ukraine, and other parts of the world. All these reviews are ignorant to the personal lives they are impacting… maybe we should focus on how the earth is literally dying and climate change is going to kill us all but no we are starting riots over right dining in at a restaurant. #spreadkindnessnotcovid

Special Spot for a break. Feels like you could be in another time. Lots of comfortable booths, great servers and of course the food is what you were looking for.
