In my almost 50 years of driving, i have never had such a fabulous insurance company EVER! Tina and her team are always ready to help above and beyond, rates are a little more then my previous insurer that i had for approx 15 years but at least i can deal with someone local and immediately, unlike calling half way around the world and dealing with someone who doesnt speak English, get calls dropped, no return call and hours on hold! If half the business's in this environment operated like Tina and her team, the world would be an easier place to exist in!

I recently dealt with the great team at Ms. Tina Medford's agency in LaSalle, Ontario. The team is clearly customer-focused, knowledgeable, thorough, and cheerful.

In particular, I dealt with Ms. Patrizia Tullio, and Ms. Emma LeBar has been my agent. Both ladies have been professional and prompt to answer my questions, setup an in-person appointment, and follow up on my appointment.

Had opportunity to do an online quote with Tina Medford Desjardins insurance. Right from the beginning they were great. I filled out the quote at 7pm on a Wednesday night. They called me on Thursday morning, I was able to stop in the office and talk to Patrica. She was fantastic helping me with my needs for which policy will best suit me. I’ve been dealing with Tina and her team for roughly 5 years now, I purchased a new truck then and my current insurance company at the time (AllState) had a estimate that was way to much for what they offered even after being with them many previous years. I was suggested by a friend to go see Tina and I’m glad I did. Super great team to work with and very reasonably priced for the protection I wanted. Very caring and friendly, I’ve had two non-fault accidents and both times they helped me as much as possible. I suggest to everyone they at least call for a quote if not go with them.
