Tino's came to do my dryer vent. Guys were courteous and respectful. Great price too.

I had a 9x7 area rug cleaned at the shop. OMG what a difference. It came back looking brand new. Very impressed.

The staff were so friendly! Great communication and arrived in time frame needed. Purchased a new property that had many many cats. They cleaned our ducts and they were spotless and smelt so clean after! I have used them a few times and would recommend over and over. This kind of service is hard to come by!

The sincerity and professionalism of Tino's staff was much appreciated. The two gentlemen who picked up the area rug were very clear in guiding our expectations. The rug was not overly expensive when we purchased it. Tino's men explained that there was a chance the rug might bleed or run in the cleaning process. It did but it wasn't too severe. The two gentlmen were extremely kind and provided business cards so we can pass Tino's informaiton on to potential clients. Thanks very much for a great job.

Tino's team was punctual, polite and very professional. I learned a lot about newer techniques of carpet cleaning, including the very welcome fact that the new solution has the advantage of drying in 6 hours, rather than in 2-3 days with the old steam method. Good job, Sagar and Randy!

When i first talked to mr thompson he said he was not satisfied with your job.i said did you call him give him a chance to fix it, he said no when someone does a bad job.i dont let them back in my house.i said did you do a review, he said he didnt know how.i said id do one for him.he read the review new about it.this guy flip flops.i showed him how to do your 5 star review.tino you took a 1 star and turned it in to a 5.with your customer service.for that i give you a 5 star rating for customer service.and to get someone that didnt want you back, to let you clean again, is amazing.he told me he wanted his money back.then tells you something diffrent.im done with this and Mr Tompson ive been played here and look like a fool for trying to help someone this guy.i guess i will never learn. Tinos gets a 5 star rating from me.if you can tell me how to remove, i will remove it and all comments.on this subject. Tino's was amazing. Received the quote earlier this week and they confirmed they were able to come quickly (within the same week) while other companies were booking a month out. Arrived on time, performed amazing service and were quick to answer my questions post. Would highly recommend and will certainly use them again!

We've used Tino's before for carpet cleaning, service and work were high quality. Two years later wanted our ducts cleaned and the job and crew were excellent. I recommend this company to anyone who expect best quality work and a professional, caring crew.

Went with them for duct cleaning because of all these good reviews. The guys came ahead of schedule and did a thorough job. Everything cleaned out, went to every vent and return. Left hardly any trace they had been there. Reasonably fair price. Noisy work, two hours, but definitely everything is clean. Can't help but give five stars.

Tino is a true Gentleman, a man of his word. His crews are professional, efficient and client dedicated. The job completed for us was more than acceptable, with a great price point. After job touch ups were completed, without charge and carried out promptly, THANK YOU TINO AND YOUR CREWS.

A good job of cleaning the ducts.
A noticeable difference in our house's air flow.
And very timely, they finished in less time than was estimated.
However; when you take instructions or emails,
WRITE THEM DOWN AND READ THEM BACK TO CONFIRM.
This is not a complaint, just an observation.
If you don't do anything to confirm something and then get it wrong,
that's on you!

Tino’s crew was professional and thorough. I truly felt like an old friend and appreciated customer. I’m picky about carpet cleaning and I can assure you that Tino’s does an excellent job. I paid the additional $50 for carpet protection and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. As we moved, the movers accidentally tracked in mud. I let it dry and it vacuumed right off! The additional water resistant protection not only saved the carpet, but time and money.

Lastly, my initial e-transfer payment didn’t go through (my error) and Tino was exceptionally professional as he resolved the issue. He was understanding, helpful, and didn’t make me feel badly even though it was my error and he was waiting to settle a significant invoice. He truly goes above and beyond. I’ll use him for carpet cleaning from now on!

Although my carpet cleaning didn't go originally as planned, I was really impressed how Tino's rectified everything. I would recommend and use them again.

Cleaned and disinfected our duct work today. Did a great job, were very polite and professional. Followed covid protocols, and took the time to answer all questions and be kind to my pets and child. Most importantly, they brought very powerful equipment and made a big difference in the air quality of our home. Highly recommend this business if you need any of the services they provide.

Recently got our entire ventilation system done by Tinos Carpet & Duct cleaning and the work speaks for its self. They showed up on time respecting COVID-19 Protocol and got right to work and were very respectful of my home. Without a doubt best company if you need carpets or duct work done.

Only called Tino for the carpet cleaning as they had the best review in the Quinte area and I was right! The two young gentlemen were very friendly and professional. They did an awesome quality carpet cleaning in a timely manner with reasonable price. I am very satisfied and would recommend their services!

I called up Tino in a desperate attempt to get somebody to clean the carpets in the house that we just moved into. Our move-in date was the same as their move out date so we had no time to renovate and we’re living on absolutely disgusting carpets. Not only was Tino able to help us, he literally got his team to come the next day after hours and squeezed us in. I am not kidding you when I said this disgusting carpet looked almost new. It was also sanitized. I highly recommend

Very impressive! Tino's seems to have a better vacuum than other duct cleaning companies I've used in the past, and they used some sort of essential oil-based product to sanitize the ducts after they were cleaned out. The whole experience was a positive one!

We had our ducts cleaned late last fall, very professional group of young men.
In doing so, it has noteably cut down on my need for dusting, and this spring didnt notice the country flies we had noticed in previous spring 2018. Fast and efficient service, we highly recommend.
