Beef momo is so amazing. And spicy sauce is amazing too. I really love it!
Thank you so much! I will be back

Delightfully unassuming spot for momos, with a few available seats outdoors and indoors. Tried the steamed beef momos here and enjoyed them. Very friendly staff as well. Would recommend for smaller groups if dining there, at most 4 people.

Not the typical momo you get at other stores, they're huge but the quality is awful. Not worth the visit.

Great place in little Tibet for Momos. This is a family run shop. By a mother and her two daughters. More than the food, expect some good conversation too

I love their momos! Generous portion and size = big momos x 10 = $9.50 (as of Nov2022). They seem to be doing only takeout now with steamed momos (beef, pork, chicken, and veggies) only, but I like steamed ones. Very nice garlic flavour and they come with nice chilli sauce etc. They steam momos upon order so you'll need 15 min to wait - grab some butter tea and I love chatting with them while waiting. Yeah there are other good places in this neighbourhood but I like their momos here so I'll keep coming back.

I started going to Tiny Cafe over a year ago. Then there was a change of management and the new owners now are a mother and her 2 daughters. At first, their momos were not that great yet but I approached them and gave them honest constructive reviews and they are now my go to MOMO every week. I always go for the Paneer, spinach momo and it never fails me. Those who told people not to come can instead tell the owners their constructive review instead. It's hard enough for small businesses to survive in this city, can we please be kind and give people a chance instead of boycotting/telling people to boycott a restaurant for one bad experience. These are hardworking and kind women. Just a tip for other customers though, the one thing that differentiate this shop from other shops is their chilly, it is homemade and it certainly adds to the taste of the momos.

The owner has changed 6 months ago. Don’t go by the old reviews. The momos as people pointed out in recent reviews are light, bland and tasteless. Try other spots and maybe you’ll find good options. Spinach paneer momos had no paneer. Plus it was all squished.

We are pleased to announce Tiny Cafe as the winner of the 2021 Ayala Momocrawl award for best momo. With fiece compeition from other local momo artists, Tiny Cafe proved its mettle producing the finest, delicitable momo for the 7 judges to indulge in.

The momos had an excellent dough to filling ratio which created the perfect gap depth between the dough and filling. The vegeterian momo had a beautifully done tofu filling which provided a very unqiue flavour compared to its competitors. However the real star of the show was the beef momo. Taking advantage of the expertly created gap depth the beef broth filled the momo and created an explosion of flavour on the first bite. The flavour ride did not end there though because Tiny Cafe brought the beef baby. Easily the best and highest quality beef in the competition

Just like how Jordan needed Pippen, these momo are not complete without their sidekick sauces. Wonderfully hot and full of flavour the sauce compliments the momo proving that yes you can improve perfection.

It was a tough compeitition but as they say the cream rises to the top and Tiny Cafe has proven to be worthy of the titile of Parkdale Momo King

This place used to be great, but we just ordered take out and had a horrible experience. After reading some of the other reviews, I see that the management has changed and that makes a lot of sense. The quality of the momos has gone way down hill. They are filled very loosely and they were all squished. The filling itself was bland. We ordered the two vegan options. One of the momos had beef in it and my boyfriend didn't realize until he bit into it, as it was mixed in with the tofu momos. Unfortunately we won't order from here again.

The owner has changed. The momos are not the same as before. They are subpar and unpalatable. The new owners also are not very welcoming like the ones before. Shame that this place which used to be amazing has become like this.

Tiny Cafe is one of my regular spots and my friend Jangchuo (or George) Dorjee who owns TIny Cafe has lived in Parkdale for over 20 years. I always leave with more momos that my tummy allows, but ah well, they're that good. If you’re not familiar with momos, they are delicious Tibetan dumplings and one of my comfort foods. I was first introduced to Tiny Cafe as part of a Momo Crawl fundraiser organized by Students For A Free Tibet (SFT) not long after it first opened in 2018. Little Tibet as the area is known, is home to over two thirds of Canada’s Tibetan population.

Tiny Cafe is appropriately named, as it occupies a super small storefront at 10 Macdonell Ave, but don’t let that deter you. Janchuo mentioned that he learned to make momos from watching his mom and aunt do it for years. Making momos at my home was always a family affair" - and he really enjoyed the laughter and poking fun at each other's momos.

Tiny Cafe’s momos are beautiful bundles of flavourful deliciousness. They make everything from scratch and by hand daily, including the wrappers. You can choose between veggie, vegan, beef, chicken, pork or even an assortment of momos. The wrappers of the pork momos are yellow thanks to turmeric, the chicken wrappers are orange thanks to paprika and the beef wrappers are made with white wheat flour. The vegan momos are distinctive due to their pleated shape, while the veggie momo has parsley flakes in the wrapper.

When you fall in love with them (like I have), you might want to consider a bulk bag of 50 frozen uncooked momos for cooking at home.
Not only are the momos great but their from scratch chili sauce also has me coming back regularly. You can even buy it in jars to use at home for your everyday chili sauce needs. Jangchuo makes the fiery sauce using a combination of Sri Lankan and Indian chilis from local Parkdale convenience stores.

You also need to try their Butter tea, a traditional Tibetan tea that’s unlike any tea I’ve had before. It’s a little salty, smooth and incredibly warming, especially on a colder day.

Great service and food! One of the best places to eat momos in Toronto. Mainly for take out, as it's really truly a very "tiny" spot. Highly recommend.

We ordered the meat and veggies mixed plate Momos. They were all delicious and reminded me of the momos I had in Nepal! We will definitely be returning for more! Thank you for putting in so much effort and love into your food!

Great place! Corner can be a little sketchy but it's fine. If your from Parkdale you already know the deal. Frozen momos to go and make at home are a great treat and a great price! We like the beef and chicken best. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Top three Momos in Parkdale for sure.
