Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

I went in with my parents to buy a suit for my dad, we were in there over 30 minutes, didn’t get no help or not even a greeting. There was other customers but left in 5 minutes. The 2 workers were just chatting among themselves. They probably judge people by their look only. I will be going back with my camera on and will be posting on social media.

Great staff. Our sales gentleman was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend shopping at this location.

I came in a few days ago in need of a suit and Adam came in and helped me with what I need. He showed good service, was patient, and had very good attitude. Great experience.

Doing a trip to this store was my first choice for my graduation suit. Unfortunately the service was too pushy and the employee (jay) seemed to only care about his commission. This gentleman kept trying to find ways for me to purchase some “package” so everything would be cheaper and I wasn’t interested in it, as I let him know politely. And still after that he was still pushing me and my girlfriend to purchase this package. Then he hits us with the “please if you won’t buy anything don’t waste my time”
I felt not appreciated, and it felt wrong. This isn’t the kind of service you should offer to your costumers.

I was very happy with the sales rep and selection at Tip Top White Oaks and went in on a recommendation from a co-worker. We were attending a corporate event away from home. I received many compliments on my new jacket - looks great.
The coordinated pant was from another suit in the line up looks good too. But they have no belt loops.
Who makes a suit pant without belt loops? There are two on the front where you expect them to be. I didn't put a belt on in the store. I get to my event - no belt loops.
A Sales Rep has to tell a guy about this.
Sorry for 2Star but that's not good service or design.

Very pushy, and rude when we did not commit to a suit immediately. The employee's behaviour was awful, we will never be back.
Do not recommend this store at all.

Omg love this place. NICK is fabulous. He is so experienced, he can look at you and know your size. Inaddition, he is so positive! He explains everything!

Nick is an absolute gem, and made our experience suit shopping for our wedding a wonderful time. Nick took the time to explain everything, gave us lots of options, and was very receptive to what we wanted. It felt too easy! We will certainly be back.
